- Viktoriia (7/5): В цілому апартаменти хороші, але треба допрацювати чистоту. Бо на ці гроші не відповідає. - Місцезнаходження було чудовим. До головних центральних вулиць дуже близько. Комунікація з персоналом була швидка, всі питання вирішувалися швидко. Є питання щодо чистоти. Постільна білизна та рушники були чисті, але підлога та ковдра виглядали сумнівно. На підлозі був пил , а ковдра мала вигляд, наче її нам дали після попередніх гостей. (Навряд чи її перуть після кожних гостей). Наші апартаменти знаходилися на останньому поверсі ( це здається, ніде не було написано заздалегідь. Я дізналася про це перед заселенням) - може бути проблемою для людей, які мають проблеми з суглобами. Душ виглядав також дуже дивно. Був весь в водному камені, працювало лише 3 струї.

- liz (3/5): Very noisy due to undisclosed building work actually on this building I - Location was excellent and the host was friendly There is building work right outside your window starting with very loud hammering and power drill after 8.30 am and continuing all day. . I do not spend this amount of money to be in an undisclosed building site and woken up . I feel not disclosing building work on the actual building you have booked is not honest. It should have been mentioned. We couldn’t see in or come back to the building to rest as very noisy

- Christine (7/5): Super location - Loved the location! Only a few minutes from Piazza San Marco. There are a ton of restaurants and shops, and even a grocery store nearby. After some research using Google Maps ahead of time and checking with the host, I was able to find the front door very easily. Check-in was easy. The room was clean, had good lighting, and had shutters on the windows. Our days were cool and rainy but no AC nor heater was required. The mattress felt a bit old with actual springs underneath instead of a box spring. A few more coffee pods would have been nice since we were only given two and finished them the first morning. Some people wouldn't like going up all the stairs but it was no problem for us.

- Anne Sophie (3/5): The price is too high for what you get on the room we booked. - It was cozy and had a great location with a gondola station right outside. We partner and I were not big fans, we understand that pictures look a lot better, but we found that the picture of our room mislead us a bit… we ended up booking another place. The bathroom was moldy, we did not get proper blankets to sleep with but sheets in february where the weather is still very cold, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room was also on the top floor after many flights of stairs, I dont think we were informed of that. The room did not have a very homey feel to it, which was our whole plan of staying in Venice as there isn’t always much to do there so we needed a place we could settle a bit more. Sadly this was not our place, considering the price we paid for this room, i do not think it was worth it at all when there you can find much better for cheaper prices. Considering the reviews for Anzolo Palace, i believe that most of the rooms are very nice, the Standard room we chose on the other hand did not impress us.

- FERNANDO (10/5): Alojamiento perfecto para conocer Venecia - Apartamento perfecto en el centro de Venecia, a menos de dos minutos de la plaza San Marcos pero en una zona tranquila que permite el descanso. Habitación limpia, cama cómoda, vistas al canal, cafetera, cápsulas y te en la habitación. Ideal para recorrer la ciudad andando. Cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, monumentos y de la parada del barco que te lleva al aeropuerto. Para algunas personas, el baño es pequeño y no hay ascensor, a nosotros no nos ha importado.

- Luqman (10/5): A fantastic stay made memorable by an amazing location - The location was absolutely amazing perfectly situated and made everything so convenient and enjoyable. On top of that, the staff were incredibly helpful, always friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, a really great experience.

Location is close to all must see places, Gondola service is few metres away and the staff is really awesome, even though I didn't saw them in person, but very responsive thru WhatsApp. Also They helped us to store the luggage after we checked out. This place gave our family a pleasant stay
- EcemKaranlik (4/5): - It is very very close to san marco basilica and check in instructions were clear. The next day manager messaged to ask if we want coffee pots or clean towels. The heating works very good, we were not cold at all. Although it was very central, the room was a bit overpriced for the room quality. There was no isolation for the noises. When someone takes a shower in their room, u can hear it as it is in your room. Guests were very loud. And also cleaning ladies talked loudly in the morning at the halls. Whe manager asked if we wanted coffee pods or clean towels, we only asked for coffee pods. When we came back our room, we didnt even get clean glasses. The dirty glasses were still in the room. Our bed wasnt even made up. When i told the manager, the managet replied as in the check in instructions there are no housekeeping however i dont have such instruction (even can share the screeshots) and for the bed, the mananger said since we didnt ask for it, they didnt want to touch our personal things. For 350 euro for two nights i expected a bit more. Also there were no water bottles in the room but maybe in venice tap water is okay, that i dont know.

