Michal (3/5): Neodpovídající poposi ubytování - Fajn lokalita v blízkosti Vatikánu. Nefunkční wifi. Nefunkční TV programy. Nefunkční osvětlení u postele. Hluk z ulice. Není napsané, že se jedná o sdílený apartmán (společná předsíň a kuchyň). Všude na Bookingu je uvedeno upozornění, že zákazník nemá komunikovat přes Whatsapp a zasílat citlivé údaje - majitel ubytování i tak chtěl zapsat fotografie občasného průkazu (ubytování je soukromníka a nemá recepci) skrze WhatsApp a po ubytování rovněž zaslal odkaz na platbu městské taxy taktéž přes WhatsApp dalších 7€ za noc. Nerozumím tedy tomu, proč je ubytování nabízeno přes Booking a ne na Airbnb. Budu teď jen doufat, že mi nebude napaden účet..

Alice (9/5): Ottimo, consigliato - Hotel perfetto come punto di appoggio per esplorare Roma, a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Zona tranquilla e vicina alla stazione di S. Pietro. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Cucina condivisa con tutti gli elettrodomestici.

Antonia (5/5): Non come ce lo aspettavamo.. - La posizione è eccellente: un quartiere tranquillo, perfetto per riposare, a soli 20 minuti dalle principali attrazioni. La vicinanza alla stazione di San Pietro è un grande vantaggio data l'assenza della metro in zona. Il self check-in è stato rapido e funzionale. Apprezzabile la presenza in camera di un bollitore, un mini frigo e una macchinetta del caffè con cialde rimpiazzate quotidianamente (non vengono forniti i bicchierini per il caffè ma solo 2 tazze grandi). Abbiamo inizialmente gradito l'aspetto della camera... Purtroppo, l'esperienza è stata rovinata da una gestione carente: ho dovuto attendere 10 giorni e inviare diversi solleciti per ricevere una risposta dall'host. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da un forte odore di vernice; l'ingresso era ingombro di materiali da ristrutturazione e la pulizia della camera era molto approssimativa, con polvere residua dei lavori ovunque. Cosa ancor più grave: nonostante il passaggio del personale delle pulizie, la polvere depositata è rimasta esattamente dov'era, segno di una cura superficiale. Anche la funzionalità è limitata: il bagno non ha piani d'appoggio e l'armadio è uno scaffale aperto con solo due grucce, insufficiente per due persone. Un vero peccato, perché il potenziale estetico c'è, ma mancano cura e professionalità. (Wi-Fi non funzionante).
Livio (9/5): - A pochi passi da San Pietro. In una zona bellissima e centrale a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria. Magari una convenzione con un parcheggio privato a prezzi accessibili. Ho pagato 40 euro per una notte e poche ore della mattina.

Luzia Tomas (7/5): Value for money but need prompt response from the owner of apartment! - Location was ideal as it closed to St Peter square and to the bus stops and nearby coffees. The bed was comfy too! There was no prompt response from the owner about how to check in to the property. I had to wait for more than 30 minutes outside the gate when waiting for the owner to response to my text to get instruction to get into the apartment.

Sulejman (10/5): Family trip to Rome - The facilities were great, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The neighbourhood was very quiet (perfect for evening walks) and had many cheaper restaurants and supermarkets compared to the city center. The bus stop is right in front of the apartment, making it easy to get to the center or any other part of the city. For this price(discounted), I don't have any complaints.
S (10/5): It felt like a second home with how generous the kitchen amenities were. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. - Very clean, spacious, and easy access to amenities. Walls are a bit too thin so I could hear conversations from other rooms.

Maria (2/5): A ne pas prendre pour nuit sereine et tranquille - Ce n’est pas la même chambre que sur la photo. Trop de bruits pour dormir. A côté du portillon qui fait du bruit et claque à chaque fois que quelqu'un rentre et sort à toute heure de la nuit. J’entendais les personnes de la chambre à coucher jusqu'à 1h du matin sans pouvoir dormir. Sereinement. Les joints de la douche et l’angle du bas sont noirs . Il suffit simplement d’y frotter un peu avec des produits appropriés. Gare juste en face un peu bruyant .

Communication with host was easy and he responded very quickly on all our questions. Pretty good value to money ratio. Bad is pretty small even though it's double bed. Walls aren't soundproof. Gemma (9/5): Excellent value in a quiet but well located area. - Quiet but well positioned location with no fuss, easy access and a haven away from the hustle and bustle of the centre tourist attractions. Felt very safe and secure in this neighborhood and found many good local eateries and little supermarkets and souvenir shops in very close proximity. I loved it but noticed that some reviews say there is little staff face to face assistance. This suited us fine. All whats app and email communications were answered very quickly and we found the instructions provided to access the property very clear.

Darrell (8/5): Terrible communication. - The room was OK, if your looking to just sleep here. There's no furniture like a table and chair. So basically you just sit on the bed. Or lay down. I've rented plenty of rooms on Airbnb, trivalgo, booking.com..etc. etc...For this rental... i had a terrible time checking in. There is no one there. I didn't know I had to communicate with WHATSAPP. The guy texted me on Booking.com and said all the checkin info was sent through WHATSAPP....WHY NOT JUST SEND IT THROUGH BOOKING.COM COMMUNNICATION.???..he texted me to say it was sent to WhatsApp... could have just sent me the info... at this point, I was frustrated.. so i had to download the app when I got there,.... luckily, my data was just turned on at the airport and was able to download the App.. however.. I still haven't received any instructions one hour later. I called the guy, and he wouldn't answer. I had a nice lady in the building call him twice to let him know I was there waiting... It seemed odd that I called him 1 min before but didn't answer..Each tike she made a call, he answered her right away.... I waited about an hour and a half outside..... it was to the point I thought I got ripped off and scammed. Finally, someone showed up with keys and a code to get in.. Terrible communication. Other than that, the room is ok. It's close to Vatican, yes, but the Vatican entrance is on the other side. About a half-hour walk. The San Pietro train station is a 2 minute walk, costs $2 to go to the Roma Termini.

But some basic things as above were extremely inconvenient - Location, cleanliness, comfortable Key did not work one night on large outside wood door and I had to knock on the window of another guest to get in. I called the contact phone number repeatedly and nobody answered. The next day, staff person checked the lock with me and acknowledged it was broken. No hot water one day.

Kedrowski (10/5): Exceptional - The stay was amazing, The apartment was clean, beautiful, and perfectly located—just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican. It’s also very convenient to reach Via Crescenzio 2, about a 20–25 minute walk, where you can take a shuttle bus to Fiumicino Airport (about 40 minutes). Google Maps was very helpful for finding the walking route. the shuttle stop at Fiumicino Terminal 3, Bus Stop 12. Tickets cost €9 as of January 2025. Everything was perfect—the hosts provided clear instructions on how to get the keys and get the apartment. kitchen even had a great coffee machine with options like cappuccino, latte, and other. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return to this guesthouse in the future. Thank you!
Julius (3/5): Poor - The location is great. The bathroom was very moldy (black mold) in various places. The manager was rude and unhelpful. He suggested to sent a guy to paint over the mold whilst we stayed in the room. Only after we got in contact with the booking.com customer service and the lucky coincidence of another guest canceling, did we get a different room. The breakfast offering is a joke.
