• Treen (10/5): The best location to have a little getaway with your fur baby - The property was amazing the location was perfect for us to walk our pup to picnic point every day. It had the perfect amount of yard for him also. Beautifully renovated amd just an overall comfortable stay Absolutely nothing

• Rhonda (10/5): This emotional visit to was purely to see and spend time with her. - Everything I had to visit a family member who has recently been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. This property was a few doors away from her so I had the maximum time with her. Then returned to my superb accommodation. Met with Jules upon checkin and she explained door codes etc. Exceptional. Will definitely be booking again as sadly my visits from my home in NSW will become more frequent. Nothing

• Brian (10/5): Stylish and private - So good! Has everything you may need in a beautifully decorated and planned studio. With a very private patio and lawn, our dog loved it! Down the street from a sandy creek that's great for a swim. Walking distance to coffee shop and convenience store. We will be back. The bed could be a little bigger, but it's still comfortable and adjustable

• Geniebean (10/5): - Beautifully decorated and clean. Easy self check in. TV has Netflix Guest logins so no need to log in to your own. Bed is especially comfortable and adjustable. I appreciated the effort of both the cleaners & hosts to allow for an early check in.

• Belinda (10/5): Lovely studio - smart space - Timeout has fitted out the studio so well . They have gone above & beyond for the price point with quality & comfort. As a solo guest, I enjoyed the quality touches, King recliner, electric bed & the extras eg a Nutri bullet. I appreciated the workstation & lighting touches.The yard was gorgeous for my very old & fragile little terrier. Will use again in the future. Nil

It felt so private, spacious and loved sitting on the outside patio, Billy (my dog) got to explore the yard, and I watched the.clouds and the world go by with my complimentary glass of wine.

Close vicinity to shops and an easy walk to cafes and restaurants. In walking distance to the river also. The bed is super comfy and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect location, easy parking at the property and street parking. Hosts were great with information. Nothing. Everything was great.
• Helen (9/5): Wonderful location for walking - Perfect location for Maroochydore. Easy walking (if you enjoy walking) to Cotton Tree, a little further to Maroochydore beach. The river is very close by. The studio is compact with great kitchen & bathroom, lovely outdoor area. I traveled with dogs & very suitable for them also. I am finding it hard to write anything I didn’t like. Maybe undercover car parking (especially in summer heat).

• Kirsten (2/5): overall due to lask of host help it was disappointing - Location, comfy bed Washing machine was disgusting, not cleaned properly, and not supported by host. Lots of cutlery was dirty and we had to rewash. Asked for a late check out and this was not supported.

• Nicole (10/5): Own little piece of RELAX and pet friendly - Loved the couch (I want one) Loved that it was pet friendly Loved the small grassed area for the dog I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in, just had a special feel about it Loved everything and would highly recommend. Pet owners, you are in QLD so please be aware of cane toads (no fault of the property)
• Tanya (8/5): We would stay again, but hire the 2 bedroom units. We like a separate bedroom. - The location was excellent. Very quiet location and easy access to Cotton Tree and Mudjimba. We picked this accommodation as it catered for our dog (grassed area and easy to clean floors). I know people love white linen, but with a dog that is very difficult to keep clean near and around dogs. We chose to strip the bed and soft furnishings like the pillows and rugs and put them in the cupboard. We bought our own linen, and bed covers and furniture coverings. It is difficult to keep the dog away from the bed, lounge etc, when it is a studio (all open area). The furnishings were of quality and did not want to mark them.

• Caitlin (10/5): Home away from Home a great place to stay. This is our second time and it won't be our last. - Located in the heart of Maroochydore, central to everything. Walking distance to cafes and the ocean front. Unit is beautifully presented, you don't want to leave. It has everything you need with personal touches. Love Love Loved it.
• Louise (6/5): Pleasant - The studio was newly renovated with very lovely furnishings and decor. Nice quiet airconditioner. Good bottle of Shiraz and choccies were yum. The courtyard was pretty but the gate at the side was not finished to stop a small dog escaping. I think the addition of some essentials like washing powder, water, bread and butter jam sachets and even eggs and saltnpepper are a nice touch to find in your fridge on check in! Oh and there was no instant coffee (only pods). With the price being a bit on the high side I think the guest would be well pleased.
