Please note the following important information before booking: Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. Baby cot/crib: Price: €30.00 per reservation. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24–48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the reservation will have a charge of €10 per night. Late Arrival: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (ask us if you want to check in earlier). Outside these hours we will charge €30 in cash, after 10:00 p.m. it will be €50 and after 12:00 a.m. it will be €80. If the arrival day is a local or national holiday, weekends, the cost will be €30 until 10:00 p.m., after 10:00 p.m. it will be €50 and from 12:00 a.m. it will be €80. If the arrival day is 12/24, 12/25, 12/26, 12/31 or 01/01 the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10:00 p.m., after 10:00 p.m. €100. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances, including inside the apartment and on the balcony. Receiving a report or having evidence of smoking will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). The property will not be liable under any circumstances for thefts, burglaries or any removal of goods that may occur within the facilities of our tourist apartments. Guests are strongly recommended to take the necessary precautions for the custody of their valuables, including the use of safety boxes if available, and to keep doors and windows properly closed and secured. The safety of personal belongings is the exclusive responsibility of the guest.

mehmet selim (8/5): Generally I was happy to stay there during my trip. - It was in a central location, easily accessible on foot or by train. The building was quite old, but the apartment looked like it had been renovated a few years ago, and the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were new. There was only one issue: the shower cubicle in the bathroom was really narrow. Turning right or left inside was almost impossible. It would be good if this were changed.

Antonenko (5/5): - Мы прилетели утром и нам разрешили заехать раньше. Квартира расположена в центре возле станции метро. Магазины и кафе в пешей доступности. Очень шумно. Спать в спальне просто невозможно, из-за того что окна старые и выходят на проспект. Чтобы вернули депозит после отъезда пришлось искать контакты и обращаться напрямую в агентство, потому что чек ин агент перестала отвечать на сообщения. Там, правда, очень быстро ответили, извинились и вернули депозит..
