The tea was cold, not much options in dishes served. There was no honey available and no jam. The Bangali incharge did not know the meaning of Honey. when I translated in Hindi/Urdu as "shahad" then also he did not know. No milk available for tea or coffee Fruits was very scarce. Very scanty breakfast.

• Mohammed (4/5): Nice location , lovely staff ... poor service - The location is in the heart of the city , the staff is getel and try to help The rooms where not ready , staff and cleaning staff has no coordination , when we get to the room the floor mob used was dirty and the floor was still dirty after dry and smells awful . my first room was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids but was like a book so you can be in bed or you can stand beside it , Paking near or around the hotel is a nightmare and they dont have their own parking .

• Garry (7/5): Acceptable - It's close to many stores. Environment is serene. The internet was fast. Arabic is the major language. The paper given to me detailing the internet password, time of breakfast were written in Arabic. Saw some strands of hair on the mattress. And the room I stayed smelt cigarette.

AC smelled and barely worked Had a kitchenette but no cutlery or even a pot / pan to cook on hotplate Should probably avoid unless no other option or staying close to office to avoid traffic
• Saad (8/5): Very Good Stay - I had a nice stay with my family. Room was neat and clean , there was a complete kitchen in the room with all the required cutlery, crockery and cookingware available. There was a free breakfast. Staff were really nice, they suggested an App for private taxi booking which was economical as compared to normal taxi. They even allowed early check-in. Bathroom requires some upgrade
