Massimo (10/5): Bella vista, posizione e piscina sul tetto - L'hotel è in ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi nella parte viva della città. Ha una splendida piscina a sfioro sul tetto e l'appartamento ha una vista invidiabile sulla città. Appartamento spazioso. L'ascensore è spesso ignobilmente lento. Una volta ci siamo fatti 34 piani a piedi (scendendo) dopo 15 minuti di attesa. La prima sera la nostra stanza non era pronta e ci hanno messo in una provvisoria, più grande ma meno carina. Abbiamo perso tempo per il trasferimento il giorno dopo.
Derrien (7/5): - L'emplacement. La vue dégagée. Nous avons été invités à régler le séjour dès notre arrivée dans le lobby, avant même d’avoir pu visiter l’appartement. Cela nous a surpris, d’autant plus que le logement attribué ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation. Nous avions choisi la suite exécutive en nous basant sur les photos, spécifiquement pour sa configuration avec une chambre séparée et un espace salon. Or, à notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un appartement avec deux lits doubles, dont l’un placé au centre de la pièce à vivre — une disposition qui ne respectait pas nos attentes. De plus, l’appartement n’était pas très propre, ce qui a renforcé notre déception. La suite exécutive n’était finalement pas disponible, et le personnel a tenté de nous rassurer en expliquant que l’appartement proposé répondait aux mêmes standards. Même si nous comprenons que des imprévus peuvent survenir, cela ne reflétait pas ce que nous avions réservé. Heureusement, nous avons pu changer de logement dès le lendemain, ce qui a permis de mieux profiter du reste du séjour. Cela dit, nous aurions apprécié davantage de transparence et d’attention dès notre arrivée.

Tayabhoesein (7/5): - The location is amazing. We had enough space for a family of 5. Many touristic sightseeings on walking distance. There was a weird smell in the bathroom and also the apartment is quite noisy. The host was very nice and had a cleaner looked at the smell, however it remained. When the neighbours move a chair, you will hear it. (It's not their fault by the way, it is the acoustisc insulation of the building and floors)

Sonar (4/5): We had to pay almost double price for one of the room at the last moment suddenly price increase before check in. - The rooms were nice, the location was excellent, the coordinator was good We had total 3 rooms booked for my family and Booking.com had suddenly raised the price of one of the rooms by almost double. The booking was in the name of Akash Parab my brother. We were not informed about the increase in price beforehand we got email only 1 hour before checking. We were travelling with family and had no other option but to pay increased price of the room. The coordinator Nazim said he had no control over the price this was done by booking.com and need to be paid in full cash

Wendy (1/5): Bad - the locantion is good The management changed the room to a different building at will without advance notice. After calling to inquire about the situation, I was informed that the room I originally booked was smelly, so I would arrange to change to another building. It was not changed to the room I originally booked. The staff's attitude was very bad and impatient. In the end, only two rooms on different floors were arranged to solve the problem. It was not until the next morning that they informed me that there was a room with the same room type as me had booked before and asked me if I wanted to move there. But I don't want to because I have booked another room with another person. The service attitude of this room is too disappointing for us to waste too much time to solve the problem and let us spend a sum of money to book another room of the same room type. hope the management can improve this problem and strengthen the solution. If you want to change the room to another building, please notify me in advance. It's not until I check in that I'm going to change to another building because the room smells bad.

So that there is no changes in price. - The location 1)Chk in time took me more than 2 hours. 2)they tried to change my booking to another appointment which is 10 mins drive from AXOn. 3) since I don’t want to change my apartment so they cancel my booking and make a new booking with a different prices. Additional RM$ 500 If I choose to stay in AXON.

