• Diana (5/5): De îmbunătățit! - Curățenia Apartamentul este vechi, siguranță a picat de vreo 6 ori din cauza aerului condiționat.. se puteau pune la dispoziție papuci de unică folosință deoarece parchetul era foarte rece. Scara blocului este sinistră , wifi lipsa

• Daniela (9/5): Zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, bequeme Betten und einladene Küche sowie Bäder - Schöne eingerichtete und sehr saubere Wohnung. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit 1 Flasche wasser und 1 Flasche Weisswein im Kühlschrank. Sehr bequeme Betten, alles notwendige war vorhanden und eben beeindruckend sauber. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen! Alles super!
• Tomasz (9/5): Generalnie jest to świetne mieszkanie, polecam ! - Mieszkanie bardzo przyjemne, czyste i pachnące. Salon z kuchnią, dwie sypialnie i dwie łazienki sprawiły, że czuliśmy się tam komfortową z dziećmi, poza tym bardzo porządnie wyposażony lokal. Bardzo dobre wi-fi i super ciepła woda pod prysznicem, co nie jest regułą w krajach południowej Europy. Miło spędziłem czas, więc nie będę się czepiał szczegółów :)
• Gaby (10/5): - Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer ruhigen Lage. Trotzdem ist man sehr schnell im Zentrum der Stadt dank der guten Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr.

• Jessica (9/5): Buena opción en buen barrio - Nos gusto la disposición; dos habitaciones con cama grande y dos baños. Además está reformado con encanto respetando el encanto original. Todo limpio. La zona está muy bien, con muchas cafeterías, tiendas, restaurantes. Y el metro al lado. No es apto para movilidad reducida debido al acceso al apartamento. Se escuchaba demasiado a los vecinos, los perros, etc.
• Linda (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property. Just a few minor things needed to be sorted. - It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The area was very good, close to beach, shops and restaurants. They were minor but did impact our stay. The kettle never reached boiling. The hob had no instructions and between the three of us we couldn’t get it to work. No fault and probably nothing can be done but neighbours dogs barked a lot. Also encountered a cockroach.
• Vivien (10/5): - The apartment was fantastic, it had everything we needed and more, including a washing machine and dishwasher. All appliances were top quality too. It was very close to the bakeries and restaurants in Poblenou, so we had some great food, but also close enough to walk to the beach and the centre. We will definitely come back again. The staircase is a bit steep if you have heavy suitcases.

• Sabrina (10/5): Perfekte Wohnung für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Barcelona! - Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer ruhigen, dennoch zentralen Gegend. Sie war frisch renoviert und sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Betten, zwei Bäder, genau richtig für unsere Mädelsgruppe. Die Hosts waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt gemacht. Es gab nichts was und nicht gefallen hat.
• Carlos (9/5): Poblenou is dope - Comfy space in a great neighborhood. Broken floor tiles in the kitchen are a trip hazard. Otherwise, the space was great.

The kitchen and living area were stylish and functional, and the location was great for exploring Barcelona. It would have been nice to have a full-length mirror somewhere in the apartment.
• Kizzy (9/5): Beautiful apartment just outside the hustle and bustle of a beautiful city. - We paid for the apartment 1 month before we arrived then received a link to pay the city tax. Once this is paid, we received the code to the door and directions. Upon entering the apartment, the keys were on the kitchen table and we could still use the code to open the door without the keys. The apartment was spacious and clean. It had aircon and all amenities. The bedrooms were spacious and there was plenty of space to hang up clothes. The apartment is literally around the corner from the metro yellow line which brings you straight in Barcelona City. There is a Lidl 6 blocks away but there is a local supermarket closer. There is a bar below the apartment which was quiet. The beach is a 7 min walk and it was stunning. The balcony was so nice to step out onto with a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the world go by. Our hosts were very easy to contact and offered to store our luggage before checkin if needed. There was a welcoming bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. The only issue was the tiles on the kitchen floor were loose so wear footwear.

• Soudek (9/5): Good value for the money. - Large enough for a family of 5. Clean and comfortable. 1 minute from a metro station. All necessary equipment was available.
• Rachael (9/5): Good apartment in a great location. - Location was excellent. Aoartment had everything we could have needed. Close to beach and easy enough to get a taxi into the centre. Host very responsive. Was very difficult to get entry into the building upon arrival. There is a digital link that is supposed to give access to the building but it didn't work. The host tried to help but couldn’t so got the management company to phone me. They started by telling me that I hadn’t paid a deposit and that’s why I couldn’t enter the building. They told me to pay the deposit then it would work. I checked my email and could see I had paid everything including the tourist tax months ago. It started to feel like a scam and I was searching for alternative property when someone else from the management company called. I explained what had been said about the deposit and they reassured it had nothing to do with that. They couldn’t fix it remotely and said they’d send someone out. After waiting a while someone entered the building and I grabbed the door before it closed. I had the key code to the inside (apartment) door so was able to access that way. It was very stressful having just arrived after 8 hours of travelling and being stuck outside the apartment for over an hour in 40 degree heat with two children and all our luggage. I really hope they manage to sort this out as I had read other reviews about difficulty gaining access when I booked this accommodation.
