• Georgia (8/5): Great location, comfortable apartment with everything you need - Amazing location, right above coles and several cafes and restaurants which were great! Includes a car park, balcony with seating and a full kitchen. Very safe and secure. Didn’t hear any neighbours. Great communication from our host! Only one key
• Jilani (4/5): The rooms were basic. - Location is good The checking in process is tedious and difficult . Difficult to access the keys, instruction not very clear. Very hard to find the keys and the. the parking spot. Asked to come through the exit gate ( and how will it open?? )
• Johnston (6/5): Average with potential - Location and apartment layout Turned up.after hours and no instructions for after hours arrival. After hours number did not pick up. If it wasn't for a resident we would have been stuck outside for who knows long after a 10hr drive with kids. Initial cleanliness ok but deep clean wasn't. Walls dirty, carpet stained, light socket and electric sockets dusty, laundry grimy, exhaust fan greasy, For an apartment that can accommodate 6 there was not enough bowls, plates, glasses mugs. We could not eat or drink at the same time. The linen as also short. Only 5 towels and a couple of hajd towels. Was missing pillow cases and only had 1 sheet, no blankets to make up the sofa couch.

• Cathy (6/5): A good place to stay once they sort out car park access. - Clean. Convenient. Bed in 2nd bedroom hard and uncomfortable. The video showing how to access the key in the car park didn’t show that the car park gates are locked and the only way to get in is by waiting for someone to arrive and hurrying in behind them.
• Kate (8/5): It was a pleasant stay with minimum hiccups! - Location has a lot to offer, with good restaurants and a Coles directly connected to the building. Apartment was super spacious and had everything that was needed for a few days. Relatively painless accessibility to the building via carpark and other areas. While they were likely cheaper to buy, investing in a few more pillows and some higher quality mattresses for the beds would be ideal. My partner and I were mostly fine but our friends struggled to sleep as a result of these facilities. The shower screen in the main bathroom is virtually useless. It’s too small to stop water from dripping onto the floor and ends up being more of a nuisance. Possibly replacing this with a traditional shower curtain would probably be better but I recognise this isn’t easy to fix quickly.
• Duynam (8/5): Alternative location for major destinations - Good alternative location with free parking plus one visitor parking underground. Good location between Accor Stadium Homebush and CBD for FIFA women's world cup in Australia. Approximately $60 for uber to each location Coles supermarket, 24/7 gym and decent range of cafes/restaurants on ground floor. If you like chagrilled chicken similar to Frangos portugese or El Jannah, try the shop next to Coles on ground floor with their house sauce. - Only one apartment key to share amongst group of 5. - for sofa bed in living room, no bedsheets/doona cover/spare pillow for guest - side table lamp in non ensuite room needs new light bulb - maybe change metal bed frames to wood or just wood bed bases to minimalise noise either when tossing and turning in bed or for love making - main bathroom towel rack could be located a bit higher/closer to light switch due to length of towels - main bathroom shower screen probably needs to be longer/extended with maybe similar size glass swinging door so water from showering does not wet toilet or fall onto floor and soak bathmat - for cold nights, either have oil heaters or install extra reverse cycle aircon in each room. - one white dining table chair near wall missing 3 screws to secure chair to the steel frame