We repeatedly asked the property owner about this, but they told us to “just tell Booking.com” instead of helping us. In the end, we had to book a Grab from Melaka ferry immigration in Malaysia to Axon at our own expense, which was costly. • ✅ High-speed internet: Non-existent. • ✅ Hot tub: Not available. • ✅ Private bathroom: Only one shared bathroom for four guests, contrary to the impression of private facilities. • ✅ Terrace, outdoor furniture, garden/pool/landmark/city views: None of these exist in the unit we were given. • ✅ Free toiletries (like toothbrush and toothpaste): Not provided. • ✅ Towels and slippers: Only one towel for four people, and no slippers as advertised. • ✅ Coffee machine, tea/coffee maker: If there was one, it was not set up or noticeable for guests to use. • ✅ Interconnecting rooms: Misleading. Only the master bedroom connects to the toilet and bath, which is a common bathroom shared by everyone. • ✅ Drying racks for clothing, hand sanitizer: Not provided. • ✅ Air conditioning in the living area (sala): The sala aircon was broken, making it very uncomfortable. 🏠 Our arrival experience made things worse: When we arrived at the property around 1:30 PM, the unit was still not ready for us to check in. We were left with no choice but to leave our 5 pieces of luggage at their “reception.” The receptionist could barely communicate in English and struggled to give clear instructions. Even more worrying, the storage area for our luggage did not feel secure—they used straw ropes to tie all our bags together instead of a proper storage system. This left us very uneasy. Since we had time to spare, we decided to book our own entertainment and went to Genting Highlands just to make use of the wasted hours. ❌ Our Verdict: This property is grossly misrepresented on Booking.com. We felt misled and inconvenienced throughout our stay.

Shay (1/5): Avoid bad management - Avoid... They advertise with transfer from Airport and back which was part of the deal on booking however when I asked to book it the guy wanted transfer fee. Why would you advertise this then say there's transport fee as it's bookings.com's fault. Also asked via booking message if I can check in 2 hours early as I was in KL quiet early, on bookings guy said send WhatsApp message, sent WhatsApp message however was ignored, i then messaged I will be cancelling the booking straight away I got a call however he asked for £50 English pounds to check in 2 hours early, could have litterly mentioned it when I sent message on bookings or WhatsApp, this is like a Mafia system they use to get as much money as possible....

The reception takes no accountability and the owners don’t care other than taking full advance money . Not even a bottle of water and we paid INR 9000 per nights . the bathroom amenities were dismal - poor quality . No value for money . Would recomend to use other serviced apartments that give better value

Khairul (6/5): Great location and view, but the check-in experience and service could be much better. - The location was excellent—within walking distance (5–10 minutes) to Bukit Bintang, KL Pavilion, and TRX. There are convenience stores and mini marts around the building, which made things easier. One of the best parts was the amazing city view from our unit at the upper floors. We had clear, breathtaking views of Merdeka 118, KL Tower, and Exchange 106—a definite highlight of our stay. 1. Check-in The check-in process was a hassle and time-consuming. Although the stated check-in time was from 2:00 PM, we arrived at 2:40 PM and still had to wait at the lobby for the unit operator—even though I had informed him of our estimated arrival time earlier. I booked one apartment with two bedrooms (2 large beds + 1 large bed) at a total rate of RM3XX as shown on Booking.com, plus a refundable RM200 deposit. However, when I was about to make the payment, the operator claimed the rate was RM4XX (excluding the deposit), saying it included Booking.com’s fees. He even showed me his screen to justify the price. I had to show him the correct booking price from both my app and the PDF confirmation before he finally agreed to the original rate. The whole check-in process took nearly an hour, and we only got into the room much later. 2. Room Initially, the operator tried to give us two separate apartments on different floors—one with 2 beds, and the other with 1 bed. This was completely unreasonable as I was traveling with my children, and splitting us across two separate units wasn’t acceptable. In the end, we were given a single unit, but only one bedroom with 2 beds was ready at the time. The second bedroom, which was supposed to be attached to the same apartment, was only made available a few hours later. 3. Parking We were aware from the listing that parking wasn’t included, but during check-in, I asked the operator about parking and was told I could use the building’s parking with my TnG card. However, no clear information on rates was provided—he didn’t even warn us that it was hourly charged and would be expensive. As a result, we were charged RM68 for overnight parking, which I could have avoided had I been properly informed. That lack of communication was disappointing. Conclusion - Great view and location, but service needs improvement. Driving guests may prefer units that come with parking like Sleeping Lion (next building) with fixed RM10 parking.
Deepak (7/5): If you want to stay in the city center then this can be a good option. If you have good budget then choose some other ho - Only Location. Long waiting for the Elevators. No Microwave as promised at the time of booking. No Housekeeping. No proper utensils. Bathroom door was not getting locked.
