Walking distance to the happening F&B area in Mt Austin. Value for money accommodation. Minion design is cute. Some suggestions: 1) Provide instruction on where to find entrance within the carpark, was hard to locate. 2) Replace holder for toilet shower head and rusty clothes hanger. 3) Be more prompt to settle the refund on deposit (took few days).

Floor has a dusty/sticky feel (even after we clean and sweep it) Some facilities need replacement, e.g. bathroom door hangar (rusted)
