Guest Reviews
I to chyba tyle z plusów.
- kamsi (8/5): It was amazing, loved the room. - Neat, well furnished, had water, snacks, extension, etc. en suite too😊, the room I stayed. I don’t think I disliked anything during my stay.
- Santo Daniele (5/5): Ci tornerei solo se non ci fossero altri posti disponibili - Purtroppo nulla. Insonorizzazione pessima, pulizia pessima.
- Gizella (1/5): Noisy - The apartment was incredibly noisy and it was impossible to sleep well. Also, the bedroom window didn't have a blind, so you'd wake up very early with the sun shining directly in your face. I would never stay there again.

- Luke (4/5): Great location and price. Unfortunately that is where the positives end - Stayed here for the London Marathon, and the location is brilliant. Pretty hard to been. Easy walk to the DLR, 2 stops to Greenwich. Perfect. Very misleading post for the property. No where does it state that the kitchen is shared with other guests and family members of the house. Unfortunately, the kitchen facilities were dirty and sticky. I dont mind a shared kitchen, but this was not advertised.
Room itself was comfortable, but like some of the other reviews, it was also a little dirty. Cups not clean (one had a hair in). Shower was pretty grubby as well.
We didnt have towels either. I contacted the owner when we checked in, and didn’t receive a message back until 20:30pm saying that he was waiting for a delivery of towels. We had to wait until the morning. Not great.
Lastly…the noise! The walls are thin and you can hear everything. Everytime anyone comes or goes, every step anyone takes. Anytime someone goes to the toilet. We could hear everything in the room above us. This was probably the worst thing. If you need a good nights sleep, this place is probably not for you.
- Kelly (10/5): - Clean room, tidy, easy access, no problems.
- alex (10/5): -
- Mayur (6/5): Value for money, great location for canary Warf. - Location, process of checkin, bed Bins were not cleaned
- Biernacki (8/5): -
- Aida (5/5): Dirty room but great location. Indications received but no reply to my messages - Liked the location Communication with the hot inexisten, I asked for an early check in but I never has a reply neither on bookig and what’s app. Room was not clean, lot of hair in the room, bathroom and toilets dirty. No bath mat.
- Vivien Noémi (5/5): - It was in a good location . However, in the evening and until around 1–2 a.m., we could hear the noise from the nearby beach/party, and almost everything came through into the room. We arrived by car, and the listing advertised a private parking space. Despite this, the host told us that if we parked there, we would be fined, even though we were willing to pay for it.”
- Anton Kalalian Judemanoharan (5/5): Not the Best Experience - Pleasant Room, Cozy Bedroom. Downstairs Tenant was Rude, Cooking Fish.Didnt Bother opeing Windows or Doors. Made Jackets smell. No Apologies , Disgusting and Rude. Lady thimks she owns the whole Kitchen. Would Not come here anymore as Disgusting People. Said Clearly On Booking.com we can use all Facitilies.
Have Been to Property 3 Times. Landlord Doesnt care. Will take this Up with Booking.com

- Chloe (1/5): FILTHY, blood and faeces on our PRIVATE bathroom door!!! - NOTHING. It is not ‘riverside’ to start with, when we arrived we couldn’t believe how different the entrance was to the photos. Our room was filthy, hair, dirt and mould everywhere, but the most disgusting thing was finding blood and faeces on our bathroom door! We have pictures of everything but sadly can only upload 4. The smell as you come into the property was vile and there were huge stains up the walls. Couldn’t say one nice thing about it Everything. Contacted the owner and got no response. Had to leave the property and pay for somewhere else to stay for 2 nights, so had to pay twice the amount, would never allow anyone to stay in a room so disgustingly filthy. Booking.com have been contacted as this place is completely miss sold and dirty and almost £100 per night was a disgrace to pay. Avoid at all costs
- kaniz (8/5): -
- Sindy (5/5): We were glad the stay was only for one night as we didn’t sleep well with all the noise, TV was limited and weren’t able - The property was warm and the bedding was clean. The water was very hot. As a cleaner myself, I wouldn’t be happy leaving the bathroom as we found it, taps not shined and glass dirty. Provided tea, but no milk or coffee and the sugar bowl was empty and dirty. Main room had lots of spider webs. TV we could only get Netflix to work. Free play didn’t work. Very noisy at night with doors banging and squeaking, not to mention couples “at it”. Walls VERY thin. Also paid £15 (although on booking.com was £12) for parking when parking was on the property drive way!

