• Arielle (9/5): Beautiful, spacious apartment - Beautiful, spacious apartment right by the airport with nice large pool. Only seem to have stairs from the entrance down to the apartments which made it difficult with luggage. Shop and restaurant wouldn’t allow us to buy food there since we were not staying at the other part of the building that had access to them.

• vale va (10/5): Bellissimo - Appartamento bellissimo, George molto simpatico e davvero in gamba, presente per qualsiasi richiesta, camere spaziose, zona living effetto wow! Vicinissimo all aeroporto per cui super comodo. Se avete intenzione di mangiare nell appartamento è necessario spostarsi con uber a pochissimi minuti di distanza oppure ordinare a domicilio, nelle immediate vicinanze solo un piccolo bar dove prendere da bere o qualche snack
• Saidjen (10/5): TOP! - Alles was top. George was heel gastvrij en heeft ons goed opgevangen. Het hele appartement was een 10/10. Normaal komt het (helaas) niet altijd overeen met hoe het er daadwerkelijk uitziet, maar dat is in dit geval niet zo. Het voldoet echt aan de verwachtingen en alles wat op de foto’s te zien is klopt ook hoe het daadwerkelijk eruitziet. Hele ruime appartement met ruime kamers. Helemaal niks!

Ik zou de locatie niet als uitvalsbasis gebruiken voor een langer verblijf in Cairo vanwege de ligging (weinig te doen in de omgeving)

• Sara (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is located in a great residential place with access to a bar and the swimming pool. The apartment is very spacious, with a great terrace, very clean and has all the comforts! A very convenient stay to head to the airport then (you can book a cheap ride with Uber). We travelled with a baby and we got also a crib free of charge.
• Andrew (10/5): Highly recommended - This is a fantastic apartment, really beautifully finished. It has Netflix TV and all rooms are en suite. The complex has a shop, restaurant and swimming pool. The owner greeted us and moved us in so to speak and spoke good English. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, far removed from the madness of Cairo. There is a mall just up the road where a couple of restaurants can be found. As usual in Egypt, there are not many establishments serving alcohol. We had to take a taxi to the Airport to Le Meridien hotel to get beer but taxi's are very cheap. You can also travel further afield within Cairo itself. I would not be averse to staying here longer, and visiting Cairo's attractions from here, even to Giza because it's better to take a bit longer to journey and have a nice place to stay in. Obviously super convenient for the airport as well, especially if you have an early flight. As mentioned there aren't many leisure facilities in the locality but plenty of development going on so this could change.

• وائل (10/5): I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment and I would definitely visit again. - I really like the design of the flat and it looks really modern. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The view from the balcony is amazing. The apartment had everything we need and the service was brilliant. And also we would like to give huge thanks to MR George who is managing the apartment he is very helpful and a good person to talk too. Everything was ok

• Nabil (6/5): It can suit some people, but it was not the best fit for myself - The location is fine and the owner did his best to make his guest's accommodation soft and easy within the constraints the hotel at the same complex created. Very poor mobile network, almost impssible to receive calls except for the balcony area. The access to the building from the road is long and not comfty The pool this year comes with an extra charge $10 USD per day per user!! The competion between the apartments and the hotel at the same complex, made it hard to consider any of them in our future plans. We had a very bad experience with the hotel last year and this year with the apartments, it did not meet our expectations too. Ocean blue is now over for us.

• Monika (10/5): A spacious, well-maintained apartment with three en-suite bedrooms and excellent service, exceeding expectations. - We recently stayed in Cairo and booked an apartment that exceeded our expectations. Although it was listed as a two-bedroom, it actually has three en-suite bedrooms, which was a pleasant surprise. The place was very spacious and beautifully maintained. The swimming pool access is €10 for adults and €5 for children, which we found great as it kept the pool quiet and often just for us. George was a gem, responding to our questions within minutes. The apartment is in a calm and quiet area, about a 20-minute drive from Tahrir Square. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we highly recommend it!
• Syed (10/5): Luxury apartment close to Cairo airport. Noting to do nearby tho - Firstly, this property is immaculate. Modern 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor within a large complex. There are a lot of developments going on in the area, but this building is complete and has a mixture of local and tourists residing there. There are sweet huts outside where you can buy whatever you need. 10min walk to a few local restaurants (via restaurant is decent Italian place) and snack joints (best kfc in a place called heart attack.). Large sitting area with balcony overseeing the pool. By the way you need to pay extra for the pool. 400 for adults and 200 for kids. The pool is outdoor and not heated. The price is per day and kids must leave pool by 6pm. Bedroom 1: double bed with onsite shower. Bedroom 2 has two single beds with onsite shower. Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom and has on suite shower. There is an ironing board, microwave, fridge and AC. Everything you need is here. The airport is 10min drive and cost us 100LE. We used an app called IN DRiVE to book all our taxis. If you are a traveller to Cairo, you must have this app. Although local taxis are available, they rip you off unless you have this app. The location of this apartment is not good. There is nothing to do outside within walking distance. If you have an early flight or a late flight and need to be close to the airport then this place is ideal. However, it is quite pricey if you are only planning on staying herea Night or two before your flight. During this trip I stayed at 3 different areas. Area 1 was Dokki. Close to the Nile but other side of down, closer to Giza where pyraamids are. The area was great but hotel was poor. Area 2 was in a place called Al Kasr el ainy. Great location and very close to centre (Tahrir Square) and walking distance to Zainab mosque. Along the way lots of bazaars and local life. This is the best place to spend evenings walking around drinking freshly squeezed fruit juice, or eating bbq or ice creams etc. In terms of the property itself, everything was spot on.
