Igor (7/5): Подойдёт для короткого пребывания - Вблизи от центра. Квартира, в целом, неплохая, всё как на фото. В комнате два кондиционера, стиралка, все работает. Не хватает всяких мелочей типа Крючков для полотенец и т.д. На подступах к бассейну сидит охранник и никого не пускает без предварительной записи. Необходимо списаться с риелтором, чтобы забронировать себе место у бассейна. Притом, что бассейн работает не каждый день… В фитнес вообще не пускают, притом, что данная опция обозначены в описании на Booking.

May (1/5): Never ever again. We do not recommend specially for families with children. - Norhing actually. Its a scam. We book this unit for a week but they gave us different unit, Unit is dirty and old. Not same as the pictures in the add a diffirent flat. We arrived in Ho chi min at 9am they told us the room is not ready we have to wait until 2 pm. We did check in 3 pm We were shock when we realized they gave us different unit. Please note that the pictures were taken the moment we checked in and i realized its a diffirent room. Dirty used sheets/ beddings was left in the cabinet, I was even the one who wash the left dirty dishes. Toilet is Dirty. Electrical Wirings are out beside the bed and around the flat its not safe for kids. And worst when we do complain they told us whats the drama, trying to be rude at first then I told her i would complain in Booking, com and write a real review. she became nice suddenly and offered a refund. I told her ok we will just move first thing morning coz its almost evening that time. give us refund. Well she did refund but deduct a 2 nights equivalent for the price of the room per night.we felt we got scamed. The morning we checked out.

Effy (7/5): Good - The location was great and there were two supermarkets on the ground floor which was very convenient. You could use a pool which had a stunning view but was also crowded most of the times. It didn't looked like on the pictures, way smaller than expected and the interiour and furniture seemed a little bit mixed together. A lot of stuff were missing like toilet paper, towels, washing detergent but the staff tried to bring everything when asked.
