• Wörz (2/5): - Der Hausmeister, der zufällig da war, hat sich sehr um uns bemüht, da das Appartement abends um ca. 17.30 Uhr weder gereinigt war, noch die Betten bezogen waren. Man hat dann alles in Windeseile hergerichtet, aber der Boden war noch dreckig, Haare und ein künstlicher rosa Fingernagel lagen herum. Die dunkle Bettwäsche billig und zerknittert. Man hatte kein gutes Gefühl.

• Florin (5/5): Einfach traurig und nicht zu empfehlen - Bettwäsche nicht sauber gewesen und von sehr schlechter Qualität , schlechte Qualität von Polster - Decke und Handtücher , Matratzen schlecht gerochen .Kaffeemaschine war da aber leider keiner Kaffe Kapseln. Kühlschrank viel zu laut und in Stiegenhaus Lärm bis Mitternacht..
• JuXReisen (5/5): Einfache günstige Wohnung in der Nähe der Innenstadt. - Die Wohnung hat offenbar Fußbodenheizung, recht angenehm. Die Dusche ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Die Parkplätze stehen nicht zuverlässig zur Verfügung. Sie werden teilweise von unberechtigten Nutzern belegt. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Wenn man sich etwas schwungvoll darauf setzt, schlägt man auf einen harten Untergrund.

• Vera (10/5): - Riesiges Appartement, bequeme Betten, sehr modern, elektr. Rolläden, gr. Küche Riesige barrierefreie dusche aber ohne Tür, das bedeutet das ganze Badezimmer steht unter Wasser und wird zur gefährlichen Rutschpartie.
• Joost (5/5): - Snelle reactie van verhuurder om binnen te komen. De bedden lag een kuil in en de kussens lagen slecht. De vloer pikte gewoon dus we durfde niet op blote voeten te lopen. We hebben de halve nacht wakker gelegen omdat de onderburen keihard aan het lachen en praten waren.

• Dieter (8/5): Großes Appartment in Passau - Gute Lage, fußläufig zur Passauer Altstadt (1,5 km). Großes Appartment (Nr 4), sonniger Balkon, eigener Pkw-Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr spartanisch, nur die allernotwendigsten Möbel. Es standen nur zwei kleine Duschhandtücher und ein Küchenhandtuch zur Verfügung, wir mussten uns im Putzraum "nachversorgen". Treppenaufgang und Bereich vor der Wohnung sehr schmutzig. In der Wohnung lag auf vielen Regalbrettern eine dicke Staubschicht, der Teppich in der Küche sah auch nicht vertrauenserweckend aus.

• REETESH (10/5): - Nice apartment. Was clean and had all facilities as per description. Parking was right in front of the apartment. We just stayed for one night on the way for a short break and had dinner and breakfast outside. So didn't use the kitchen. Many shops and restaurants nearby on the other side of the river. Host was very proactive and always available. Nothing.
• Volker (7/5): - Eine stinknormale Kaffeemaschine wäre besser als diese elenden Kapsel-Maschinen. Diesmal von Tchibo! Der Küchentisch ist winzig und die Küchenausstattung eher rudimentär.
• Natalia (6/5): Satisfactory stay, little improvements are necessary though to ensure better comfort of the guests. - The apartment is quite nice and spacious. There were other guests in the building who were very noisy in the evening, we could also hear the entrance door banging all the time quite late at night. There were no hand towels, the bathroom floor was full with water after showering, even if we tried to take a shower very carefully to avoid this wetness. There were no towel for the floor or anything for cleaning it, so we had to use one bath towel to clean the bathroom floor.

