- Muhammad Shabir (1/5): Extremely Disappointing Stay – Dirty, Unsafe, and Host Unhelpful - We rented this apartment for a family stay, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On arrival, the bathrooms and toilets were dirty (brown instead of white), with visible mold. See attached photos. The upstairs shower was leaking directly into the kitchen – extremely unhygienic. We even found finger and toenails in the house. Despite repeated complaints via Booking.com, the host claimed issues were “sorted out,” which was not true. We had requested a baby cot when booking. Initially, none was provided. The host later said there was a cot in a storage room, but the room was filthy, filled with dirty linens, mops, and had a foul smell – completely unsuitable. After three nights, a cot was delivered at midnight but without a mattress, making it unusable. Other problems: The mattresses were overused and uncomfortable. A cupboard fell on one of us, which was dangerous. The owner refused to answer calls and always gave excuses. He promised cleaners would come, but no one ever came. At the end, only Booking.com provided a flat partial refund; the host did nothing. He says it’s under discussion. To make matters worse, the host even suggested giving a 5-star review in exchange for €30 cashback – highly unprofessional. Overall, this property was dirty, unsafe, and the host was uncooperative. I cannot recommend this apartment to anyone.
- Natalia (2/5): - Niente. Appartamento veramente sporco e poco curato come si può vedere dalle foto. Mancanza di cose elementari: bicchieri, posate, carta igienica eccetera eccetera. Ad alcuni dei letti non erano state cambiate le lenzuola lasciando addirittura le lenzuola dei precedenti ospiti. Esperienza da dimenticare. Non consiglio a nessuno.
- mdaguer (10/5): Great value for your money with an excellent location - A comfortable and conveniently located place, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and a bus station just a 5-minute walk away. The hosts are not intrusive at all and allow for a fully self-service experience, which makes the stay easy and relaxed. The neighborhood feels a bit dirty and neglected, which might not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the stove could use some maintenance, as two of the burners weren’t working properly during our stay.