- Ameet (7/5): It was nice - All good Bed
- Samara (10/5): -
- Ahmed (3/5): - The owner is very rude
- Giulia (10/5): -
- Adam (3/5): - It was cheap The location, cleanliness and size. It looked nothing like it was advertised and was not cleaned at all. There was mold on the walls, the tables weren't cleaned and nothing had been hoovered. The bathroom was gross and the shower itself was disgusting.
- Nicholas (6/5): -
- Sophie (6/5): Cheap but get what your pay for - Great location and easy to access with key box Room was dated and bathroom needs big deep cleaning, however on the morning we checked out we checked behind the chair and found a pair of underpants that did not belong to us.
The bed itself seemed clean but not convinced how deep they clean
- Laura (2/5): -
- Roger (7/5): - They were very accommodating with an early arrival. Just the simple fact that it was on the 3rd floor

- manuela (5/5): It's a good value for money - The area is well connected and safe at night. I had good communication with the host, and instructions were clearly provided. The room is tiny, but it responds to the description. I did appreciate the ensuite. The facilities in the room were nice. Kettle, tea and sugar provided. There was some mould in the shower, so some more cleaning would be appreciated. However, the main problem was the noise, the doors were slamming until very late, and I couldn't sleep properly.
- Nadia (7/5): It was worth the cost, especially since it was a last-minute book; only the dust was unpleasant. - I liked the house; it was calm and very comfortable, with almost everything easily accessible. I enjoyed having access to the kitchen and the freedom to cook if needed, and the TV available for everything. However, the bedroom was dirty, with dust everywhere. The floor needed cleaning, and for me, who suffers from severe dust allergies, it was very unpleasant. There was dust everywhere: on the sofa, in the corners of the floor, the window, the wardrobe, on top of the bed...
- Anton Kalalian Judemanoharan (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent Room and Shower. Door Can Be Fidelly Sometimes
- Gemma (6/5): Lovely little gem, shame about the other guests. - Lovely area. There's a wonderful theatre pub just down the road and a shop. The facilities in the room were nice. Kettle, tea and sugar provided. Could do with an extra pillow in the room. Also, our room had an ensuite but I'm assuming that isn't the case for the other rooms. There was a shared bathroom on the floor, and the other guests staying were incredibly disruptive. Even though the check in guidance says quiet after 10pm. They were up slamming doors and noisy until 1am. Someone even jumped in the shower at 3am.
- Diane Sivyer (9/5): - Conveniently situated for both sides of the river. We were there overnight for a show at the Troxy, which we could walk to mainly along the river, which was great. Ideal that parking was also available.
The accommodation was an excellent price considering we also had a private bathroom.
Would definitely stay again.
- Nicola (3/5): Great location but better cleaning and guest consideration needed - I don’t like to give poor reviews. I do always review places and I like to think that I am fair with my assessment unfortunately in this case this review is gonna have to be tainted negatively simply because I got barely any sleep in the night that I stayed here.
I have stayed in many an establishment for work and was in the military for 23 years staying in some shocking places and can always find positives so let’s start there.
Initial impressions were good. The properties are a great location with two stops directly outside and the area felt safe even in the dark. As I was staying for work the location and self check in was perfect for me to be able to work slightly late and then safely get to the property. Communication from the host was excellent, directions about how to get to and enter the property very clear. The property does show signs of wear but it is a multiple occupancy property so you would expect to see some scuff marks on the walls, etc from the high through put of visitors. The bedding was clean. The bedroom and bathroom on the surface looked clean but on close inspection could do with more attention - details below.
The bed was comfortable and there was good tea and coffee facilities. There was also an ironing board, an iron, a hairdryer, fan and heater which is very useful.
The water pressure was also very strong (although this later presented issues) and the water got very hot, which was welcomed (for a short time) after my night of no sleep. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives come to an end. The cleanliness was not great. The shower needs some mould attention and a good scrub, the bathroom had other people hair on the floor. Bedroom skirting boards have not been cleaned a long time, they had a thick layer of dust. Hey ho not the end of the world just an attention to detail thing.
As I went to get a shower I realised there was no towels as it was after 2000 and the guidance states that phone calls will not be answered, I messaged on booking and also sent a text message to the host to say that I had no towels, this was at 2030.
I got a reply at 2214 apologising and saying some would be left within the next hour in the dining room for me. I was alerted to possible return by the huge amount of noise. Could have been other guests, could have been owners I don’t know but they were not quiet considering it was nearing 2300.
