- daniele (9/5): Posizione tattica , appartamento grande e ben tenuto - Gestore gentilissimo ! Casa pulitissima e in una posizione ottima ! A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Cipro della metro ! Abbiamo trovato Acqua fresca in frigo e una temperatura perfetta in casa grazie al proprietario che ci ha accesso i climatizzatori !! Lavastoviglie e lavatrice una chicca Nulla

- Simone (10/5): - La struttura è un appartamento aggiornato, totalmente ristrutturato. È gestito da alcuni ragazzi, a noi ha accolto Valerio, ragazzo squisito e molto disponibile. Immobile molto ben organizzato, camere e bagno ampi e puliti. Davvero una bella esperienza
- Claudia (10/5): - La posizione privilegiata in pieno centro e vicinissima alla metro Cipro , per muoversi liberamente in tutta Roma; la casa dotata di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, macchinetta per il caffè, asse da stiro..tutto!) ; l'host Valerio è stato gentilissimo fin dai primi contatti ed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra esigenza, venendo incontro ad ogni richiesta o informazione; le stanza sono molto grandi e confortevoli con grandi armadi e cassettiere; pulizia eccezionale. Valerio ci ha fatto trovare anche una copertina e le ciotole per il nostro cagnolino. È stata un'esperienza molto piacevole e al di sopra delle nostre aspettative. Ritorneremo! Consigliatissimo.
