• Bradwell (10/5): Home away from home - Perfect home away from home. Home looked brand new with all modern conveniences. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with top brand appliances. Beautiful outdoor furniture for taking in the view of the huge ships being piloted through Hobart's waters. Loved everything. Just don't follow your GPS, does know up from down. Just find Hesket Court and you can't miss it.

• Debbie (10/5): Breathtaking 5 star, boutique holiday stay - Where to start? This property is one of the few best, most architecturally stunning and comfortable stays I've ever had. The design is beyond words and the attention to detail is fabulous. It is breathtaking from the minute you see it and it only gets better as you climb the stairs and take in the view. The floors, decor, level of comfort, facilities and cleanliness is 5 star. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower has great pressure, there's a handy laundry, the heating was great after a chilly walk up Mount Wellington and the furniture is all high standard and incredibly comfortable. The design is well thought out and I cannot fault anything. The hosts were very responsive and helpful and provided treats in the fridge including chocolates and drinks. The proximity to everything you need in Hobart is also fantastic- there is a bus stop nearby and a walk across the bridge is well worth it. Nothing to dislike.

• Yang (10/5): - This is a beautiful place! It is very well designed. Plus, the beautiful outdoor view. This house has everything you need. It is only 10 mins away from the CBD, very convenient. The only thing we’d like to have is the blind in the bedroom. In summer, the sun raised from 5,6 - it is still too early to wake up. The current curtain is a sheer which doesn’t block the sunlight.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Amazing place for three nearly 80 year old youngsters. - It was amazing , comfortable, very clean and had everything we need for a four day holiday in Hobart. Unfortunately the stairs . I know you have to have height to see the beautiful view . But we are all nearly 80 so stairs were a little difficult

Perfect stay! - The views were exceptional and it is beautifully decorated but what we loved most were the extra special little touches. The pillows were the best we’ve ever slept on, I loved the Australian Breakfast Tea provided, and the bath products were nice. The floors were gorgeous, the closets spacious, the beds super comfy, the shower great, and the laundry super convenient. Probably the best value for money we’ve ever spent on accommodation.

• Susan (8/5): Whilst my friend really loved the place and would definitely stay again, I would find somewhere else. - It was clean and fresh. Appreciated the coffee pod machine and coffee pods. Views of the Tasman Bridge and Hobart were incredible. Did not use it, but liked that a BBQ was available. Same with washing machine and dryer. That driveway!!!! Absolutely dreaded coming back to the property at the end of a day out and feeling like the car was going to roll backwards unless I absolutely floored it on the approach to it. Then of course the car bottomed out and I kept thinking I had damaged the rental car. The next morning I then had to do a 10 point turn so I could drive down it rather than a hair-raising backward roll. Hobartians might be used to steep driveways. I’m not. The only other niggle - the bed linen did not smell clean and fresh.

Beautiful accomodation, everything you could need and little added extras like the treats left in the fridge. We will be back for sure (assuming they will have us 🤣) thank you for allowing us to stay. Nothing at all.

Everything was absolutely perfect! 110% recommendation! Especially the view to the blue-lightened bridge in the evening is absolutely stunning!
• Mark (10/5): Great guest house would stay again. - The guest house was very clean, modern and comfortable with great facilities. The kitchen was well appointed, the laundry and bathrooms were great. This property had 2 balcony's, one with a view over the bridge and mountains which was very nice, the other one had a BBQ and eating area. Overall a great guesthouse we would stay again. Every thing was good. If any thing we thought bed was a little firm, and fly screens would be good on the doors. We had pretty hot weather so there were lots of flies.

• Lewis (10/5): Would highly recommend booking. - This place is incredible. The view of the water is beautiful. Such a wonderful place to sit and have a drink. The amenities inside are so good. The bed is really comfortable and the bedding is so cozy. We loved sitting on the couch to watch a movie too. The full size washer and dryer were also so convenient. I wasn’t clear on if we needed to do anything at checkout. This may be a US thing, but most of the time there are checkout instructions.

Everything was very clean and good quality, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was easy to contact and ask questions. The location was quiet with superb views of the Tasman Bridge, Hobart and kunyani, and the road access was very easy into the CBD. We would have liked a welcome sheet with any instructions about the place. We had a broken night of sleep due to the roof iron banging loudly in strong wind. We needed oven gloves and there were none, also more than one tea towel.

Everything within 15 minute drive including Airport, City ,Mt Wellington and Local Shopping center that had everything you could possibly want. There are 15 Steps from parking area to Unit which make it Non Disability Friendly.

So well supplied with toiletries etc. then there is the elephant outside the room!!! THE VIEWS. The Bridg,The mountain and the River. All captured in the main window and they are the features on its two decks with great outdoor furniture.rating is 20/10 . My only regret is once it is known it will be impossible to book for our next visit.

The view at night is breathtaking and it is less than 10min drive to Eastlands Rosny Park shopping mall. The flight of stairs that leads us up the house. It is difficult to carry our heavy luggages on the slippery stairs to and from the car below.
