- Julie (9/5): Great apartment in a super location! - This is our 2nd stay in this apartment, it is very comfortable. The location is wonderful with easy access to all Hobart has to offer. Having off street parking is a real plus. Extra bath towels would have been nice, we had 5 days & only 1 towel each. With the cooler weather, the towels don’t dry properly during the day.
Also, the blinds in the kitchen require a good clean.

The upstairs bedroom was spacious
The floor heating was great and the heating was very effective The wing back chair needs reupholstering and the sofa has seen better days as well
A coloured key for the front door would be a plus to help identify it from other keys
The car park needs delineation of some sort and creepers are wrecking the paling fences and encroaching on the limited car park space
One wardrobe handle was loose and needs a screw
One side of the toaster does not work
The upstairs mixing tap needs to be re-secured
No toilet downstairs was a major drawback
Both entry doors need drop down draft excluders to prevent ingress of cold winds and leaf litter and the refrigerator light does not work

- Bronwyn (7/5): The best place to Stay in Hobart - Location was amazing..just up the Kelly Street steps from Salamanca Street and markets on Saturdays...close to cafes and restaurants.. Guests welcoming supplies were minimal as well as kitchen supplies for our stay..
- Andrea (5/5): Loved the location! - Location was fantastic and it felt like a home. It hadn’t been cleaned. Still confetti on the floor from NYE and dust everywhere. Bed and towels were clean but otherwise it needed a proper clean.
