Guest Reviews
- Pasqualino (7/5): - buona posizione, pulizia
- Nathan (8/5): - Very clean everything was super nice
We like the kitchen which had lots of stuff in it and the bedroom was great as well We think to make the balcony a bit better is good to add 2 small chairs and a small table to be able to drink some coffee in the mornings there
Couldn’t find the thermometer but it was actually on all the time so not a big issue

- Alfonso (9/5): Everything fine. - All very good.
- Lunalbi Emanuele (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto consigliatissimo - Pulizia e posizione Tutto ok

- Mattia (10/5): Appartamento TOP - Siamo stati accolti al check-in da Lara che ci ha fatto visitare l’appartamento ed è stata super gentile e professionale.
È un appartamento che si presta bene per posizione e alto comfort.
La consiglio
- Daniela (8/5): Torneremo - Appartamento grande e molto confortevole. Materasso top. Wi-Fi ottimo. Posizione super tranquilla a un passo da tutto Niente in particolare
- Alfonso (4/5): This can be a really good place - Neighborhood like a suburban village with lots of shops restaurants etc, microwave, door opening app.,apartment was renovated, plates cups etc.good price (in February it should be). This place had gotten many good reviews but maybe those were all during high season when the team was actually working. Management. Looked okay but we cleaned soot off the top of the sofa and bed. I sent photos. They said sorry.didnt send someone over to clean better(they don't do any maid service over three days. Place not stocked with towels etc when we arrived. Cheapness. Can't provide two coffee capsules and two sugars a day for three days? Really? Hot water ran out after daughter showered around 10 mins?:had to wait over 2 hours for water to warm up. Had to stay in Rome two more days and stupidly figured let's just stay here it's raining, we know the neighborhood...we'll the manager said we'll give you a discount and then tried to charge me more!:then when I sent photos of my booking receipt she didn't believe me and argued. That's when we said basta! I try to be understanding. It's February, maybe that's their downtime. Maybe the young manager has other stresses. But what could have been a pleasant stay was not. It would not have taken that much effort to get these things right. It also felt like they were penny pinching on things like coffee. All of this is fixable with some more effort. Don't apologize, please. Just do better for the next client. And praise for being responsive (as one sees often on here)isn't great. Better to be proactive and not have to respond. I am on holiday. Not quality control duty.b
- Jean (10/5): The accommodation is exceptional the host is a mine of information & help is always happily given this young lady is - Everything could not fault it at all Nothing
- Marouska (10/5): Exceptional - Olivia, the host was super sweet and she met me at the apartment to settle the check in process and install the door lock application for me. She checked on me to see if all was going well and was always happy to share suggestions on places to visit and best restaurants in the area. None
- Ginger (8/5): Very good -
- Kathy (8/5): Very good - Very clean and modern. Great shower! Nice neighborhood Really far from train station
- Beril (9/5): Superb - Clean and modern apartment. Decoration was really cute. A bit far away from the center but if you have a car it wont be a problem
- Alimamy (10/5): Worthwhile - Clean and bright. Very professional and accommodating staff who guided us and explained everything really well. Close to the Stadio Olimpico where we went to watch the Rome 2024 Diamond League. None
- Čobanin (10/5): Excellent, worth the money - Everything was perfect and clean, I would recommend it to everyone! Olivia was such a great host! Maybe only the location, but nothing else
- Frey (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, the carriers are very kind, especially Oliva, thank you for your kind cooperation. Everything was pleasant, Don't see anything unpleasant
- Luciana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ailsa (8/5): Nice place to stay decent ubicación - Regardless of being a very old building, they made a great job in remodeling the apartment, nice, stylish, clean, spacious, great shower, ubicación was a little complicated but have great places around to eat and buses. The elevator fit only one person, obviously is old….the way they manage the locks in the house is modern, but a lot of old people and foreigners don’t have a smart phone or don’t like it, and that is a problem when opening the building and house only with an app.
- James (9/5): Very comfortable three days in a great location - Very comfortable apartment in a great location. Had everything I needed Can't think of anything!
- Konstantin (1/5): Awful experience - When we booked the apartment it was registered in Booking.com with fake address, showing it in a walking distance from city center. Upon arrival we were surprised to understand that the real location of the property is another and basically you must change 2 busses to reach the city center (which according to our host was just negligible inconvenience). After explaining our total disappointment, the host tried to offer us another apartment closer to the center, which supposed to be free from the next day (as per Booking.com no children were allowed and we were with our daughter). However, on our question when should we be ready to move to that apartment (expecting that the host will organize everything), we were advised that the owner of the new property will contact us and will provide instructions. So, we had to decide if we wish to lose another day for moving our luggage from one place to another and in the same time to have absolutely no guarantee if indeed the new apartment will be free and no rent will be due. We decided that this is not the reason we visited Rome and we had enough bad experience already with our host (who obviously lost our trust too). Therefore we preferred to remain in the apartment rather then risking to be on the street with our luggage.
