• Nicola (6/5): - Die Ferienwohnung liegt nah an der Altstadt Leider hat in der Küche gar nichts funktioniert. Immerhin wurde der Toaster ausgetauscht nachdem dieser funken gesprüht hat. Der Ofen ging bis zum letzten Tag nicht. Der Herd schaltet sich nach kurzer Zeit immer wieder selbst ab. Wer im Urlaub etwas kochen möchte bucht lieber eine andere Unterkunft.
• Giuseppe (6/5): - Posizione a due passi dal centro. indicazioni dell’host chiare e precise per accedere al palazzo con facilità di accesso alle chiavi. Vicinanza a un locker per deposito bagagli,lavanderia a gettoni e supermercati Puzza di fogna in tutto l’appartamento. Pulizia non ottimale. Dimensioni camera da letto molto ridotte

• GWENDY (6/5): - Très bon emplacement tout proche du centre ville. Bonne surface pour quelques jours. Par contre plusieurs problèmes sont à régler : - pas de wifi et malgré la promesse que quelqu'un passerait changer le modem, rien n'a été fait ; - les plaques de cuissons ne fonctionnaient pas et il a fallu éteindre le courant de l'appartement pour faire cesser le bip bip incessant de l'appareil ; - Le couchage du canapé est vraiment déplorable, à éviter si vous avez mal au dos, mais bon matelas dans la chambre ; - les bonds des douches sentent la fosse sceptique malgré les fenêtres ouvertes en continu ; - la vue sur la cour où se décomposent en pourriture une corde à linge et son linge. Bref, le séjour aurait pu être agréable si l'entretien à faire était pris au sérieux.

• MARIA (8/5): - Tiene una ubicación perfecta. Hay que hacerle unos retoques de mantenimiento e ir mejorando instalaciones en el apartamento. Hay cosas deterioradas que dan mala impresión.
• archonto (5/5): - Μεγάλο καθαρό κοντά στο κέντρο Απαίσια μυρουδιά αποχέτευσης αφήναμε παράθυρα ανοικτά ψεκαζαμε αρωματικό σπρέι αλλά η μυρωδιά δεν έφευγε.Ξυπνουσαμε με πονοκέφαλο.Ειναι κρίμα γιατί είναι υπέροχο κατάλυμα χωρίς αλλά μειονέκτημα τα αλλά το μοναδικό μειονέκτημα της μυρωδιά μειώνει την συνολική εικόνα παρα πολυ

• Silvia (7/5): - Die Lage war gut. Es gab's keine Griffe für Handtücher. Im Wohnung hatte es nach Schimmel gerochen.

• Schraufnagel (8/5): - The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location met my needs as a solo traveler. The stairs coming up to the apartment door at night are dark. There is a light that you can turn on by the main entrance, but it doesn't help the entire way. I used my phone flashlight to minimize this concern.

• SOLEDAD (3/5): APARIENCIA FALSA - El colchón era de goma espuma, por lo cual te hundías al igual que las almohadas y al día siguiente te levantabas con dolor en la totalidad del cuerpo. La nevera no cerraba bien, la vitro no funcionaba. Las cuerdas para tender las toallas estaban al punto de romperse. Tuvimos que salir antes por tema de enfermedad para lo cual contraté un seguro y no me quisieron hacer la devolución de los días que no ibamos a estar, por tratarse de temporada alta según el anfitrión. Pone que está a 1,5 km de la playa de la Malagueta (que es la más cercana), pero en realidad está a 3 km (55 minutos caminando). Para ir en autobús, hay que desplazarse unos 400-500 metros para la parada de autobús, y se deben tomar dos líneas para llegar a la playa.

• Victory (8/5): - The location was great, near supermarkets and the centre. The staff were friendly and responsive to queries. Also had access to the lifts which was useful There was a bit of a smell from the drains and the entrance into the block of flats
• Giuseppe (1/5): - L'unica cosa comoda è il fatto che ci sono 2 bagni. Il materasso dove dormivamo è sporchissimo. Pieno di acheri. Esperienza traumatica. E abbiamo dovuto comprare uno stendino perché il posto preposto per stendere la biancheria e scomodissimo e de posizionato all'estero, è spesso quello che stendi cade di sotto. Nell'insieme pessimo soggiorno. Farò le foto della casa per dimostrare che mia moglie a dovuto pulire tutto con il disinfettante. Mai più.

I don’t think it was a problem with the apartment itself but it was quite smelly at times.

• Anonymous (5/5): our stay was pleasant and what was really good that apartment was literally in a centre, however we had a big hiccup on - the property is in Malaga Centre which is very convenient the smell in the apartment from the small bathroom, smelled like sewage
• Kay (8/5): Excellent location - The apartment was clean , comfortable & well equipped & a 10 min walk to the centre. Perfect for us to enjoy our New Year celebrations in Malaga! We were two couples and there was plenty of room in the apartment.. There was a 'drain' smell in the apartment on our arrival but it was not a problem for us ...probably stagnant water in the water pipes?
