- Damjan (2/5): We ended up for 2 hours on the street due to issues with the lock - We initially booked this apartment but due to overbooking the host offered us apartment in Monti area(Monti Zen apartment). The location of the apartment was good, and nearby of Colloseum and few other major places in city. Also the apartment was fairly clean. It's all great until things get sideways and you end up in a situation where you expect assistance from the host. And unfortunately you won't get that. You'll have to rely on yourself. We ended up in middle of the street with the bags and suitcases, unable to access the building due to lock issue. The host was responsive to our call, but the solutions they gave us were far from helpful. They literally told us to ring everyone in building and ask for the access, which ended up in getting unpleasant responses from people who live there. When they were out of solutions, they literally said "Sorry but we're unable to help you." A few other negative things about the apartment is fairly low internet speed, "kitchen" where you can only make a tea and TV which doesn't support other devices or provides any other channels than Italian ones.
