• Gema (10/5): Fiel a la descripción. Una estancia perfecta 😊 - Me gustó mucho que es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Muy limpio todo. Muy buena calidad precio. Muy buen trato del personal. Ubicación perfecta. Un pelín lioso para recoger la llave para huéspedes mayores o que no tengan mucha experiencia viajando.

• Romina Soledad (10/5): - El departamento está muy bien ubicado, pasan buses a todos lados que paran en la puerta y a 10 minutos del metro. Y muy cerca tambien de waterloo. Muy lindo y confortable. Muy bien calefaccionado e instalaciones de primer nivel. Viajamos en familia y los espacios super amplios. Tal vez un segundo juego de llaves por si se hacen planes distintos.
• Celina-Ireen (8/5): Overall, we had a lovely stay with a fantastic view and a great location. - What we really liked about the property was the great location. There was a bus stop directly outside the building, supermarkets nearby, and the nearest Tube station was only around a 5-minute walk away. Even at night, it was very easy to get around and get back safely. Another highlight was definitely the view. We stayed on the 15th floor and had an amazing view over London, which was especially beautiful in the evening. We also really appreciated that we were allowed an early check-in around 1.5 hours before the official time. The staff we communicated with via WhatsApp was very friendly and helpful, and the key collection process was smooth and easy. The apartment looked exactly like the photos, which is always nice to see. It was spacious, had a lovely balcony, modern furniture and overall felt very comfortable. There were a few things we think could be improved. In one of the bedrooms there wasn’t a proper wardrobe, only a clothing rail. Behind it, the wall had noticeable water stains and marks, which didn’t look very appealing. We noticed similar marks in a few other places around the apartment as well. We’re not sure if it was just water damage or something else, but it would be good to have that checked. The mattress felt quite worn and already a bit overused, so it wasn’t as comfortable as expected. The kitchen had enough plates, glasses and basic equipment, but there were no essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil or other small kitchen basics. For a short trip, it’s a bit inconvenient to buy these things just for a few days. One more thing that personally wasn’t ideal for us, although this is more a matter of preference, was that there was only one large duvet instead of separate ones.

• Hristo (9/5): Great London visit - We had a great stay at this apartment. The host was very friendly and sent clear, detailed instructions well in advance, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent — very convenient for getting around London — and the neighbourhood felt safe. The view from the 16th floor was absolutely stunning and genuinely made the stay feel special. The apartment was comfortable and well worth the money. We were very happy with everything and would happily stay again. A few small things could make the stay even better. In one of the bathrooms, the shower head was fixed in place and couldn’t be adjusted, which made it a bit inconvenient. The living room also felt a little empty — adding a few more furnishings (e.g., an armchair/pouffe) would make it cozier, especially since the sofa is most comfortable for two people. Finally, a couple of extra pillows (or slightly higher/firm pillows) would be a nice improvement, as the ones provided were quite low.

Stock mit toller Aussicht und zweckmässig möbliert (genau wie auf den Fotos). Sauber gereinigt. Angenehmes Aufenthaltsklima. Sichere Umgebung noch wenig touristisch mit ausgezeichneter Bus- und Metroanbindung sternförmig in alle Richtungen. Vielseitige Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Schöner Stadt-Park, aufstrebendes Stadtquartier. Free Netflix. Zweite Bettdecke wurde wie gewünscht bereitgestellt sowie ein grosszügiges late check out ermöglicht. vielen Dank an Monika Doppelbetten entsprechen britischem Standard und sind mit 140cm Breite für 2 Personen eher knapp, zudem etwas weich.

Gelegen in een mooie veilige wijk Matrassen en kussens kunnen wat beter, bed ligt niet al te fantastisch… Ook was het appartement niet grondig gepoetst bij aankomst, klinken waren nog vettig en hier en daar nog haren te vinden in de hoeken

Die Bilder sind nicht aktuell und es gibt sichtliche Mängel und Beschädigungen in der Wohnung was uns persönlich aber nicht störte.

The living room was very comfortable, with a great couch facing the TV, which made it the perfect place to relax at the end of the day after exploring London. The kitchen was also excellent. The fridge made it easy to store drinks and food, and having a market nearby was really convenient. The shower was one of the highlights — it had great water pressure and very easy temperature control. The apartment has two bedrooms, and both were very comfortable. The bed in the main bedroom was excellent, and there were plenty of hangers in the closet, which made organizing our clothes easy during our stay. The second bedroom was also very comfortable and provided a great additional space. The washer–dryer combination unit worked flawlessly, which was a huge bonus for a longer stay. The apartment also has beautiful views and is located in a great central area of London. It’s close to many attractions and very convenient to the Tube, making it easy to get around the city. The host has been incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. We spent five days here and genuinely did not encounter a single issue. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting London.

• Tilde (10/5): - Lokacija apartmana je odlična. Ispred zgrade je autobusna stanica i treba vam 10 tak minuta do Big Bena. Također i metro je udaljen oko 5 min hoda. Stan je bio na 10.katu, prostran, čist, odličan pogled. Jako mirno i sigurno. Komunikacija sa osobljem jednostavna. Dobili smo upute za check in i sve je bilo jednostavno i dobro objašnjeno. U kuhinji bi trebalo dodati začine, poput soli,šećera, ulje..malo više wc papira ostaviti, kao i ručnika.

