• Monika (10/5): Value for money - We enjoyed staying at Gemini Saigon because of its excellent location and proximity to everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, clean, and included a private bathroom which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were always lovely, polite, and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated that the hotel stored our luggage while we travelled to Con Dao Island and the Mekong Delta. That extra service made our trip much easier and was greatly appreciated. We would happily stay here again.

Habe gesagt dass ich werde warten, die Dame wollte aber unbedingt mich in anderen Hotel, der nur 500 Meter entfernt ist, unterbringen. Ich kannte die Lage nicht und habe zugesagt. Und wurde in anderes Hotel gebracht-der direkt auf Bui Vien Walking street steht! Ich konnte garnicht schlafen. Es war einfach unmöglich laut! Für Leute die Party wollten die Lage ist perfekt. Ich wollte mich aber nur ausruhen vor dem 17 Stündigen Flug . Das Zimmer in Gemini Luxury Hotel war gut, sauber und mit Badewanne. Aber schlafen war unmöglich!
• Monika (7/5): - When we arrived, our room wasn’t available. Reception claimed there was an issue with the door, but instead of offering a proper solution, we were given two options: pay extra for a family room(with no windows) or cancel our entire 4-night booking & find another hotel. After refusing to pay more, they eventually let us use the family room at the same rate. We were told the issue would be fixed and that we could move into our original room the next day at 12:30pm. However, by 1:30pm we were still waiting, and when we were finally taken to the room, housekeeping was still cleaning it, clearly indicating it had just been vacated. After reading other recent reviews, it seems this hotel may be double-booking rooms and leaving guests to deal with the consequences. Based on this experience, along with similar feedback from other recent reviews, there appears to be a pattern of poor room management, potentially including overbooking. The area directly in front of the hotel was dirty and clearly not maintained, which reflects poorly on the overall standards. It would have taken minimal effort for staff to keep this clean. To make matters worse, an SUV and multiple scooters were parked directly in front of the entrance for our entire stay, completely blocking access. This made moving luggage in and out unnecessarily difficult and was never addressed by the hotel.

The staff behaviour was horrible. After a confirmed booking, they didn’t allow us to check-in. They asked extra money for giving us another room.

• Daniel (8/5): Overall I loved my stay here and would return again next time. - Location perfect to walk to main strip district, 5 minute walk close enough to be there but far away to not have the noise. Staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Room - bed was comfy, plenty pillows. Aircon worked well. Balcony was perfect (although some rooms advertised ''with balcony'' actually have an outdoor utility room with no view, as opposed to a balcony overlooking a street). Bathroom was nice and shower had hot water. Also room was spacious for one person especially with balcony. Room cleaning excellent. A combination of the friendly staff, clean, comfy but simple room, space and vicinity to everywhere in the city made this room excellent and good value for money. Small issue with kitchenette - you have the ability to cook etc, but absolutely no utensils no pots, pans, cutlery etc. Although it is much nicer to go out and eat anyways :). I was there for one month, so occasionally I would have used these facilities if it were available. Noise from upstairs was an on/off issue, loud running/thudding on the ceiling. Staff told me that nobody was upstairs, however the thudding was still there so maybe it was from next door. Regardless, it was there about 50 percent of the time, fortunately not throughout the night but from early doors. Overall it is still nice and quiet, but the occasional dull thudding did get annoying if it started at 07:30.

The female receptionists of both Hotels are involved in the owners activities. I.e. At the same time I have paid cash to the receptionist, my bank informed me by mail that somebody tried to cash ~VND 18 Millions, it's about identical to what I paid to Hotel receptionist in cash.

• JIA HOW (1/5): It is true about other reviews, the hotel is a scam - I booked for 5 nights stay from 31st December 2025, but was told that the hotel is full and they had to cancel my booking on the spot. Having read the reviews on Google maps before, I already texted and confirmed with the property three days before arrival, to make sure they don’t just give the excuse and change me to another sister hotel. They confirmed and even said ‘rest assured you’ll stay in the address and room that you’ve booked’, yet it happened. Imagine arriving on 31st dec, the busiest day for tourism and they did this trick to you. It’s very disappointing indeed, so I am writing here to warn all fellow travellers not to book this place.

The hotel is in an excellent location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but it is also quiet so no disturbances at night. The room was nice and the balcony was a great place to sit and chill out and drink coffee. I think the price is good value and I will come back for sure. I think maybe the internet on the top floor bedroom can be a little unreliable, maybe adding another router on 5th floor could be a good idea.

Ama bana gittiğimde yerleri olmadığını ve başka otele göndereceklerini söylediler. Ve gösterdikleri oda küçük ve balkonsuzdu. Bende asla kabul etmedim. Nasıl olduysa 5 dakika içinde benim tuttuğum oda müsait oldu ve beni yerleştirdiler. Yaptıkları bu oyun hiç hoşuma gitmedi.

The plaster was chipping but I didn't come to Vietnam to spend all day in the room. So it didn't bother me. The room was a bit dated.
