• Christine (9/5): Absolutely top and it was great to learn that the landlord donates 10€ for each stay of the guests, great gesture! - It is very well equipped and the landlord was very helpful, offering all Information. Nothing except the balcony, would be great, but it was absolutely nice to have, not necessarily.
• Klaus (10/5): Perfekt - Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet, wirklich mit allem was man braucht. Darüberhinaus war die Wohnung sauberer als jedes Hotel. Super Nichts
• Axel (7/5): Schöne drei Tage in Neustadt an der Weinstraße - Gute ruhige Lage, Räume inkl. Bad großzügig, sehr sauber. Die vielen kleinen Dinge, die in einer Ferienwohnung nicht selbstverständlich sind, waren alle ausreichend vorhanden, zB Geschirr-Tabs, Gewürze, Kaffeekapseln usw.. 15 Minuten Fußweg in die Innenstadt.
• Inna (9/5): Gemütlich, komfortabel und geräumig- absolut empfehlenswert - Sehr gute und moderne Ausstattung, bequemes Bett und Kopfkissen, geräumiges Bad mit Pflegeprodukten, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Angenehme und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. In Summe haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. -
• Esther (10/5): - Die Ausstattung war sehr gut durchdacht! Die Einrichtung war stilvoll.
• Katharina (9/5): Sehr schöne Wohnung! - Moderne, aufeinander abgestimmte Einrichtung. Super sauber. Außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung (Handtücher, Kaffee, Gewürze…). Trotz Lage in einem Mehrfamilienhaus recht ruhig. Wir hätten uns im Schlafzimmer eine bessere Verdunklung gewünscht. Die vorhandenen Vorhänge verdunkeln zwar, sind jedoch nicht breit genug um das Licht der Straßenlampen wirklich effektiv abzuhalten. Dadurch ist es Nachts etwas zu hell im Schlafzimmer (gerade wenn auch mal ein Auto vorbei fährt).
• Stefan (9/5): - Authentizität der Wohnung war sehr gut. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Anbindung an Innenstadt war fußläufig und bequem (für Neustadt-Kenner) Das Wetter an unserem Aufenthalt war bescheiden. Dafür kann der Vermieter aber nichts. Infomaterial über die Stadt fehlte!
