• Mita (5/5): It was fine. - Couldn't reach out to the host because provided ph# was not in service. Kitchen light was not working, parking was included on the price but when I was asked for parking spot after I reached there, I was told parking was not included on the price. I took screen shots of the booking (for parking) while I booked this place.

• roland (1/5): je ne recommande - rien l'hôte a annulé la réservation au dernier moment quand on est arrivés sur place ,on s'est retrouvé sans logement a Montréal étant Français on s'est retrouvé a réserver un hôtel mais pas du même montant .je ne recommande pas

• Marine (1/5): Catastrophique, déception et stressant - Rien à part le canapé Pour débuter, il était annoncé qu’il y avait de compris dans les options une place de parking par logement et par séjour, c’est faux! Il n’y a pas de parking. Le gérant nous a proposé de nous stationner dans un parking soit-disant gratuit, en arrivant à ce parking il s’est avéré qu’il y avait des panneaux partout où il était mentionné qu’il était interdit de se stationner sous peine de se faire remorquer… nous avons dû trouver par nos propres moyens une solution payante pour notre véhicule le temps de notre séjour. Ensuite nous devions normalement avoir l’appartement 4221 et nous avons finalement eu le 4225 qui ne correspondait donc pas aux photos de l’annonce. La salle de bain était très sale, le tapis antidérapant de la douche est moisi et nous avons donc du nettoyer le bac de douche avant de s’y laver. La laveuse-sécheuse était pleine à notre arrivée… de plus nous n’avons pas eu de serviettes de bain mais des tapis de bain à la place!!! Nous nous sommes donc directement servi dans la laveuse qui n’avait pas été rangée, des serviettes toute froissées pour notre toilette. Il n’y a pas de détecteur de fumée (enfin si il traîne dans un placard et certainement sans pile…). Il n’y a que 4 fourchettes: 2 normales, 1 fourchette à dessert et une fourchette cassée dont il manque une dent. Il y a 3 chambres de 2 donc il pourrait y avoir 6 personnes pour y dormir mais il n’y a que 4 chaises, 4 tasses etc… De plus deux lits sur les 3 n’avaient pas de draps mais juste une jetée de lit (qui je pense n’est pas lavée entre les séjours des différents voyageurs…).

• JOPAVREN (4/5): Decepcionante en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento; y ojo a los cambios de un apartamento por otro. - La situación en un barrio muy animado y no muy lejos del centro. Sería un gran apartamento, si lo tuvieran bien cuidado y limpio. Vaya por delante que no soy especialmente puntilloso ni me gusta criticar sin motivo; pero éste alojamiento y su propietaria me han decepcionado por lo siguiente: En primer lugar: nos cambiaron el alojamiento del 4221 Rue Saint-Urbain, Plateau - Mont-Royal, H2W 1V6 Montreal, Canadá. Nos mandan a la misma dirección, pero con cambio de número. Nos dieron el 4225 en vez del 4221 r. Resulta que es la misma dirección física, pero está debajo justo del que originalmente anuncian y que en las fotos es distinto del que nos dieron. Cuando reparamos en el detalle, y a la vista de lo que más adelante expongo, nos ponemos en contacto con la propietaria, que contacta tarde y mal. Le decimos que queremos hablar con ella y nos dice que no habla inglés sólo francés. Por mensajes nos dice que nos lo ha tenido que cambiar porque arriba tiene una fuga de agua. Pues bien. RESULTA QUE EN EL PISO DE ARRIBA HABÍA GENTE PORQUE SE ESCUCHABAN LOS PASOS LAS DOS NOCHES QUE ESTUVIMOS Y HABÍA LUZ ARRIBA. Por lo visto, ya ha pasado antes. Leímos un comentario de otros clientes a los que les pasó lo mismo. No me sorprendería que hubiera más que no hubieran reparado en el cambio del número de la dirección. Cuando le dijimos algunos detalles de cómo estaba el apartamento, nos ofrece devolvernos el dinero y que busquemos otro alojamiento. Decidimos quedarnos para no buscar ya de noche otro lugar donde alojarnos los 5 y esperar la devolución del dinero, anulando el alojamiento fuera del plazo pactado. Vaya por delante que el apartamento está bastante bien de tamaño y servicios, pero está muy dejado en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento. Por lo que a nosotros se refiere, encontramos: Calcetines usados en un cajón bajo la cama Mesa auxiliar de noche rota colgando Mesa salón con un boquete en medio Sabanas y toallas arrugadas y en mal estado, metidas en un cajón y revueltas Sabanas de las camas arrugadas y con olor de usadas. En fin, una pena porque como digo, el apartamento no está mal, en principio.
• Krisztina (9/5): Brief and enjoyable stay with friends and family. - Very clean, seemed refurbished, had new appliances, was spacious. Owner was very responsive to our needs. We had several interactions and he was very helpful. We could not find enough towels and he came over half an hour later and brought new sets of towels for us. Nothing against the property, as it was clearly mentioned on the listing, but the full beds were too tight for two adults to sleep in. I wish they had put in queen beds instead.