Whilst I am glad the towels were left and they were clean, I wasn’t overly fond of having to wait until after 2300 to fetch them. So be it. I got the towels and got into bed.
After midnight a dog started barking inside the property. I can only assume to be the owners given pets are not allowed with the booking. This went on for about 30 mins. Finally it stopped. I managed to get to sleep until around 0230 when the dog whining and crying started, finally this stopped around 0400. Lovely I thought. Sleep time. No no.
As a foreword - I am not one for spoiling fun but when you are staying in a multi occupancy property or indeed the owner, there needs to be more consideration as to the level of noise made whilst having adult time. Clearly one partner is very talented but at 0415 in the morning my congratulation of their skills could not be mustered. This stopped and then the talking started. Loudly. Around 0500 round 2 began, again with a good nights sleep I would think ‘kudos for enjoying life’ unfortunately my patience had worn thin, I gave up on sleep and got up.
- Alex (4/5): Wasn’t a full property as promoted apart from that it wasn’t too large of a stay but alright value for money - It provided a private bathroom It’s not a full house as promoted
- Jill (6/5): Disappointing - Fairly clean Noisy, thin walls, people talking and coming and going all night. Very hard bed, difficult to get in and out of as it was tight up against the wall. No coffee. Kettle had to be booked on extension lead on floor.

- Tracey (8/5): - Room was very clean modern couldn't hear traffic so was peaceful in that respect. Easy to find Tv was streaming only, so didn't use as no free view. Not too much around to do as lots of places closed. Not the properties fault but people upstairs were very noisy until early hours of morning
- ade (1/5): - The apartment was great Staff was very poor, and this nonsense Indian lady was very disrespectful I was eating and she came in and treated me like I'm trash she had to fleet the kitchen while I'm eating that's bad and poisonous I would have filled a lawsuit against her if this were US.
Plus the man behind the phone doesn't answer calls, he takes days to respond to messages very unprofessional staffs
- Luthfun (10/5): Exceptional -
- Catalina (10/5): Exceptional - Very good value for money I
- Paik (7/5): Good - A modern property with different rooms. Bright and comfortable once you're inside and the bedroom, bright in the mornings. It was easy-check in and out process. A lovely quiet area with local amenities. Went out to explore, there's Island Garden and The Thames. Easy access to transportations, and a prier. Good value as I found it at the last minute. Needs a good dusting and vacuuming. The bed needs to be pushed and pulled out and you'll see the dust behind it. Not alot of sockets and surfaces needs wiped down.
- Jayne (8/5): Very good -
- Gabrielė (7/5): Good -
- Vatosik (7/5): Good - No clutter, just a clean, comfy, and good-looking room The bed was comfy, and the whole setup looked stylish There wasn't lights on 1st and 2nd floor , there's lack of bin at room just tiny bin at bathroom , rubbish had to be taken out
- Lauren (8/5): Nice room, easy but small - Clean and comfortable room. Got messaged a code for the lockbox so easy to check in at any time. Had tea and coffee in room. Good value for London. Small.
- Sarah (8/5): Very good -
- Alex (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (9/5): Great little en suite in a nice house with a patio and open plan lounge/kitchen 10 mins off Mudchute -
- Haihong (9/5): Great - The location isconvenient to Themes river and Greenwich, it is very easy to check in. The environment is quiet and beautiful. You can hear everything through your neighbours
- Neville (7/5): Good -
- Maya (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was lovely. There was no AC however we used the fan.
The heaters were on as we walked in so the room got extremely hot.
- Gurminder (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Very good -
- Anna (6/5): Lovely room but not clean - Nice location, comfy bed, conveniently included ensuite, large smart tv The cleanliness of the room really let it down. The floor had not been cleaned and was covered in the previous occupants hair.
The toilet roll provided was wet and stained from chemical products, and the duvet had stains on.
- Luthfun (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Gamers (1/5): Bad -
- Sharon (9/5): The property was a good price for London and the parking was great. The room was very clean and tidy. - The property was only a 7 minute walk away from my son's home and we were able to park on the drive for £15 for the night, which was very convenient.
The property was in a quiet area. The room was en-suite and was very clean and tidy. It contained a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities, which was nice. We will definitely stay here again.
