• Marie (8/5): Great location but smelly. - Great location! Close to sky bus stop to airport and tram to Melbourne Park for the tennis (10min to reach the courts). Responsive staff as the QR code was initially sent to my other phone number to get the keys. 1 hard and 1 soft mattress which was perfect for us. The smell of sewerage in the living room. Even with window opened. Really unpleasant. The smell of cold ashtray in the main bedroom.

• Briony (6/5): A little dissappointing, but location was good for our 1night stay - Key Safe located close by. When issues arose the owner responded quickly. Contacted owner prior to check-in to confirm the sofa bed would be made up (booking for 3adults needing separate beds) It wasn’t, but I found a screwed up sheet & blanket in the cupboard which made me question if they were even clean. After contacting the owner, I also questioned about there only being a bottom sheet & doona on the beds. Having worked in hospitality a long time, I thought it was a no brainer that beds are made up with 2sheets… their response was that as it was only a 1night stay, they only put 1sheet on the bed………….. Apartment was also in need of some maintenance; bathroom basin tap broken (pulled off every time we used it), shower filled up with water very quickly (ankle deep), broken bedroom door handle, no dishcloth in kitchen.
• Edmonds (8/5): Loved it, just a few very minor things could have made it even better - Great coffee shop just around the corner, super high up, decent views. Apartment modern. Great value. Loved having a washer and dryer which worked really well. Very nice apartment with super fast wifi, super clean shower and bathroom. Overall would highly recommend Just minor things.. overall still great, but a few little things eg no sheet or thin blanket, just one thick quilt which unfortunately in summer meant i got very poor sleep (i need something over my body to sleep!) Even with ac i as much too hot. No tea towels provided (though plenty of paper towels). Only one large wok style pan, no saucepan or frypan. Only 1 dishwasher tablet for a 2 night stay.
• Nadja (10/5): Nice views and good sleep. - Everything was nice and very fancy! Fast elevator, 44th floor, very high and good views. It was quiet. Did not use the AC but we could open the windows and that was enough since it is always windy. Overall very nice experience!
• Pawso (9/5): - Such a comfortable apartment for adults and teenage kids. The apartment was very clean and has everything you'll need to be self sufficient. The kitchen and lounge area was really spacious and the two bedrooms were perfect for all of us. Close to public transport including trains, trams and Skybus out to the airport. Highly recommend staying at this apartment for short or longer term stays in Melbourne.
• Alicia (10/5): Comfortable and convenient - Really close to transport, if you like being higher up in your accommodation this one is going to make you happy being on the 44th floor with express elevator access. Nice and comfortable with everything you need. I found it challenging, for myself at first, with being so high up, but I did get used to it by the end of our stay.

• Hayley (8/5): Great short trip in the heart of the city. - Pretty good location, cute small apartment perfect for families. We liked our stay and found the apartment block very clean and smelt beautiful. Could have been a little cleaner for my liking. Such as mirrors very smeary and floor needs a proper vacuum. The sponges need replacing as they are yuck. Room key did not allow access to pool unfortunately we tried a few times for the kids. Shower does leak quite a bit onto wall. Only 1 pillow per person otherwise great stay.

• Steve (9/5): Steve Hatzi Review - Nice, clean apartment. Large king bed was too firm compared to double bed in other bedroom. Also, I feel the king size bed should be in the large bedroom and the double size bed in the smaller bedroom. This would ensure there are walkways either side of the bed in the smaller bedroom. Also, there were no hand towels in the bathroom.

• Oskar (8/5): Gorgeous place but could've been made more comfortable - Well-maintained apartment complex in an amazing location, with a beautiful indoor pool and sauna facilities. Very quiet inside the apartment. Modern, minimalist setup with high quality appliances (the dishwasher projects the time left on the wash cycle onto the floor?!?!?! bougie tech wizardry) and a super comfy couch. Had a great coffee from the cafe downstairs. There were no hand towels - we had to use the tea towel from the kitchen to dry our hands. We also weren't left with enough bath towels (2 towels total for a group of 4 people) which was pretty disappointing given the pool/sauna was a factor in why we chose to stay in this apartment over others. We searched high and low but couldn't find any spare/extra linens. The door handle on the inside of the glass "enclosure" was loose - one of us got stuck inside when the handle came off unexpectedly. The bed in the enclosure is huge but too stiff to be comfortable.

• Michelle (7/5): Good - Good location if traveling on skybus. Key could be easier to find (just a lock tied to a plant up the street). Upon leaving I accidentally left behind two very expensive hair stylers (a curler and a straightener). When I arrived home after my flight and realised, I messaged to ask if I could arrange to have them posted back, only to be told they had thrown them in the bin and I should’ve messaged earlier. I understand it is my fault for leaving them but a courtesy message would not have been at all difficult and unfortunately ruined all good thoughts I had about the stay in general.
