• Nadia (8/5): Comfortable stay in a quiet location - Had everything we needed for our short stay while visiting family in the area. Tidy, clean home in a convenient and quiet location. Has all kitchen necessities to cook at home. Washing machine didn’t work well.

• Todd (1/5): Bad - Could have been great if it was clean and tidy. Was close to the venue we were visiting Beware. This is the most disgusting dirty property that I have ever stayed in. From when we first got to the front door, the outdoor rubbish bins were over flowing and the smell was pretty bad. Outside grass was so overgrown. Not a good start, then we opened the door and the inside didn't smell any better. We found the dishwasher had stopped half way through its cycle and was full of rotten murky water. Yuk... Dishes left inside had started to turn moldy. Everything was dirty, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, kitchen bench surfaces. Floors, walls. Don't think this place has ever been cleaned The toilet was something else, covered in pooh.... Shower and bathroom not good. Found bedding in washing machine that was still damp and not smelling that good. OMG could it get any worse. Yip, bed was pre loved, I won't go into details here and towels had been used and refolded. We were so disappointed and not the best start to our holiday, I got some cleaning stuff together and spent a few hours cleaning what we were going to use. Not what I wanted to be doing thats forsure😢 Contacted owners, not a great response. Didn't even apologise or seem to care. Asked for a refund, as you would have guessed, no reply

• Jennifer (10/5): Exceptional - It was a very interesting place to stay. Finding the gate was a little tricky as the GPS took us to the wrong side, but once we worked it out it was fine. Being a short person it was hard to reach the latch on the top of the gate.

Seemed relatively clean All these things are easy to fix and I hope the owners do as it would make the stay more pleasant and better value for money. The towels were thin and there was no bathmat. No dishrack and teatowel was difficult to find.Bottle opener would have been good Sheets had a small spot of blood which left me wondering if they had been changed...of course it could have happened while the bed was being made. The closed circuit camera is disconcerting being above the bathroom door!

The property wasn't properly cleaned inside, there was a security camera inside the house which made us feel uncomfortable that someone was watching you while you're in the house you couldn't make yourself at home,the beds were to soft, other than that was okay wouldn't stay there again.
