El apartamento es amplio con espacio suficiente para las 7 personas que eramos, y al tener dos baños compeltos facilitó mucho la logistica. Estuvimos muy comodos La cama de matrimonio estaba muy bien, el resto podria mejorar. Sobre todo el sofa cama

• Edrees (10/5): A comfy stay fulfilled with ease - I liked that it is not far away from the center and it took only 15 minutes walking and 5 minutes with the scooter, everything you needed as a family or a group is available from dishes and home appliances etc… , and for quality and price it is a great choice I didn’t find anything that I I didn’t like about the apartment because it was perfect in every aspect

The apartment requires immediate renovation: - the whitewash is peeling, and there are yellow stains in almost every room - the doors are too old, so that they do not close properly (the locking mechanisms are broken ) - the furniture is very cheap and almost completely broken or on the verge of breaking - the floor is creaky - dirty chairs in the dining room - most of the switches do not work - the lighting does not work in most rooms or is insufficient - the bed linen is torn 2. Check-out process: - Strangers came to our door 10 minutes before the check-out time and persistently asked for the keys, even though the host had instructed me to leave the keys in the mailbox. That had interfered with the normal check out process.

• Estanislau (10/5): Residência certa para uma família que pretenda visitar o centro de Milão - O apartamento está muito bem localizado, é tranquilo, tendo em conta estar em cima de uma via movimentada da cidade, as janelas duplas impedem qualquer ruido. Tem serviços de apoio próximos (supermercado e mercado biológico). Prédio típico do centro da cidade, em bom estado de conservação e manutenção, com porteiro. Zona de restaurantes e de diversão noturna muito próxima. Acesso ao centro da cidade a 15 / 20 minutos a pé. O contacto com o Alessandro foi muito bom e útil. Foi sempre muito prestável e simpático. Obrigado Havia pertences de anterior hóspede num armário da casa de banho. Não foi grave porque a casa de banho estava limpa.

• Billy (9/5): Big place to stay outside of permit zone. - Surprisingly huge place. One room has two twin beds. Another room has one full bed. Another room has a larger twin bed. The living room has a couch you could realistically put someone on. Ac is complicated at first cause you need to turn both wall unit panels on but it works well. Close to many bus stations. This property is about as close as you can get to the permit zone without entering it. There's a parking garage nearby that charges 5 euros an hour or 40 euros for 24 hours parking. We pulling in there, then walked our bags about 5 minutes to the place. Good location and good price. The smaller shower tends to leak if you don't fully seal the door which is hard when you're getting in. But you just wipe the water up and it's fine.
