Guest Reviews
- Valerie (8/5): Quite, clean, and comfortable, needed clearer directions for lift access from the apt. - Room was comfortable, private, and quiet. Bath had jets! Communication was via email and text, and was clear. The location is at the furthest edge of the mountain, near the North chair and the Toronto Ski club. It wasn't super clear how to get to the chair from the apartment by walking, especially in March when snow was melting, and despite advertising being a ski in/out location, access instructions were not provided. We asked 3 people on the site, a cleaner, an attendant in the main lodge (but not associated with the booking), and a random person we came upon, and no-one know or gave incorrect information. One thought the lift was not part of blue mountain, belonged to the Toronto Ski Club, and would be accessible only as a favour and at the whim of the lift attendant, and the other said you needed to drive to somewhere else to access. An improvement to the check in information, which was generally comprehensive, would be to provide instructions for lift access.
- Lesley (9/5): -
- sergei (8/5): - A bit on the edge of the village but still close to lift. Plus the snowshoe trail is right there Jacuzzi is far. Not usable really.
- Dennis (7/5): - Check in at 4pm i think it's a little late
- Thomas (5/5): A major disappointment that needs a major repair! - The mattress was comfortable. The room smelled bad - the carpet just inside the door was soaked, and mold was present in the carpet. The entire room and the chalet is in need of a MAJOR upgrade in terms of furniture, etc. The sofa bed smelled bad. The road into the complex that led to our building had numerous potholes. The door to our unit it was incredibly hard to open, and every time.we had to literally push it open after entering the unit security code. Salt corrosion was evident in the door frame.
- Alexandra (7/5): Good -
- Shaodan (10/5): room clean, ski in/out, kitchen is good - location is excellent
- Warisara (8/5): Very good -
- Vlad (3/5): Poor -
- Evans (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (9/5): Superb - The room is clean and ready when we arrived. All amenities in the room, including fridge, oven, stove, etc., work great. There was no noise during the night. The host communicated with us in relates to all details prior to our arrival. We did need to take time to read all details however they were helpful instructions. We enjoyed our stay.
- Sam (9/5): Excellent studio next to North lift - Great location near to the Blue Mountain North lift and plenty of parking when we were there. Well equipped kitchen - easily able to cook meals. Large and comfy bed. Very noisy extractor fan in bathroom
- Ko (10/5): Exceptional - Everything The lift on the north side close @4:30. So had to walk.
- Khatia (8/5): Very good -
- Farmer (9/5): Fantastic affordable blue mountain stay -
- Al (7/5): Good - proximity to the mountain. Bathroom fan not functioning, flooring has water damage furnace non functional, only fireplace heat working. No access to locker to store ski/snowboard gear. Had to leave in car.
- Gilda (8/5): Very good -
- Beverly (10/5): ecellent -
- Qian (7/5): A big headache—the heater was out of order. When we entered the room, I set the thermostat to 25°C, assuming everything - The location is fantastic—it’s a true ski-in/ski-out condo. However, one downside is that the closest lift, “Weider,” closes at 4:30 PM. After that, it’s impossible to ski back from the village.
The kitchen is very functional, and the decor is charming—perfect for a skiing trip. The facilities in this condo should have been checked beforehand. A malfunctioning heater during winter poses a serious issue, especially for a hungry and tired skier returning after a full day on the slopes. Having to troubleshoot and fix things in such cold conditions was an added burden I could have done without.
- Dan (9/5): This has been our third stay within this facility and won’t be our last! - Location N/a
- Greg (7/5): Good - Bed was very uncomfortable
- Faghihi (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (9/5): Our stay was one night only and we spent all the time inside the condo. - The property made available all the appliances one would need. We loved how clean everything was. One of the two of us found the bed a bit too hard. The front door was stiff against the door jam.
- Lu (8/5): Very good -
- Sheila (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, cozy and convenient. Front door difficult to open/close.
No recycling.
- Abhi (8/5): Very good -
- Nemtina (9/5): Good place. I think I can come back - This place has everything you need . Nice territory. Foldable coach allowed us to sleep comfortably! Good communication with the owner. They provided all the information you need. Easy access to the property. We were able to use the swimming pool ( it was small) and the water was warm . It wasn’t comfortable to sit on the chair with metal frame, especially after the bathroom . It wasn’t so bright in the room even if we used all the lights.
- Awais (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maria (5/5): It was good to get away, but there were several inconveniences - Location was good The smoke detector kept going off with the oven use, the shower liner as not clean and I had to unpack the dishwasher and clean out coffee maker. The pullout bed was super uncomfortable. The room was cold in the morning. Cant adjust heat. It was fine otherwise. You get what you pay for, I guess.
- Herbert (8/5): Very good -
- Chantel (9/5): Superb -
- Doug (8/5): Pleasant. - We've stayed in several units in this complex over the years and this was one of the best which is saying a lot because they've all been very good. The only amenity this unit needs is more storage, perhaps pull out drawers under the bed, The unit only had 7 hangers total in the closets and 3 drawers in a small dresser, two of which were already filled with the extra linens. Probably fine if you're a solo traveler for a couple of days but not enough for 2+ people for a week.
- Tomasz (10/5): Not bad - The pool and hottub and tennis courts The mattress wasn't the best I couldn't fall asleep for long time
- Gerry (7/5): Good -
- Barb (9/5): Great place!!! - It was very nice, updated, clean, and supplied more than we expected. Only complaint...bed was extremely hard, springy and uncomfortable. We tried to switch to the sofa bed pullout and that was also very uncomfortable.

- Drasti (8/5): great stay good location. - great location. cute cozy place bed was a little uncomfortable but not a big deal.
- Sherwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (3/5): Noisy repairs ruined the stay for us. - Easy to get to and within a reasonable drive to the town of Collingwood. Fine for a couple. Basically a hotel suite with direct outdoor access. Access door code is on remote timer so the later checkin is non-negotiable but this was clearly stated in the info. Most places we have stayed in allow checkin at earlier times to accommodate travel or earlier arrivals. Biggest issue was the construction and repairs to the entire building that started at 8:00 sharp every weekday. The workers were very respectful and friendly but the nature of the work required ladders, hammering and power tools so between the noise and having to keep the windows closed/covered, sleeping in was not an option and the unit became unliveable during the day. We should have been notified and warned, and we would not have rented here during this period. Not acceptable.
