Robert (8/5): Great Locationand Views - Location excellent. Walk to everything. Kings Beach on the doorstop as is Caloundra. Lots of room, cracking views, and large windows provide sea breezes. Lack of air con could be a problem in the warmer mths. Some of the furniture could do with a refurbishment
Katherine (5/5): I was disappointed, it’s a shame that the owner doesn’t get some sealant to fix the windows and rustproof paint. It just - I choose the property because of the view. The water coming in when it was raining and the wind blowing against the windows. I read that the water can come in HOWEVER I didn’t except it to flood the floor to the table and chairs!! We were told that someone would bring towels to help clean it up and try to stop it spreading to far, then got a message to say that something would happen in 48hours. This is now a hazard that if someone slipped……… also had to call henzells regarding the shower not draining so water would run out the door!
Robert (10/5): Idea seaside accomodation with all facilities - Close proximity to the beach, shops and lift in the building. Great views! All amenities. Perfect being on the beach walking track. Making the bed on arrival and same sheets for 2 weeks. Asked manager, Henzel for clean sheets told to wash them. Henzel also took $37 dollars for credit card payment.