• Elke (6/5): Die Unterkunft für zwei Nächte okay. - Die Lage war sehr gut - zu Fuß ist das Stadtzentrum in 15 Minuten zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Bäcker und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe erreichbar. Leider hatten wir in der Unterkunft Barhocker und einen viel zu kleinen Bartisch und keinen Tisch mit Stühlen, dies nicht angenehmen war um am Abend gemütlich noch zusammen sitzen zu können. Bei Buchung war dies leider nicht ersichtlich. Die Küchenausstattung war übersichtlich leider nicht genügend Gläser und Tassen, es gab auch keine Weingläser und keine Salatschüssel. Der Backofen war auch leider viel zu verschmutzt um ihn Nutzen zu können, das Backblech verdreckt ohne Ende. Es hieß es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine, was wir antrafen war dann eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine somit mussten wir erstmals Kapseln für die Maschine besorgen - hatten Kaffee mit Filtern für eine Kaffeemaschine dabei. Bad war okay von der Sauberkeit - Ablauf Dusche ist nicht mehr richtig abgelaufen sollte mal besser gereinigt werden. Schlafzimmer war okay - Bettwäsche wäre schön wenn man da mal was neues kauft - Reißverschlüsse kaputt.
• Emiliyan (8/5): Bis auf das Problem mit dem verstopften Abfluss im Bad war alles andere in Ordnung. - Saubere Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage, komfortable Betten, viel Platz. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Stellplatz, der aber von einem Auto mit örtlichen Kennzeichen besetzt war. Deshalb müssten wir auf einen anderen Stellplatz ausweichen. Spät am Abend war das fremde Fahrzeug weg. Unsere zweite schlechte Erfahrung haben wir in der Wohnung gemacht: in der Duschkabine konnte das Wasser nicht abfließen, da der Siphon voll verstopft war. Daher müssten wir ihn reinigen, damit wir überhaupt duschen können.

• Dave (6/5): An sich schön, aber mit Abstrichen in Punkto Sauberkeit. - Die Lage war ok, von der Hauptstraße aus gut erreichbar. Grundsätzlich waren auch Parkplätze da, jedoch war der der uns zugewiesen wurde leider belegt. Die technischen Einrichtungen haben funktioniert, über die Sauberkeit muss ich leider unter dem Punkt "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen" schreiben. Die Betten waren zumindest sauber und frisch bezogen. Sonst sah es aus wie auf den Bildern in etwa. Der Kühlschrank wurde innen leider nicht gereinigt, da waren sogar noch Essenreste drin, das war wirklich nicht schön. Ähnlich sah es in den Schränken aus, da wo das Salz stand, war Salz im ganzen Schrank verteilt usw. Im Bad irgendwas wie Blut an der Tür und auf dem Balkon noch Zigarettenstummel von den Vorgängern. Die Betten waren zwar frisch bezogen, jedoch mit Bettzeug das sich so massiv aufgeladen hat, das man gefühlt ne Autobatterie damit hätte laden können, bei jeder 2ten Bewegung hat man einen geballert bekommen und es kribbelte und kratzte die ganze Zeit irgendwie. Da wir nur eine Nacht da waren haben wir da nicht weiter das Gespräch zwecks Nachbesserung gesucht, da wir sowieso den nächsten Morgen wieder weg wollten, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre das jedoch ein Thema gewesen.

Sehr wenig Besteck vorhanden. Kleiderschrank defekt. Sauberkeit in allen Zimmern außer Bad nur oberflächlich. Teppiche extrem fleckig.

• Shefqet (1/5): - Das ist wirklich keine Unterkunft die man am selben Tag noch buchen kann, weil man sonst mit leeren Händen dasteht. Wir durften uns über eine leere Schlüsselbox und eine nicht erreichbare Telefonnummer freuen, mitten im Schneesturm.

• Saric Petrovic (10/5): - Accommodation was an ideal choice for our short rest during a long journey. After 8 hours of driving, we were welcomed by a warm and tidy apartment. Everything was clean and new, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils to prepare a quick meal. There was plenty of free parking right in front of the building entrance. Check-in and check-out were contactless but easy. The host was very responsive and communicative, and she accommodated our requests. On the contrary, we have only praise and complete satisfaction. All the best in your future work — it’s obvious that you know exactly what you’re doing.

• Mark (9/5): Een aanrader. - Een moderne woning met goede faciliteiten en schoon, het centrum van Passau is goed aan te lopen. Het appartement ligt aan een rustige straat en er kon gemakkelijk worden geparkeerd bij het appartement. Eigenlijk weinig aan te merken, enige puntje van kritiek was dat we het koffieapparaat niet geactiveerd kregen.