The location is excellent — just a short walk from St. Mark’s Square, which made it incredibly easy to explore Venice and visit all the main attractions. The area felt safe and lively, with everything we needed nearby. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive, making our experience even better. The only small point we would mention is that the pillows were not very comfortable for us, but this is of course a matter of personal preference. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Venice!

- Styliani (5/5): Σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία αλλά ανεπαρκές για τα λεφτά που κοστίζει - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή Δεν είχε σχεδόν καθόλου παροχές, πολλά από τα έπιπλα ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση και φθαρμένα, το μπάνιο δεν είχε καθαρές πετσέτες και σε πολλά σημεία ήταν βρώμικο, υπήρχαν στάμπες σε όλα τα σημεία στους τοίχους. Επιπλέον δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ασφαλές καθώς οι κουρτίνες δεν κάλυψαν το σύνολο των παραθύρων με αποτέλεσμα πάντα να φαίνεται απέξω το εσωτερικό του δωματίου και η πόρτα ξεκλείδωνε με ένα πάρα πολύ απλό κλειδί που μάλλον ήταν ίδιο για όλα τα δωμάτια.

- Sophie (1/5): - Good location Prior to my trip, I had contacted all my accommodations to ask if they had lifts or minimal stairs as I had a broken foot. This was the ONLY accommodation that didn’t respond and now I see why. Not only did they not respond, despite seeing the message but they gave us a last room on the top floor so we had to drag our suitcases up 64 stairs. On top of this, the bathroom was tiny but also smelt disgusting. We were holding our breaths as we went in because it was unbearable. Smelt almost like it was infested with mould and sewerage problems. Not very impressed with our stay, and wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t travelling light! The only positive was a great location.

- Cristina (8/5): - La ubicación muy céntrica. Por lo general estaba bien Eche en falta un perchero tanto en la habitacion como en el baño para las toallas. Las pequeñas dimensiones del baño hacian que no fuera cómodo, ya que no podias sentarte bien en el wc sin darte con el lavabo. Las perchas eran mas grandes que el fondo del armario, por lo que no podiamos cerrar la puerta. Son pequeños detalles que marcan el estar bien de la excelencia.

- Martine (1/5): - heureusement que c'était juste pour dormir quoique très bruyant Vendu comme étant une vue superbe, nos fenêtres qui donnaient sur le canal avait un échafaudage devant, donc pas de vue et les ouvriers le matin devant nos yeux. Lorsque je l'ai signalé la réponse était on ne savait pas !!!! J'espérais au moins un geste , changement de chambre ou un petit geste commercial, rien !!!!

- Monika (10/5): Świetny czas i za każdym rogiem piękne widoki i świetne możliwości spacerowania - Lokalizacja pierwsza klasa ( jest rano głośno ) wszędzie blisko i widok z okna przepiękny. Wygodne czyste łóżka i kuchnia którą nie mieliśmy czasu wykorzystać :) Wszystko super, tylko rano motorówki słychać z dostawami ale to jest normalne w centrum

- Silvie (5/5): Dirty hole.. - The location is close to the main square. Anzolo pretends to be a luxury hotel but it is a dilapidated place with dirty walls and mold in the bathroom. For this price we should have had a hotel with breakfast, we were very disappointed. The bathroom even has a broken faucet so my daughter got scalded by the hot water in the shower. :(
- Maya (10/5): - The property was in an amazing location, walkable to all the main attractions. We absolutely loved the windows that looked out straight onto the canals. The beds were very comfy and the living space was very cozy and spacious. We had plenty of accommodations, more than enough towels, body wash, blankets, etc. Thank you so much!

Odada böcekler için gereken tedbirler alınmıştı. Hemen önünde gondol servisi vardı. Klima çok iyi çalışıyordu. Asansörü olmayan bir tesis. Merdivenler çok dar ve dik eğimli. Valizlerle çıkmak tam bir kabustu. Odada televizyon olmaması da bir dezavantajdı.

Πολυ κακο στρωμα στο κρεβατι και πολυ αβολα μαξιλαρια, το μπανιο αναδύει την κλασσικη μυρωδια απο καποιο απο τα σιφωνια που σημαινει οτι φερνει μυρωδια απο κατω και δεν ειχε εξαερισμο να φευγει η υγρασια του μπανιου για αυτο και ειχε εμφανη σημαδια μουχλας στους αρμους. Επισης πολυ κακη ηχομονωση που επειδη οι πορτες ειναι οι παλιες εσωτερικες πορτες των σπιτιων δεν εκοβαν καθολου θορυβο,δεν αξιζε τα χρηματα που δωσαμε που ηταν αυξημενα λογω γιορτων ουτως ή αλλως.
