La douche vaste et fonctionnelle la proximité du métro, on sent et entend chaque passage de train toutes les 3 minutes, et il n y a pas de double vitrage donc on entend bien chaque voiture qui passe sur la route à qq mètres derrière la chambre, pas de table de nuit, le sèche serviettes ne chauffait pas, pas de meuble pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bains, pas de liquide vaisselle alors qu'il est demandé de laisser la vaisselle propre, état de saleté de la poubelle une fois le sac enlevé repoussant, sac poubelle que l'on doit nous même déposer sur la voie publique, le placard avec le cintres à une hauteur inatteignable ( 2 mètres environ), le robinet de la sdb bringuebalant et menaçant de tomber à chaque manipulation, il y a un four mais pas de plat pour chauffer au four.

• Cameron (3/5): Unhygienic but good location for price. - Location Bed sheets had some horrible stains on them. Also found clump of hair from previous guests on the bed when we woke up in the morning… TV did not seem to work Toilet was too close to the wall in the bathroom
• Sharon (1/5): I will not recommend this property - I did not stay in the flat I viewed online when booking, nor the one listed in my confirmation email. Instead, we had to navigate underground and climb very narrow steps with my 75-year-old mother, two young grandchildren, and a pushchair. The pictures shown during the booking process displayed two single beds and a double bed. However, we were given a double bed and a bed settee, so I had to share the bed with my grandchildren. As a result, I ended up sleeping on the floor. The noise from the underground trains frightened the children, making it difficult for them to fall asleep. • S.Kat (3/5): Nada recomendable - El secador de pelo y la placa de cocina, la ubicación El metro pasa tan cerca que vibra toda la casa, no habia mobiliario prácticamente, ni enseres, vajilla y menaje incompleto, baño pequeñísimo como para causar problemas de movilidad a una persona de talla normal, no hay armarios ni repisas, entrada angosta y oscura, acceso peligroso que se inunda cuando llueve, WiFi sólo en la sala, la habitación pierde cobertura, se oye y retumba cualquier ruido de fuera, tostador no se puede usar pq saltan los plomos, las fotos del alojamiento no se corresponden con las publicadas en booking, lo reclamamos a booking y el propietario nisiquiera respondió al requerimiento

About 15mins walk We booked for 1 double bed and 1 single bed as per the specifications but the host relucdant to fulfill eventhough we remind few times prior to the check in date. Unit located 5th floor without lift. If you carry with big luggage, you will hv difficulty to manage it especially with the narrow staircase.

A környék is biztonságos, rendezett.Átvételkor vártak ránk, kedves volt a kontakt. 1. kommunikálhatták volna hogy a 6.emeleten, legfelül leszünk, mert 81 évessel utaztunk, jó lett volna tudni 2. a tetőablak nem záródott, nem lehetett becsukni, és a sötétítő roló is el volt törve. 3. nem volt seprű, felmosó, nem tudtunk takarítani 4. mivel repülővel érkeztünk, nagyon jó lett volna ha van mosogatószivacs, szemeteskuka, só 5. a franciaágyon 1 takaró volt, ez kellemetlen 6. főzni max 2 főre lehet, 1 db pici serpenyő és egy 1 literes fazék volt csak 7. 4 fős szállás ellenére,csak 3 pohár volt, és 3 kés 8. nincs klíma, ami a legfelső szinten melegben zavaró lehet, minket most nem zavart.

It’s next to the train station and trains go for most of the night. Neighboring guests in and out, slamming doors, partying. Very basic amenities. Hot water doesn’t last. Beds pretty incomparable, we had booked a double but then got two singles. Expensive for what you get.

• Maria (1/5): Bad will not recommend it - The underground down the road The property was sketchy even before you entered the building. The stairs going up to the apartment were very narrow, I had so many close calls as the railings were too small to grab on. The apartment was NOTHING like the photos, the windows were boarded up we only had a small view of the outside, radiators weren’t gas powered instead you had to plug them in but couldn’t as there was a small amount of pugs which it was really inconvenient, the bed and couch were very uncomfortable to sit/sleep on we wake up sore every time everything was just in pain, we didn’t got told that the couch could turn into a bed until our second day, the fridge looked like it had seen better days as it was old you could see it turning yellow there was also drops on water going down at the inside back wall of the fridge meaning it’s not being well maintained, sinks were every dodgy you can other get a lot of water that will end on your clothes or nothing I only wanted a bit of water to wash me hands but no! The cutlery and utensils were noticeably dirty I had to wash them 4 times for my own sake! The bin was hidden in the cabinet underneath the sink and you could barely open it as it was as high as the cabinet, the toilet looked promising out of the whole apartment but we couldn’t have been any wrong, there was two shower-heads and one of them didn’t work which it defeats the fact why not take the one that doesn’t work out of the shower, the toilet was too close to the wall and the wall was freezing cold every time as it was a tiled wall that our legs was kept on touching its time, we barely had any toilet roll when we entered apartment there was only two rolls, mind you the was towels to wash your hands or clean after food so the toilet rolls were used by the second day and when we asked for more it took them near enough six hours to deliver us more but by that time we already had went the shop and got some ourself’s. The cleaning lady attempted to open the door without permission!
• Angelina (9/5): Buena experiencia - El alojamiento me gustó sobretodo la localización, tiene paradas de buses por todos lados, a 15 minutos del tren y a 2 minutos del metro. Las camas y las almohadas muy cómodas, ducha con agua caliente siempre, todo muy completo. Tenían también papel higiénico, gel de ducha que no nos trajimos y fue un puntazo. En primer lugar lo que no me gustó fue que no quedaba muy claro que puerta era la del hotel, no está indicado es una puerta negra y dimos muchas vueltas buscándolo, también nuestro apartamento era el número 10, y no hay ascensor, subir con la maleta fue matador. Además, mi apartamento no se podían abrir las ventanas y ni sabíamos cómo ventilar el cuarto. El metro se escucha mucho y pasa cada 2 minutos por debajo, pero sobre las 12 deja de pasar.