• Stefan (2/5): Laut Ungemütlich und Kalt - Die Dusche ist oke und das Bad. Die Wohnung ist sehr ungemütlich alles ist wild zusammen gewürfelt. Bei einem Schrank wurden die Türen ausgebaut. Die Wände sind sehr dünn es ist extrem laut in der Nacht man hört alle Bewohner. Die Heizung funktioniert fast garnicht.
• Sebastian (3/5): Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, Ausstattung verbesserungsfähig. - Objekt hat Neubau-Niveau, Aufzug vorhanden, neuwertige Küche. Im Penthouse hat man von der Ruhezeit ab 22 Uhr offenbar nichts gehört, nachdem gegen 2 Uhr die Polizei vor Ort war wurde es ruhiger. Mit kleinen Kindern aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit nicht zu empfehlen. Wir hatten Apartment 2, Ausstattung ok, aber zu wenige Handtücher, zu wenig Besteck und Geschirr, kein Flaschenöffner, zugeordneter Parkplatz wird ständig durch Fremdparker belegt. Räume sind sehr dunkel, Wohnzimmer ist eher Durchgangsbereich zu den Schlafzimmern. Wege zwischen Fernseher und Betten zu schmal. Objekt liegt für Stadtbesuche zu Fuß ungünstig.

• Dusan (9/5): Good choice - Everything was fine. Good choice if you need place to rest during your long trip, like we had. Communication with the host was great, they answered to all of our questions in a short time. Parking is in front of the building.

• jonathan (7/5): Prima verblijf met missende puntjes op de I - Verschillende vertrekken en kamers. Compleet versleten matras. Geen koffie of handdoekje in de keuken Overlast van vierende flat bewoners. Geen bed of dekens en kussen voor vijfde persoon die geboekt is.

• Sylvia (5/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber Föhn selber mitbringen! - Schöne Wohnung und Lage. Wenn man dort ist sollte unbedingt im Hacklberger Bräustüberl essen. Es war in der Wohnung warm und es sind schöne Bilder an der Wand. Der große Kühl/Gefrierkombi kann im Sommer sehr nützlich sein. Schöne neue Küchenzeile. Die Versprochen / Beworbenen Ausstattung fehlte. Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht. Klopapier und eine Satz Bettwäsche wurde nach Reklamation zugig gebracht. Das kein Föhn in der Wohnung war hat mich wegen der langen Haare meiner Töchter (Aufenthalt in Dezember) am meisten gestört. Was fehlte sonst noch: der 5. Stuhl, Wäscheständer, Seife, Duschgel, Shampoo.

• Suzana (7/5): It was too loud and that was the worse part of it - It was an easy communication and for us it was important that it has a parking space. Wi fi didn’t work, it was very loud at night. Although we paid for 5, we had 4 chairs at the dining table, 4 towels since the fifth bed wasn’t setup.
• Diana (10/5): Top Unterkunft - Super Unterkunft. Der Schlüssel war in einer Schlüsselbox. Wir sind erst gegen 22:00 Uhr angekommen, aber mit der Schlüsselbox war alles ganz easy und unkompliziert. Die Jungs über uns haben eine Party gemacht, sie waren super laut bis 3:00 Uhr 😩. Aber das war nicht die Schuld der Unterkunft, wir hatten einfach Pech 😕.

• Rob Marton (10/5): beautiful apartment, worth the money - extremely nice and modern, comfy, warm, quiet, clean, well equipped and well situated apartment near the town centre (1.7 km walking) with free private parking front of your window. we stayed only 1night as we travelled elsewhere but i wish we would stay longer. absolutely outstanding service from the host, very responsive and helpful, speaking english! also we had free wifi. please dont take it as complain, only thing what i can mention that was no soap/handwash for the sink or shower gel/shampoo in the shower. other than that fantastic!

• Bartoli (3/5): Soggiorno da dimenticare - Materassi fantastici La pulizia L'impressione é stata che prima del nostro arrivo non sia stata né pulita né preparata. Abbiamo trovato del pane rimasto dai precedenti inquilini, una bottiglia di coca cola completamente ghiacciata nel congelatore, briciole di pane sparse ovunque, 2 dita di polvere sotto il divano, mancanza di asciugamani, c'erano solo alcuni piccoli per le mani, mancanza di coperte, mancanza di 1 posto letto. Abbiamo telefonato al numero di servizio e nonostante che abbiano detto che avrebbero mandato qualcuno, non é arrivato nessuno. Non abbiamo visto nessuno del personale. La doccia era quasi impossibile farla perché, oltre a non esserci a disposizione gli asciugamani, c'era il rischio di allagamento..
