- Johannes (1/5): Een horror voor iemand die geen italiaans spreekt. - Ik heb dit geboekt toen ik in het ziekenhuis lag voor mijn vriendin. Toen mijn vriendin eraan kwam was er een grote poort met een dikke ketting met hangslot. Er was geen bel en niemand te vinden. Er werd door de taxichauffeurgetelefoneerd maar er nam niemand op. Bij later contact zei ze dat ze sleutel informatie heeft gestuurd die er niet was. Nadat booking.com contact opgenomen had om alsnog toegang te verlenen lieten ze niks van zich horen. Hans Het ligt helemaal achteraf en er is helemaal niks in de buurt.

- ahmet önder (6/5): Roma'da kalacak başka bir yer bulamadıysanız, tercih edebilirsiniz. - Tesise vardığımızda kimseyle karşılaşmadan, sadece bize gönderilen mesajdaki talimatları uygulayarak odamıza erişebildik. Tesis şehir merkezinden 7-8 kilometre kadar uzakta ama bu bizim trafikten uzaklaşmak için özellikle aradığımız bir nitelikti. Aracınızı rahatça park edebildik ama park ettiğimiz yerde özel bir güvenlik önlemi yoktu. Biz park yeriyle ilgili herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Booking.com'da yer alan resimler sizi yanıltmasın. Aslında dubleks bir daireyi ikiye bölerek iki farklı konaklayana veriyorlar. Salon ve mutfak ortak. Dairenin kapısından ortak salonuna giriyorsunuz. Bizim kaldığımız odayı ve yanındaki banyoyu bu salondan bir perde ayırıyordu. Bu nedenle odamızın ve banyonun kapısını sürekli kilitli tutmak zorunda kaldık. Çünkü evi kullanan diğer insanlar kötü niyetli olmasa bile, yanlışlıkla da buralara girebilirler. Bunu engelleyecek tek şey salonundan bu bölümü ayıran beyaz perdeydi. Odamızda wi-fi'ye bağlandık ama internet bağlantısı yoktu. Bunu WhatsApp'tan tesis sahibine ilettim. Bize önce pasaportlarımızın fotokopisini göndermemiz gerektiğini yazdı. Biraz garip gelse de dediğini yaptım. Ama internet bağlantısı yine çalışmıyordu. Kendisi modemden durumu düzeltmeye çalışacağını yazdı ama düzelen hiçbir şey olmadı. Yani bize vaat edilen ücretsiz internet bağlantısı sağlanmadı. Booking.com'da check out saati 10.00 olarak yazıyor. İnanılmaz bir şekilde saat tam 10.00'da, son derece kaba ve İngilizce bilmeyen bir temizlik görevlisi bizi odadan çıkmamız konusunda sert bir şekilde uyardı. Ben tuvaletteyken eşimin İngilizce bilmeyen, suratsız ve agresif bir kadına İngilizce olarak "benim banyoda olduğumu ve birkaç dakika içinde zaten gideceğimizi" anlatmaya çalışması, belki de bu tesis hakkında gülerek anlatacağımız tek anı oldu.

- Nell. (8/5): - Très bon endroit pour un week-end à Rome. Possibilité de se garer facilement et gratuitement. Appartement loué avec tout le nécessaire pour y passer quelques nuits.
- Emma (10/5): Short stay in Rome. - This accommodation was absolutely spotless and was extremely comfortable. The bed was really comfortable and there was lots of space within the bedroom. The bathroom was also absolutely beautiful. The host was lovely and provided very clear and detailed instructions on how to access the accommodation. The location was also perfect as it was next to a shop and near a McDonald’s; with a bus stop also practically outside, which went straight into the city.

- Verzhinia (8/5): Very good - The host was very accommodating and we felt very warmly received. He replied very fast and gave us great recommendations for where to eat. The place itself was big and had everything you would need (large bedroom and bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an amazing balcony). He had even prepared some snacks for us, which was really thoughtful.