• GERARDO (10/5): Todo genial - Todo muy bien. El apartamento está situado en la planta 10ª de un edificio en la zona de Elephant & Castle. Es muy nuevo, espacioso y moderno, con dos dormitorios y dos cuartos de baños (uno de ellos dentro de un dormitorio). Cocina bien equipada, camas cómodas y mucho silencio (se duerme estupendamente). Hay al lado paradas de autobús para la zona más turística (en 15 minutos se llega al Big Ben o a la Torre de Londres) y también cerca hay una estación de metro y otra de tren. En los alrededores hay supermercados y tiendas de todo tipo. La comunicación con los propietarios fue muy rápida y fácil. El precio es ajustado, teniendo en cuenta que Londres es una ciudad cara. Volveríamos sin duda a alojarnos allí en otra visita a Londres y lo recomendamos totalmente.

• Mataya (6/5): It could have been nice - Great location and great views Looks clean at first glance until you see things like baseboards, shower grout, etc. We bought paper towels because there weren’t any face or hand towels. The beds were also very uncomfortable. They knew one of the toilets wasn’t working properly but didn’t inform us ahead of time and it caused problems throughout our stay. Even after someone came by to get it running it continued to not flush fully which caused unnecessary stress for the entirety of our stay. It’s a shame, and truthfully wish we were partially refunded for how difficult our stay was.

Bosch appliances, central heating. Outstanding location for tube and bus, could get anywhere in central London in half an hour. Not a great area at night. Certainly couldn’t send my daughter to the shop @ 21.00.Besides that, outstanding location for tube.

A good oven , dishwasher and washing machine, two good bathrooms and a nice outdoor space. A bit more kitchen equipment would be helpful as we ate in on a few nights eg more glasses, cups and a chopping board.

Fácil contacto y atención de la persona encargada de entrega de llaves( Lee Wang). Fue necesaria la reparación de ventana el primer día y resolvió muy rápido. Mobiliario moderno y en perfectas condiciones. Al igual que el edificio, muy moderno. Falta mayor variedad en menaje de cocina. Almohadas algo duras( es cuestión de gustos) pero colchón muy cómodo.

The apartment was very clean, and it felt like we were the first people to ever stay there! The views were also great. I suggested that a second towel be provided in the kitchen, but everything else was great!
• Karla (9/5): super lage, , super aussicht, super internet zugang. - sehr gut gelegen - 6 bushaltestellen in der nähe, man erreicht alle sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem bus , super aussicht, gut ausgestattet für 4 personen, 2 badezimmer mit 2 WCs . wir waren im august dort und konnten- nach geräuscheingewöhnung - ab der dritten nacht mit offenem fenster schlafen. 1 coop und ein orientalischer supermarkt (mcdonnald - auch ) fussläufig zu erreichen, ebenfalls im selben gebäude und in der nähe nette pubs. bereitgestellt wird bettwäsche,,duschgel und haarschampoo und jeweils ein handtuch pro person,. küchenbereich könnte besser gewartet werden küchenrollen oder geschirrtücher sind scheinbar nicht üblich. im grossen ganzen, teuer, gut gelegen und ok für genügsame london besucher.

• Muhammad (10/5): highly recommended for family of up to 8... 4 on the provided bed, 1 on sofa bed, the rest bring your own sleeping bed a - everything was perfect. spacious, fast internet, superb view, access with given keys was working perfectly. the whole apartment was ours, so comfortable. we enjoy cooking using the kitchen with dining table. and the contact person is very accomodative and respond to your queries via whatsapp very promptly. the hotel is very clean. only the bed on the main room, its dented causing us to roll into the middle of the bed when lying down. but this is minor.

• Karolína (10/5): Perfect stay - This apartment is really special. It's in a great location, looks really like the photos and communication with the owner was perfect. I definitely recommend it. The only small minus is probably the cleaning of the apartment. It wasn't terrible, but I think it could have been a little better.
• Ridlil (9/5): Very nice apartment in the heart of London - Very nice modern apartment. Close to everything and easy access to public transport. The host Lee was very attentive and was available to help. Would stay there again. The collection of the keys wasn't easy. We arrived after 6.00 pm not knowing where we are and we had to search for the shop for the keys collection. We had to drag our suitcases for 500 meter to collect the keys and drag them back to the apartment. But on leaving we left the key on the counter after speaking to the host. There wasn't a bath mat in the bathrooms. It was cold in the apartment, we couldn't find the thermostat to adjust it.

No bath mat or tea towel. 1 double bed in each room though plan shows 1 of the rooms with 2 double beds so one person had to sleep on couch.

The hosts went out of their to be helpful as we had a late arrival. nothing. There was construction nearby but nothing anyone can do about that in a big city.

• Heng (9/5): Superb - It is a wonderfull trip stayed at this brand new setup accommodation, the booking is for my family travel and the experience was expectional . on the day check in, Lee sent the link to short video and shows how to collect the key and find the excelly location of flat, I thought this is a great idea. the place is very clean. quiet and nice setup, the balcony has as a great view to whole city. the coffee machine, tv and bath towels are all including. there are many restaurants nearby and one supermarket is just cross road on ground floor. fully recommond and will stay again
