• Kamer Buğu (8/5): - Amazing location. Room size is enough for couple of days. Would definitely suggest and would consider revisiting for my next time. Room cleaning is only done every 3-4 days, which is OK. But for us, since we stayed for 4 days, having our room cleaned on the last day didn't have any benefit to us, it should have planned mid our stay. Friendly suggestion to the owners: You can still keep the same frequency of cleaning but planning per guest should be done individually. Cleaning a room that will check out the next day does not have a benefit to either party.

• Civ (4/5): Earplugs might help - Location-wise, an absolute gem, everything is right on your doorstep. Amazing restaurants, cafés, and shops all within walking distance. The self check-in is really well thought out. As a software engineer I appreciate these things, and this one is genuinely impressive intuitive, clean, and clearly built to last. No fumbling around, no confusion. This place is not for light sleepers. We're well used to busy streets and imperfect neighbors when traveling, it comes with the territory. But this time it was genuinely frustrating. We came back from a long day of travel and sightseeing, got ready for bed early (around 9:30pm) hoping to wake up fresh and beat the crowds in Rome. We managed to fall asleep, but were woken up by the entrance door being slammed shut repeatedly. We gave it the benefit of the doubt at first, it happens, but it quickly became clear that newly arriving guests were just completely inconsiderate of everyone else. Once that settled down, the people upstairs started up. Every single step, every word, came through the ceiling as if they were in the room with us. That went on for a good two hours. And just when things finally quieted down, one of the new guests next door turned out to be a very loud snorer, which again carried right through the walls. We get that this isn't necessarily a regular occurrence, and we're not writing off the property for it, it really is a great spot. But we'd genuinely encourage management to look into the soundproofing, and future guests to be a little more mindful of the people around them. Small things that would make a good place even better.

Life Restaurant downstairs is very good. The shower leaked, and didn’t stay warm for long. The bed wasn’t very comfy for me.
• KEVIN (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyable and a great place to stay. - I was sceptical at first but it really exceeded my expectations. The locality was brilliant, right in the middle of things but out of the tourist noise. The apartment was freshly renovated and the garden was nice. The local businesses in the street (cafe restaurants supermarket etc) were very friendly and fairly priced. 100% I would stay here again .... Highly recommended. The vikey system is a bit hard to negotiate but we were a bit early and the staff let us in.

Det var dock lätt att få tag i hon den ansvarige men tja. Skulle inte rekommendera det till någon annan. Hade förväntat mig mera.

Coffee is available (for those who cannot go out without at least a sip :)), iron, kitchen stuff, like paper towels, fridge, and dishes. I stayed only two nights, so I did not have time to use the amazing terrace. Staff replied to my message very quickly. I saw some people complaining about a poor connection in the building and about issues opening the doors for the first time. Still, it did not happen to me, as I received an email before arrival containing the wifi information. You connect, and there are no issues with the doors. So thanks for that! All in all, will be recommending the accommodation for sure. It was a bit noisy in the evening because there is a restaurant below, but it is not something you can avoid if you choose to stay in the centre. Not complain, just a fact.

• Timothy (2/5): Uncomfortable stay - The location wasnt bag it was close to decent shopping but not in a heavy tourist spot. The lamps die after a couple minutes of use becaue they need to be charged (no charing cords though so youll have to use your own)  No soap holder so we just used the wrapper it came with  Contactless entry when you first arrive but for us the door wasnt functioning so someone else staying in the building let us in. The directions for getting into the actual area was confusing as the dulce vito is its own area within the building but there arent lights in the hallway so it gets very dark unless you can use/see your phone light. There is a light in the hallway outside of the rooms but it is motion sensored and lasts under a minute.  There are like 5 different keys and to lock and unlock your room requires different keys. Same with the other areas. There small key opens and locks all the doors but that isnt clear considering there are several keys on the ring. There isnt a fridge in the room only in the common area which isnt ideal for wanting to have drinks or snacks available / accessible  There is a lot of loud street noise you can hear everything going by. Hotels have at least some noise cancelling abilities. Lots of noise from inside the building too from people cooking and cleaning. There was also construction going on the street. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.

