• K (8/5): Super location, very comfortable and big for a London apartment - value for money - The apartment is roomy and very comfortable. The bedrooms are a great size and the three bathrooms makes travelling with friends / couples super easy. The location was ideal - walking distance to tubes, gardens, shopping - and was easy to reach from Heathrow - even with luggage. The kitchen was well equipped and provided the essentials. Walking distance (4mins) to a local pub which served cold beer and great food!! Bathrooms and towels could use a little attention. The kitchen would benefit from a 'clean out' of some of the pantry items and some additional tea towels and basics.

• Derrick (8/5): Nice place to stay but needs a bit of TLC - Location was great, really spacious property beds were comfortable plenty of storage. Needs a little bit of TLC , eg mildew duvet and dirty pillows in wardrobes, half empty bottle of water and half used breakfast items left in kitchen, plaster repairs needed in places, knobs coming off chest of drawers.
• Nicole (10/5): Lovely place for families with teens - Great space for a family of 5. Everyone had their own bed and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was great. Happily surprised to have a dryer in addition to the washing machine. Unfortunately it was very hot for London during our stay. A few fans would have helped.

Tom was a superb communicator and.made us.feel extre.ely welcome in .his home and I loved every minute.! High Street was.literally 5inutes walking an.elite part.of.London.it.had Marks and Sparks.and H&M and yet Fortnum and Mason an easy bus ride.away. Don't.miss.out.in.this.property if you.come.to London Nothing it was.peefect
• Gutierrez (7/5): Lovely neighborhood and space to stretch out! - The apartment is in a lovely area of Kensington and close to two tube stations: South Kensington and Earl's Court. I loved using the "tube" to get around but having a quiet place to go to at the end of the day. There is a nice pub at the end of the street, high end shopping nearby, and restaurants. I appreciated the minimalism of the apartment, the space, a bathroom for every bedroom, and the kitchen. The washer and dryer were the absolute best in all of our travels! I would stay here again, but suggest a few additions to improve the comfort of the apartment. I would have appreciated more towels, extra toilet paper, a blow dryer, high end refillable hand soap/shampoo/body wash(used bar soaps were found in the bathroom). I would also recommend adding more hangers to the closets. There was a ton of closet space, but just a few hangers. If I were to organize an apartment stay, I would provide two towels per person so that each bathroom has four large towels and two hand towels. Paper towels in the kitchen and tea towels would have been an addition to an already great kitchen. The bedroom at the front of the house could also use a mattress topper or a new mattress, as it was not very supportive. I think these few additions would make this apartment a 10!

• Brent (10/5): Clean and spacious flat that is an easy walk to Kensington. - Well located property that served as a good base for exploring London. Spacious enough to accommodate a family with three adult children. Tom was a communicative host and made our arrival in England easy.
• Rachel (4/5): It was a bit disappointing with lots of things not acceptable for the money I paid - It was near to where we wanted to go, lots of space and comfortable beds The door to the flat was broken so couldn’t lock it, so felt very unsafe, there were cigarette butts left in the ashtray on the balcony, there were crumbs under the chair cushions, the toilet seat in the room with single beds was broken, the toiletries in the other en-suite were empty.

• Klaas (8/5): Nice apartment in beautifull Kensington - Very nice apartment, spacious, modern, comfortable. The location is ideal for doing trips to the highlights of London. The host is very kind and accurately responding. There are several minor imperfections/defects such as loose toiletseats, loose door hinges, stopper of sinks which are stuck, etc. Solving this would make it a really perfect accomodation.

Could have been a little cleaner and all the beds were made but none of the bed linen was ironed. Also couldn’t get the WiFi working on none of our tech.

• John (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great price and off road parking - we loved it. - Fantastic location, few minutes from the high street, lots of places to eat and easy access to tube station. Property was absolutely lovely, really comfortable and amazing for the price. The host was really helpful throughout our visit and we'd definitely stay again. A couple of minor niggles e.g. a broken door handle and would have been nice to have tea towels but nothing that impacted our stay.

Had good parking which is rare in London We had a slight issue with the timing but Tom was more than accommodating making sure we had the best stay possible. One thing that could benefit would be extras like chargers if you wanted to push it to the next level but overall it was a nice escape from technology