Il letto matrimoniale non era preparato al nostro arrivo e ci siamo dovuti arrangiare (tra l’altro mancava il lenzuolo da sotto e la prima sera abbiamo dovuto usare gli asciugamani per coprire il divano letto) L’armadio non era accessibile (nascondeva tubature e la parte libera era molto sporca). Il rubinetto del bagno non era fissato al lavandino… abbiamo preferito usare quello della cucina. Il microonde era a dir poco sporco … non sono riuscita ad utilizzarlo. Il vaso della spazzatura in cucina, al nostro arrivo conteneva spazzatura degli inquilini precedenti.

El apartamento pequeño pero cómodo Éramos 11 y cogimos 3 apartamentos dos de ellos en el piso superior y uno en el sótano. El metro se escuchaba MUCHISMO los que le tocó la habitación del sótano no pudieron descansar bien Y también es una zona no de fiesta a tope pero si había marcha sobre todo el finde pero bueno Por lo demás todo genial

La camera non corrisponde alle foto su Booking.com: l’appartamento era vecchio, con spifferi alle finestre e molto rumoroso, trovandosi sopra la stazione della metro Mornington Crescent. Comfort decisamente insufficiente.

• Raquel (1/5): UNPLEASANT STAY - 5th floor, No lift and very tight stairs couldn't fit not even medium size luggage. The apartment was nothing similar to what you can expect from the pictures or description, one towel per person for 4 days stay? But trust me... you wouldn't want to touch much in the toilet, the toilet brush was FULL OF POO, so the holder was. I don't think that was cleaned for a months. When you sit in the toilet you have to balance as it is not fit to anywhere and you move you can easily fall if you are elderly. The cushions had white stains all over, and the walls needed a paint urgently. This was my stay. Other than that, if you are not "fussy" it's by an underground station so you get quick to the places where you wanna go. (Also enjoy the noise of trains every 30'' even at 2am or 3am, anytime!

Tuve problemas para encontrar la puerta principal y con la cerradura y lo solventaron rapida y amablemente Falta mobiliario. We had to climb 76 stairs on a twisted staircase..not good for my 86 year old mother.. Couldn't get in and out of the bed..Had to climb on top of it.. It was wedged in a space.my 60 year old slept on a settee what didn't pull out to a bed.

Zimmer gebucht für 3 Personen. Die dritte Person musste am Notbett schlafen. Der Laminatboden war total kaputt, da das Zimmer im letzten Stock war (5. Stock- Dachfenster) war vermutlich mal ein Fenster länger offen bei Regen. 5. Stock mit einer Pensionistin war nicht gerade einfach. Wäre nett wenn die Fotos pro Buchbarem Zimmer gezeigt werden und nicht alle Fotos zusammengeklaubt die sie haben. Stockwerk wäre auch nett anzugeben.

• Jose Manuel (1/5): Terrorífico - La ubicación El apartamento es en realidad un sótano en el que está todo en el mismo habitáculo, dos camas de 90 y un sofá cama duro como una piedra, sin luz natural. Una única ventana que da a la escalera que desciende al sotano. Huele a tubería. 4 lineas de metro pasan por debajo. Dependiendo de la hora, cada dos minutos pasa un tren que produce muchísimo ruido y vibraciones. El peor apartamento que he estado en mi vida. Por llamarlo apartamento.
• yamine (10/5): - Tracy la recepcionista y Jack el chico del bar ... Muy amables y pro durante la recepción y la cena y el desayuno ...son perfectos .. El camino para ir hasta las habitaciones es muy pero muy largo.. puede ser largo para gente que le cuesta andar
• Paula (1/5): - Hicimos una reserva del estudio, la información era que tenía una cama de matrimonio, una cama individual y un sofá cama. Al llegar allí la habitación únicamente tenía una cama doble y el sofá cama, hablamos con el alojamiento y nos dieron largas, diciéndonos que éramos 3. Aunque al hacer la reserva ya especificamos que éramos tres y pagamos más por esa habitación que por otras que ofrecían lo que nos dieron al final. La persona de contacto fue desagradable, no admitiendo nunca su error y tratándonos de tontos. La ropa de cama estaba sucia y no se podía ni usar.

• AINHOA (4/5): - El agua caliente tenía presión y buena temperatura No había ni mesa ni sillas. No sé correspondía en absoluto con las fotos. Si hubiéramos sabido cómo era en realidad no habríamos ido. El apartamento es un aprovechamiento del espacio entre la primera y la segunda planta y el ridículo tamaño de las ventanas crea sensación de claustrofobia con muy poca luz natural y muy poca ventilación. En las fotos parecía un apartamento nuevo y la realidad es que está bastante viejo y deteriorado.
• BLANCA (6/5): Situación genial, pero con falta de renovar las instalaciones - Está en muy bien situado y con muy buena comunicación de transportes Es muy pequeño, pero cuando solo vas a dormir y poco más, está bien. La limpieza no es muy allá… Se lo podrían haber currado un poco más con el suelo, está fatal puesto y roto. Mi marido tuvo q reparar el somier porque le faltan o se han roto los tornillos del Ikea. La ventana la han reparado poniendo un vinilo…

• Binish (7/5): - Value for money Very close to public transport Good location Rooms were clean There is no lift and the stairs are lean. I was placed on 5th floor, so someone travelling with heavy luggage it seems too difficult. It was a real struggle.