Street door is fine as there is 5g outside. However, once in and at apartment door there is v little signal and link did not work. Luckily we were a couple and one went to the street to trigger the link with 5g and the other stayed inside to open the door when it released. It would be better to leave inside key in post box just inside the entrance of a key safe. Curtain rail fell off and I had to put back. Also skirting fell off wall. Not major niggles but does affect review.

Dalla cucina condivisa si esce sul meraviglioso terazzo con dei comodi divani, tutto illuminato e addobbato con tantissime piante alte per creare privacy. Ambiente molto accogliente. Solo un paio di cose vorrei far presente. La cucina non ha ne un fornello né una microonde, quindi non vi è possibile né scaldare né cucinarsi nulla. Nel bagno della camera servirebbe un portasapone per la, saponetta. La chiave del portone ci ha fatti dannare, perche si apre solo dopo tantissime preghiere diciamo così.

• Leyla ALBA (7/5): - I had a wonderful stay at The Central View – DolceVite. The location is truly perfect — very central, safe, and within walking distance to many beautiful spots in Rome. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and check-in was very easy. Just a small note: this is more of an apartment-style stay, so if you’re not expecting daily room cleaning or towel changes like in a hotel, you will truly enjoy it. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

• Davut (10/5): Fantastisch verblijf – een echte aanrader! - Ons verblijf in Rome was perfect dankzij deze accommodatie. De kamer was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd, aan alles was gedacht. De locatie is werkelijk ideaal: binnen 6 minuten lopen sta je bij de Trevi fontein, en je bevindt je meteen in het hart van de stad. Ook is er een supermarkt in dezelfde straat en ligt metrostation Spagna op slechts 5 minuten wandelen. De voorzieningen waren ruim voldoende: er lagen genoeg handdoeken klaar en er was bodylotion en zeep aanwezig. Wel is het aan te raden om eigen shampoo en conditioner mee te nemen. Er is een gedeelde keuken waar je zelf koffie kunt zetten, wat heel handig is. De kamer wordt niet dagelijks schoongemaakt, maar dit is absoluut geen probleem als je met z’n tweeën bent. Dagelijkse schoonmaak kun je eventueel bijboeken. De eigenaar was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom: een dikke aanrader! Als we nog eens naar Rome gaan, kiezen we zonder twijfel opnieuw voor deze accommodatie.

• Chris (7/5): Rough start, nicely updated, wonderfully close to Treve Fountain, restaurants and shops! - The beautiful updates were very nice: marble and tile floors, updated shower and water fixtures. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable during our entire trip. Water ran hot and A/C ran cold. Toilet plumbing was good. The furniture: bed, table, wardrobe, drawers were all new. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was near the Treve Fountain, lots of shops, restaurants, and walking distances to many sites. It was fairly quiet too, being as it was right in the center of it all. Sort of a rough start. We originally booked another property, with a great view (at least according to the internet), bigger window, same king bed, and in a location our private transfers were set up for, as well as being located in close proximity to our restaurant reservations and most of our tours and site seeing. Unfortunately, we were relocated due to a plumbing issue, but being on the plane for 12 plus hours and a 9 hour time difference, we did not receive the change until we tried to enter the property and saw the message with the location change. We truly appreciated them setting up another accommodation. We would have been totally unprepared to deal with issue on our own. This did cost us quite a bit of time and another taxi ride however. Also, every accommodation we’ve stayed at has offered shampoo, conditioner, and body gel, this place did not. When I called, she said “we do not provide those items”. So, pack your stuff or you will be heading to the store which takes time away from your adventure's. I know this was recently updated, and maybe not finished, but it would have been nice to have a table between the 2 sitting chairs for coffee or water. We received 4 coffee pods (2 days worth), but there were 2 of us for 4 days. Most everyone else restocked daily or left enough for the entire stay. Just a quick mention, the bathroom had the tiniest garbage I have ever seen. We were taking water bottles and larger garbage down to the garbage daily. Also, another garage container could be in the bedroom. The new shower head and handle was wonderful, worked beautifully, but seemed a bit flimsy, not sure how long it will last, just be careful.

• Kadir (7/5): Good clean room with comfortable bed, but more Airbnb than hotel. Good location too - Comfy bed, easy entry instructions and app, good cleanliness Musty smell (possible AC issue), no bag drop
• Victoria (8/5): very good room with plenty of space - Spacious room and a large bathroom. Very good bed. Good location with little noise from the street. Could have been more storage/shelves in the bathroom
