• Ludwik (8/5): - Lokalizacja była idealna . Niedaleko sklepów i różnych barów czy restauracji. Do lini metra U1 300 m a także do dużego podziemnego parkingu 15 EUR za dobę lub 8 EUR z app. Bmove polecam. Pomimo różnych opini okolicę oceniam na bardzo bezpieczną. Byliśmy czsami póżno wieczorem z dziećmi w barze czy na placu zabaw Reumannplatz nie było nigdy problemu nikt nas nie zaczepiał, auto stało na ulicy przez weekend wszystko OK. Trochę ciasno, duże łóżka zajmują prawie całą przestrzeń pokoju i jest problem aby wszyscy wygodnie siedli przy stole. Brak półek w łazience na rzeczy i wieszaków na ręczniki. W pokojach też kilka półek na drobiazgi by się przydało. Jeden klucz do drzwi więc wszyscy chodzą razem. Dobrze zadbać o czystość , zetrzeć kurze i pajęczyny pod sufitem dokonać drobnych napraw na bierząco ( urwana lampa na lustrem w łazience wiszą tylko kable, niezamykające się drzwi wejściowe -trzeba zamykać na klucz).

• Lynn (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix - Des restaurants bons et pas cher à moins de 10min à pied. Un ascenseur, appartement très calme pour un centre ville. Le métro est proche du parking couvert. Les lits sont confortables et douillet. Le propriétaire est réactif. Malgré le fait que fumer à l'intérieur soit interdit, à notre arrivée ça sentais la cigarette. Il n'y a pas de volet donc la lumière du jour nous réveillait assez tôt.

• Karolina (9/5): Kényelmes tiszta szállás - Közel van a metróhoz ,sok bolt a közelben , a szállás adó mindig elérhető volt és válaszolt , könnyű volt a bejutás , az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt Nem volt sajnos mikro , voltak hangyák

• Ana (10/5): - Stan je na odlicnoj lokaciji i ima sve sto je potrebno za boravak u njemu. Masina za ves nije radila i posteljina nije bila cista. Ali opet preovladavaju pozitivni utisci i opet bi se vratili u ovaj apartman.

• Zsófi (6/5): Disappointed - The appartment is easily accessible and located in a well-maintained area. Renovated bathroom and kitchen. Despite a promising renovation, there is a lack of attention to cleanliness and the small details. The corners, armchairs, and beds are dirty. The mattress was unbearably soft and saggy - that's why we left the next morning, one day earlier. The bedding wasn’t fresh. Very few amenities, poor kitchen equipment, no microwave, no hand towel, no night lamp beside beds. The terrace photo in the listing is misleading. Half of the balcony is used by strangers for smoking, and there are no curtains. We hung up a sheet because you can see right into the apartment from the smoking area. In fact, with a thorough cleaning, new mattresses, and a terrace divider, it could be a comfortable and affordable place to stay.

• Олена (9/5): Зручні апартаменти для не тривалого перебування - Зручні апартаменти для короткої зупинки. Великі зручні ліжка. Міні кухня. Від центрально жд вокзалу 15 хв пішки. Немає мікрохвильовки. Немає шаф для одягу, навіть для верхнього.

• Zieniawa (9/5): Przestronny apartament z 3 wygodnymi łóżkami niedaleko centrum. - Bardzo duży przestronny apartament z balkonem i 2 sypialniami, kuchnia i łazienka. 3 łóżka pomieszczą 5-6 osób. Bardzo wygodne materace. W kuchni wszystko co potrzeba, był zestaw kosmetyków, ręczniki oraz kapsułki do ekspresu. Niedaleko stacja metra U1 wiodąca do samego starego miasta. Winda oraz bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Okolica troszkę nieciekawa ale wieczorem wracaliśmy i nikt nas nie zaczepiał.

• IVAN (7/5): MEJORABLE - Muy buena ubicación, cerca del metro y la zona tiene bastantes supermercados. Se llega rapidisimo al centro. Camas enormes. No funcionaba la calefaccion pero enseguida vino el equipo tecnico a arreglarlo para nosotros y funcionó. Fueron muy atentos y rapidos. El spartamento es SUPERsilencioso Las cortinas son transparentes dejan pasar toda la luz,.no costaria poner unas nuevas. No ponen toallas de mano. Las alhomadas son muy blandas y malas, cambiarlas tampoco costaria tanto. Habia suciedad en los muebles, manchas extrañas en las sillas, la cafetera y hervidor lleno de cal y polvo hasta arriba, tuve que limpiarlo para usarlo, daba asco. Le falta microondas (aunque pone que tiene). Dejaron las ventanas abiertas y cuando entramos al piso estaba congelado..no deberian haber dejado abierto cuando es invierno.

