• Danielle (9/5): Gorgeous apartment, Perfect Location - Property was in a fantastic location. The view from the apartment was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a short stay. Beds are firm, which I loved! It was also extremely quiet in the building, and being on the 46th floor there was next to no traffic noise either. A little bit of a convoluted process to collect keys. They were at a store across the road, in a lock box but we didn't receive the full instructions until we had arrived at the property. We had walked from Southern Cross Station so that last bit of running around felt worse than it probably was because we were tired!

• Wai Ling (9/5): A good “Retreat” that differentiates the standard rentals. - Pleasant property overall, nicely decorated. Checking in & out are straight forward following the instructions. Owner very responsive. Central location facilitates visits of the city. Even on high floor, the lift waiting was reasonable for us. The beers in the fridge were a nice surprise. Thank you! Maybe some tea cups and tea towels would be nicer. The carpets in the rooms need to be replaced, they look a bit used.

• Pandelis Peter (10/5): - Absolutely beautiful apartment. Clean and homely. Very comfortable. Amazing view!! Generous with amenities and extras such as snacks, milk and shampoo etc. Great location. Host was so lovely and helpful. He accommodated so many requests to help us out, and was very responsive to messages with questions throughout our stay. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation. We come to Melbourne 1-2 times per year and will absolutely be staying again! Thank you for everything!! Absolutely nothing to put here :)

• Eliah (10/5): An excellent and comfy place to stay, close to transport, and great places to get dinner. - The place was great, very comforting and cosy like being at home while being close to the free tram zone for travelling. Xuan (host) was super responsive via text whenever I had questions about checking in and out and was so nice to talk to. The stay was an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend if travelling with family, friends, or kids.

• Nicholas (9/5): A very comfortable stay in a well-located apartment. - The apartment was gorgeous with a beautiful view, welcoming decor, comfortable furnishing, and plenty of amenities. The location is wonderful, accessible to both QVM and the rest of the CBD, and a Woolsworth right downstairs in case you need to pick up any quick groceries or last minute gifts. While we didn't interact much, Xuan was a prompt and helpful host. Although key collection was face-to-face, Xuan was very accommodating with our check-in timing delays, and check-out was very simple and straightforward. Only two things. First is that the apartment only has rain showers, which was inconvenient sometimes. Second is that the lift takes extremely long to arrive, so do account for an extra 5-10 minutes each time you enter or leave the apartment.

• David Jones (10/5): Great location and host. - Great location and lovely space high above the city. Helpful host. Comfortable and very clean. Elevators were slow, often there was a line waiting in the lobby. Nothing the host can control.

It has almost everything you need inside the room and you have absolutely privacy. Also the kitchen and the pubic areas are clean and tidy and the whole house is fashionable decorated. It's a great value -for -money booking. So thankful to recommend me the relax places. I will definitely come back again. Strong recommend to others.
