- Edison Chimi (8/5): Was great - It was challenging as the taxi left me and I had to walk the streets with my luggage to collect key and walk to 66 Manning street
- Richard (5/5): Good location and a couple of simple fixes, such as a couch, and would have made it so much better. - Location. 1. No couch! Had two tables but no couch! Made trying to relax and watch tv very uncomfortable.
2. Even though signage said the outside road would be closed due to a bike race, staff refused to let us have a later checkout. This meant we had to pay for overnight parking in a nearby Secure site.
3. Something leaking behind washer. Made for a mouldy smell. Stain marks show it has happened before or has been for a while.
- Gouge (4/5): Nice location but has some challenges - Great location and modern facility. The check in process was challenging as it is not at the property. When you are not familiar with the city and finding parking during peak hour this was an extra process I didn’t like. I also had to contact ‘someone’ as you can’t let the reception on site know that the washing machine leaked and the dryer did not work ( the whole reason I choose to stay in apartment hotel as I had been travelling all week). They were not able to fix it during my two night stay nor could they move rooms. Check out was also challenging. I had to pack my belongings, get my car out from the basement with the key, park on the street then go back up to the apartment to leave my key. Just another step to even check out.

Plenty of options for eating out and supermarkets nearby.
Equipped kitchen. Hosts even delivered us a toaster within an hour of checking that we were happy with the apartment.
Undercover basement parking space included in the stay
Key collection is from another building on the block however clear instructions on how to check in and collect the key were provided. A second comfy seat or a small couch would have been a nice addition as one of us had to use the kitchen bench or a dining chair when relaxing.