• Marta (8/5): - Добре місце розташування. Безліч магазинів, ринок, багато закладів харчування. Недалеко від залізничного вокзалу, поруч дві станції метро, також є трамвайні та автобусні зупинки. Звукоізоляція нормальна, сусідів чутно не було. Вікно біля балкону не зашторюється, тому сусіди, які курять там, заглядають до квартири. Рушники були з плямами. Не було дошки для нарізання та мікрохвильовки. Також не було вішалок для одягу. Подушки маленькі, незручні.

• Trupti (9/5): Family getaway in Vienna - Property is located to all public transport vicinity. Comfortable bedding. Staff friendly and helpful. We requested for an extra bedsheet and they delivered. Prompt response. Good for a short quick trip. Nearby location has food and groceries. Noisy neighbourhood (not the the property) , only issue was the room was too hot and you to open the windows. May be a fan or air conditioner will help. More clean bathroom can be maintained.

The balcony was kind of attached to a common smoking balcony, from where they could see straight in to the apartment (hallway).

• Barbara (10/5): Exceptional - Our family had an amazing stay at this apartment in Vienna! The living room was spacious and perfect for us. There was an extra single bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. The location couldn't be better, the public transportation is just around the corner. The communication with the owner of the apartment was just easy and pleasant. Highly recommend! I would only suggest providing teabags and instant coffee sachets by the owner😊.

• Gordana (9/5): Very comfortable apartment, close to public transport, some museums and easy to access. - Location was great, with accessible public transport. Many restaurants selling pastry and kebabs were nearby and open. Blinds on the windows could be darker to prevent light in the morning, for better sleep.

Close to food stores, restaurants, bars etc. Close to public transport tram, underground etc. Firstly if you say new apartments with balcony you really have to mean it. Balcony you have to share with all other apartments on the same floor as they have access to it. Balcony was dirty with ashtray full of cigarettes. Balcony floor was dirty, table was dirty with some dirty glass with some liquid inside. There was empty redbull cans on the floor and in the corner was some broken furniture so who want to use Balcony like this? The window to the balcony was covered with mattress protector instead of curtains or blinds. Seriously?! When we arrived tumble dryer was on for the next 3 hours! In the small room was someone's jacket hanging. In the bathroom there is no towel rag where you can hang your towels. It was mentioned in previous reviews and still nothing have been done. There is some unfinished things in the bathroom, no lighting above the mirror only cables, same in the ceiling. Coffee machine is not working. Bad sheets was looking very bad, looks like they have not been changed, covered in wrinkles. Walls was dirty, you can see even shoes prints on it. Giant spider was sitting above the window. As well there is some street construction going on and workers starting banging 6 am so you have sleep from 6 am. Towels has some yellow stains on it. I have taken a lot of photos, sadly i can put only 4 of them as booking not allowed more. Our worst experiences on booking platform so far.

• Mikhail (9/5): A nice budget friendly place - Nice apartment with all you need. Clean room with two twin beds and a separate small room. Favoritten is only 3 metro stations from the main train station, and the flat is only 2 minutes' walk from the metro station. Smooth check in/out. It would be great to have a microwave oven in the kitchen.

• Aleksanadar (9/5): All nice and perfect but poor Wi-Fi - The apartment is newly renovated. It has everything I needed and everything was as it were presented on pictures. The host was friendly. It was on the first floor and the metro station was just around the corner. The host allowed us to extend the check-out time. The P+R parking Favoriten is just 2 metro station away. I would come back here. The Wi-Fi was very week and practically we could not use it. My computer could not connect at all and my mobile was connected but loss connection often and the connection was slow. It is a pity for such nice apartment and this is the only reason I did not rate it as 10. Maybe it is not important for guests that have internet abroad in their mobiles but for other it is a problem. This does not cost too much and I suggest the owner to improve it. Other that this, the beds were too soft for our taste, but this is subjective.
• Luba (10/5): We had enjoyable stay. - Brand new apartment,clean,great location,close to the underground station and tram stops. Loved the complimentary coffee capsules for the coffee machine,nice touch.Geeat communication from the host. Wifi a bit problematic,but upon request was being sorted.
