• Ursula (4/5): - Wir haben 2 Nächte gebucht und in beiden Nächten war der Lärm unerträglich, dass an schlafen nicht zu denken war. Sehr sehr laute Musik hat uns nicht schlafen lassen und der Lärm von den nächtlichen Heimkehren auf der Strasse waren sehr belastend.

• Oksana (10/5): Чудове місце! - Дуже комфортні та просторі апартаменти. Персонал - уважний. Чисто. Приємний бонус- вода у холодильнику. Розташування - 2 хв пішки до Ватикану. Неймовірна локація! Поруч- морозиво, вулична їжа, ресторани тощо.
• OLIVE (1/5): Décevant par rapport au prix : appart mal entretenu, sale, sombre bruyant - Emplacement surface : ok - L'emplacement est près du Vatican à pieds Appartement non calme, l'appart est en RDC, les fenêtres donnent sur des ruelles (pas sur une cour fermée), il est à l'angle de 2 ruelles (photo), il y a des gens qui passent, des stationnements de voitures, scooters, des bruits de valises qui roulent sur les pavés etc... devant vos fenêtres (grillagées). Le soir ou en journée les fenêtres doivent être fermées avec les rideaux ou volets (vis-à-vis direct sur la rue) car l'appart est au RDC, tout le séjour dans l'appart est avec les lumières (l'éclairage de l'appart est sombre). Une des chambres est située à moins de 5 mètres d'une terrasse d'un restaurant : HOSTARIA chaque soir vous avez donc du bruit (clients qui discutent fort, qui rient) car les fenêtres sont mal isolées et ferment difficilement, difficile de s'endormir ! L'appart est globalement sale (canapé dans un état dégoûtant à l'arrivée, sol non nettoyé), nous avons du faire intervenir le propriétaire en urgence pour nettoyer le lendemain de notre arrivée car nous avions un enfant de 3 ans (d'un point de vue hygiène non acceptable) - Les équipements suivants sont en mauvais état et vieux : les meubles, les murs, les rideaux, les fenêtres ne sont pas isolées - Les fenêtres ne ferment pas correctement (bois déformé, il manque des vis sur les poignées de fenêtre, en fermant on a l'impression que la poignée va rester dans la main), - La télévision ne fonctionnait pas toute la semaine malgré le signalement dès l'arrivée.
• Chandra (8/5): - Very good location, many restaurant nearby and very closed to the Vatican as well as metro/bus access to the tourism spot (colloseum or Roman forum). The appartment is easy to reach as well from the airport, it's just around 15 min walking from the bus shuttle stop. The appartment provide all kitchen utensils and appliances as well as refrigerator and stove. The drainage is a bit clogged in one of the bathroom with the shower (as well as the toilet). But the other bathroom work just fine (the one with the tub). Additionally, there is a build up calc on the kitchen appliances, but a quick rinse will do the job. However, despite this stuff, I would come back here :).
• Marianne (8/5): A great location and beautifully designed apartment in need of a bit of TLC. - The location was incredible. It was easily accessible and really close to all the amenities and attractions. The floors were dirty and so were the sofas. The sofas were in need of replacing. They were worn out and uncomfortable. There was no toaster in the kitchen. It was also very noisy at night with nearby bars hosting parties until 4am.
• Georgia (5/5): VERY DISSAPOINTED - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Location - the only good asset about this accommodation. Nothing else will meet the standard of any decent apartment - my opinion 2 stars accommodation. Cleanliness - full of dust everywhere , old greasy cutleries / pans / mugs / glasses. Not even a cheap washing up liquid available or sponge to wash before use - we had to buy everything - even bin bags - let alone we have found the kitchen bin almost full with rubbish at the point of arrival. Instructions left to take rubbish out 2 streets down (10min walking) - I didn't expect on my holiday to carry rubbish bags across middle of Rome. Shower room - unusable , drain blocked / clogged - water staying in the shower cubicle for hours - same with the toilet - not flushing. Main bathroom - old shower head covered in calcar residue with water dripping on all directions. Living room - old futon - not even close to what pictures shows - quite dirty - without any covers. All walls - living room / bedrooms - were dirty. MAIN PROBLEM - underneath the apartment there is a closed inner circle club which start around 10PM with loud music until 3/4 AM - NO WAY TO HAVE A DECENT NIGHT SLEEP. Very disappointed about all conditions and noise - I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

• Irena (9/5): Great all around! - The flat was amazing and spacious! Amazing location! Some things to fix in the flat but nothing that affected our stay!
• Pruulmann (1/5): The general impression was dirty and undermaintained. - Location was good, but apartement is located above the music club and there is no possibility to sleep Poorly maintained bathrooms, broken shower heads, water dors not drain, washing machine leaks. There was no water flow from the kitchen faucet.
• Luca (7/5): Good - The appartment is in close proximity of the Vatican as well as the city center. The equipment was very good, because there are cleaning products, a washing mashine, a dishwasher and some spices. The two beds and two bathrooms were perfect for our group of 3 people. The water pressure in the shower and sink could be ameliorated.
• Alexkvending (8/5): Best value for money Strategic Place to stay in Rome - Very close to Vatican and central point to visit all Rome. Had near restaurants and supermarkets. Have free wifi internet but no good connection around home. All the days we have used our Data mobile program in order to have good internet inside Home. The washing machine did't work. Many places around home near the windows and curtains had dust and spider webs.

• Jérémy (3/5): You can find better - Great location just next to the Vatican, many restaurants around. The accommodation was not clean properly, there was still mess in the kitchen, stains on the sheets, toilet paper in the toilets etc. When we came back from breakfast in the morning our things have been moved and the decoration was on the floor. We have an impression someone was in the apartment while we were gone. We had to leave 18euro in the key box for city tax and then the owner texted us we left only 15euro on the table what was not true because we left it in the BOX not on the TABLE. Great location however not recommended by us. The reviews seem overrated.
• Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - Location is excellent, apartment is very comfortable - there is everything you may need. There is some disco or party bar very close to the apartment - several nights we couldn't fall asleep almost till morning because of the loud music.
