• Jodie (8/5): Lovely views, good location - Awesome views and good location. Good communication. Walls are thinner than expected for a fairly new property. You could hear noises in the adjoining unit.
• Timothy (10/5): Brilliantly located and very well fitted out studio. - Brilliant location with views across the bay. Excellent facilities and scrupulously clean. Close to local amenities and the national park entrance. A bit expensive but it does reflect the local market.

The mattress could have been more comfortable. The dinner plates and cutlery drawers were a little sparce for choice.

• Lorna (8/5): A great base for exploring Freycinet - Amazing location - Coles Bay is gorgeous, and the Freyincet National Park is beautiful. Well-located for the walk to Wineglass Bay. Convenience store and friendly cafe/restaurant just around the corner, and gluten-free fish and chips too! We loved the views from the property across the bay. The property has almost zero storage space for clothes and only one luggage rack - so a bit awkward to dance around suitcases. No wifi - while this was included in the property description, so not a surprise, it was a bit frustrating to turn up and find that the house info was accessed through a QR code - i.e. although they provide no wifi, they do require guests to access the internet...!

• Beverley (9/5): This property had location location and everything we needed . - We could walk everywhere from this property convenient store ,cafe restaurant . Even the Boat Cruise to Wineglass Bay was a walk . My 3 hour kayaking was at the end of the street . We drove to the lighthouse lookout and saw lots of whales . They had a telescope but we could spot them without . We had a drink and coffee at the beautiful Freycinet Lodge on the way back the lookout . We drove also to The Marine Farm for Oysters and tried every kind . Also the scallops . Great and well priced . I would have preferred a separate bedroom if possible .

• Beth (7/5): Cost accommodation in a lovely area. - It’s in a great location with good amenities. it’s expensive for what you get - not that you need more but compared to other places we stayed up the coast, it’s pretty expensive.

Beautiful views of the Hazards and wood fire Walking trail around to Freycinet start point, up to Mt Amos, via the Information Centre The middle wall must be very thin, unfortunately my neighbours were EXTREMELY loud .. kind of ruined the otherwise serene location for me

• Rita (2/5): Misleading misadventure - location cleanliness was poor. insect screens were dirty. front window smudged with dirt so view was poor. couch was old and pillows were worn and had it. BBQ was not used but looked crappy & uninviting. No wifi etc as stated....but TV supplied had such poor connection even free to air not viewable at all times with intermittent screen hazing. driveway was rutted badly. I was shocked at how little the web description of the property matched the reality Would not recommend.
• Hui (6/5): Pleasant - Mattress in Stone Studio 4 was very sunken and driveway potholes were not mended despite older reviews stating that it was a problem. Note that there is no wifi on the property

Bed a bit soft & water pump for No.4 filling tank right outside bedroom window bit noisy & can run when neighbours have a shower & we are sleeping. Can opener didn't work. Driveway needs attention. Rest was terrific !

• Namita (9/5): Beautiful and well-equipped studio walking distance to all conveniences - The Studio was very well equipped with everything one could need including laundry facilities which was very helpful. The kitchen had everything including cooking oil, even foil! So well located almost on the waters edge with some water glimpses , Even the convenience store was next door as well as a famous ice creamery! part of the driveway is in disrepair so had some pot holes

Shower is temperamental- it’s hard to get the temperature right. Light on for toilet paper - had to buy more. (I hope this is helpful as it is intended)

• John (10/5): An exceptional, memorable introduction to Freycinet Peninsula. - The location and amazing view from the property of the water and backdrop of the Rocky Mountains was a highlight. Lunch at the Marine Farm was wonderful, the most delicious scallops I’ve tasted yet. Directions to the property as there was no street signage as to indicate Esplanade East or house numbers in the street. We had to ring for directions even though we were only meters from the property.

The mattress on the bed was very old and had a significant dip in the middle making it very uncomfortable to sleep.

The property was cute, clean & comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. - It was lovely to sit outside, but the chairs were not comfortable -Not much storage space for luggage/clothes -Driveway needs repair
• Barbara (6/5): Pleasant - Great location with lovely view. Very clean. Asked to check in at 2.00, instead of 3.00 but they would not accommodate. We arrived in to Coles Bay and saw it was ready but they wouldn’t give us the code. Not a well equipped kitchen- one wine glass, one dinner knife. Check out is at 12.00 so I was very upset when landscapers arrived at 9.30 am on our last day and started pruning directly outside our door with a petrol chainsaw.
• Julie (10/5): 5 STAR - Loved the quietness and the view. Would definitely recommend this accommodation 2 others - Amazing views of the mountains. Excellent location to shops and the national park. All the rooms facilities were perfect for a short stay. The TV was a little temperamental, however we were not that bothered and quite happily listened to the JAZZ channel.

Fabulous view from the living room looking out across the Hazards. Everything we needed in walking distance. Lovely and quiet. Kitchenette a bit small if you were planning on cooking a lot - but not a great problem. hard to fit two pans on the stove at the same time - so maybe could provide a smaller pan as well as the larger one. Also suggest some hooks on the back of bathroom door to hang the larger towels after use would be helpful as the space was a bit cramped.

• Rheece (8/5): Lovely cosy cabin - The view was lovely, stepping just out the door to be greeted with a beautiful view of the hazards. Local take away and dining were great, we really loved it. The fire heated things up very quickly, it was toasty and warm, keeping out the winter cold! There was no wifi (although they said it was coming soon) they had qr codes for things to do and instructions for things etc , however with no wifi we weren't able to look at them.
