• Ann-Sofie (8/5): Great location and perfect for a family of 4 - It was absolutely a fantastic location. Close to 2 tube stations, bus stop, restaurants, grocery stores and right next to Hyde Park and Kensington Garden. We easily picked up and left the key at a hotel reception a couple of houses away. It was a fairly large apartment with 2 bedrooms that had a double bed in each. A decent sized kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and anything else you need. No dish washer though. A big living room, but we didn't use it. We didn't spend much time in the apartment other than sleeping and eating breakfast. Great place for 2 adults and 2 kids (7 and 13). Fast and nice communication with the host when we asking about the wifi. There were 2 bathrooms with a shower and a bath in each which was good. It was warm days when we where there so we hade to keep the windows open all night. Since it was a quiet area that was no problem. The apartment felt generally worn out. There were 2 TVs but only one of them worked as the batteries in one of the remotes were old and had leaked. One of the beds had a broken board under the mattress and although there were wardrobes with hangers in each bedroom they were full of bags with duvets, pillows and other things. One of the bed side lamps didn't work. This didn't bother us as we mostly just slept and ate breakfast in the apartment.

• Matthew (5/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Great location and decent price. - Great location near Hyde Park and close to 2 tube stops. Plenty of food options in the neighborhood. Hosts were responsive and polite. Lots of light in the apartment. The apartment is quite dated and the furnishings were pretty sparse. The beds were not very comfortable - both beds could use new mattresses. Bedrooms were pretty tight and cramped.
• Amanda (7/5): Good - The apartment was in a very good location, next to tubes, stores and restaurants. The apartment has a lot of space, very comfy for a family of 3 people. The heater was great, working. Beds, shower, kitchen everything was very good. The window in the living room was stucked, leaving the window open. The TV of the living room was not working and some lamps too. The apartment and the things inside seems very old, and sometimes gives you a hard time to work with them.

• Yuval (9/5): fantastic! - the place what bright clean, we checked in earlier than check in time with a lovely welcome by the host. that flat is roomy and Cousy, so nice! one thing to improve: one of the 2 double beds had a too soft mattress. yet we had a good sleep. great location, just next to hide park, a gas station and a choice of minimarkets. close to tube stations. one of the 2 double beds had a too soft mattress. all the rest was perfect.

Great street of shops that has everything you need from supermarkets to restaurants to souvenir shops. Spacious apartment with all the facilities to cover all your needs. I would highly recommend staying here. Olya is a fantastic host, she was very informative and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.
• Jimin (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was really kind. Very fast responses to enquiries. Location is perfect. Clean towels and blankets/pillows. Clean appartement. Fully equiped kitchen. No microwave. The water heating is a little loud, but it's okay with rooms doors closed.

Just needs some small things fixed or replaced for it to be excellent. - Perfect location, clean, quiet, spacious and a nice welcome from the owner Olga. Needs a toaster, tea towels, plug for kitchen sink and new kettle. Some additional mugs for tea and more dishwasher tablets / powder etc would be good. It would be good to have some Instructions / options for recycling paper, bottles, tin cans etc. The fan in the living room is broken.
• Noor (9/5): A great stay in a centrally located flat in Bayswater - The property is located in Bayswater and it’s close to the park and two tube stations and shops. The flat is spacious and nicely furnished. We were very comfortable while staying there. Having a lift in the building is a bonus for travelers like us who have lots of luggage. Olya and Manoj, who are part of the caretaking team are such lovely people. They were very friendly, helpful and and accommodating. They definitely made our stay a lot more pleasant.