- Anish (9/5): Superb -
- Qiang (4/5): Disappointing -
- Fay (8/5): Very good -
- Agnieszka (9/5): Nice overnight stay in quiet neighbourhood - Room was clean and warm and really good for value,
Quiet area ,11min walk from the tube station and really close to Canary Wharf were we went to the art exhibition I received my first ever noise complaint…
We were not even that loud…(no loud music or sex :)) my partner has a deep manly voice and perhaps that was the issue as the walls are thin.
As soon as the landlord phone us after midnight we went all quiet and felt guilty and embarrassed.
Half and hour later when we tried to sleep someone in room above us dropped something heavy on the floor right above our heads and made both of us jump.
We also heard loud conversations from the rooms around us but we didn’t make any fuss about it.
- Bowden (9/5): Superb -
- Choupettte (7/5): Good - The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty. The water glasses
- Nick (9/5): Great stay and cute room - Nice locations for what I needed the room for., supermarkets, less then 5 mins walk , also easy for delivery ,nice quiet room, really good shower, bed was comfy ironing board wasn't the best, also walls paper thin,
- Olanrewaju (6/5): Consider The Feedback - Remote access. Clean environment. Easy accessibility. There should be provision for early check-in. I was coming from another city, got to London at 6.26am and had to be lugging my luggage all round my business meetings. An early check-in would have helped eliminate that inconvenience.
Then the radiator can't be controlled from inside the room. It was cold and then it got turned on unexpectedly around 2.30am.
Lastly, there was no subscription on the TV
- Gyoergy (7/5): Good -
- Claire (9/5): Great value and close to travel links. - Great location and parking. Clean with all you need. Communication great. Bed was against wall so only accessible from one side but ok. Worth baring in mind if accessibility issues. Comfy though.
- Alima (6/5): It was nice - I didn’t have any breakfast. The bathroom needs a floor towel or mob as it’s gets very wet after shower.
- John (4/5): Noisy. Normally stay at Air BnB places for their practicality so disappointed here. - Location OK, further from the stations than I thought. Nice size bed and plenty of hot water Heating in the room was uncontrollable as radiator control hidden by large bed. Emphasis on how clean the towels are but the sheets were grey not white. Bossy notes saying remove your rubbish- surely cleaners come in? Walls very thin - couple having sex enjoyed it more than I did and lots of door slamming in the night that I could hear and I got up at 06:45 but was woken by an earlier person getting up up, showering and going.
- Yaaseen (9/5): Really nice stay - Really nice accommodation in a really nice and quiet area.
The room was clean, as was the entire property. Kitchen was nice. En suite was small and very easily can get wet and slippery.
The price is a bit over my budget but was luckily in a really good and secure location.
- Shammas (5/5): Good but not value for your money - Location was Good. Washroom was too small. You can't even sit in washroom. Room was also too small for a couple. Shower of shared washroom was also faulty and only hot water was available rather than combo of both cold and hot water.
- Shammas (5/5): Good but not the best place to live - Locations was good. Washroom was too small. Room was also too small for a couple. Shower was in faulty condition. There was only hot water to use rather than mix of both hot and cold water.
- Nebin (9/5): Superb -
- Ishmael (8/5): Irrespective of what I did not like, I had a pleasant stay, and would like to stay there again. - No breakfast provided at the facility. I had my personal keys to the main entrance, as well as my personal room. So I could go out at anytime and return as I so wished. The rooms were rather very small and most facilities were downstairs, so if I needed to prepare food for instance, I had to go downstairs.
- Emmanuel (8/5): Very good -
- T (5/5): Overall it was not worth the price and would consider staying elsewhere. - The room is quite small and the kitchen and lounge area is shared with 8 other rooms including the host who also lives in the property. There is also a curfew on the time you can access the shared areas meaning you can not use them after 10pm.
The bathroom was also very small with a small sink area by the window and black mould around the shower.
There was also construction work going on right next to the window which started very early causing a lot of noise pollution.
- Jason (7/5): Good time for a night stay - Spacious Dirt on some of the doors
- Michael (1/5): Didn’t like it left the location and booked another hotel waste of money for me - Not a lot The room had a funky smell wasn’t clean
Very noisy
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Tomiwa (9/5): Superb -
- Dominic (1/5): Would not reccomend to anyone - There's was construction next door I was unaware of making it impossible to sleep or rest in peace during the day. The walls are incredibly thin and can hear staff arguing and other guests conversations word for word. Other guests do not respect eachother and will make noise at all hours of the night, same applies to the owners. Location is not as good as expected. Door makes a noise whenever someone moves in the house bed is squeaky and uncomfortable. Overall not a single positive about this place.
- Buescu (7/5): Good -
