Guest Reviews
- Tracey (1/5): Disgusting - dirty - had to books somewhere else - Nothing - I literally had to book somewhere else last minute because I couldn’t stay there. It was disgustingly dirty. Covered in wet mould.
It looked like it had been cleaned in ages, the shower was gross. It stunk of mould and I’m asthmatic so I literally had to leave. For the price you’d think it would be clean and nice. I’ve requested a refund but haven’t received one - I’ll be taking this up with booking.com

- Ellis (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay! Chic, clean, and so comfortable!
- Gholamreza (8/5): Very good -
- 龍崎 (1/5): In conclusion, this is a hotel that cannot be recommended. Such a hotel should not be on the market. - Nothing 1.The room is in the basement. There is only a small, semi-exposed window. The staircase is very narrow, only allowing one person to pass at a time. In case of a fire, it would be difficult to escape.
2.The room is very small, with only one chair to sit on. It looks completely different from the clean and beautiful room shown in the photos.
3.It is very dirty. When we checked in, the toilet bowl was yellow. The cup placed in the bathroom for brushing teeth was full of stains.
4.The walls between the rooms are very thin, and you can clearly hear the sounds from the next room. At night, when the guests next door return and use their keys to unlock the door, it feels like someone is unlocking your own room door, which is very frightening.
5.If the bathroom door is closed, one person cannot open it from the inside. Someone outside must push it open, so if you are staying alone, you cannot close the bathroom door tightly.
6.The service is poor or, more accurately, non-existent.
7.It is far from the city center.
- Luan (2/5): I was throughly disappointed in my stay. - The only thing I really liked about the property was its decent location. Other than that, there wasn’t much that stood out or impressed me. The property did not resemble the pictures used in the advertisement at all. Which was a massive disappointment…
The room was very small, and the TV had wires running out of it, which were a trip hazard in itself and was quite dangerous. Additionally, there was no hot water in the shower, which was very disappointing for the price of the property too!
I also had to pay a huge deposit of 304 euro as the option to make the 25 pound deposit was not sent to me and I met another person at the property who also stated they too never got the option for the 25 pound.
There was a lot of noise at the property too from above residents although being informed that people should minimise noise by 8pm.
- Debbie (1/5): A tiny, basement-level studio suitable for one night maximum! - The location was good. My husband and I found the Checking In process annoying. We had to pay a 'waiver' for either 25 GBP non refundable or 250 GBP refundable before they would send the code to the lockbox. Not ever had this happened in our travels.
The apartment we checked into did not match the photos online. It was a tiny, dark room with an ensuite in the basement level. Very deceiving and totally disappointing.
We had booked for 7 nights and by day 2 the place was stuffy and I was desperate for fresh air. The tiny window would not open so I contacted the host. It took 24 hrs to get a resolution about the window lock and fresh air.
By day 3-4 our towels were smelling musty due to lack of light and fresh air so I requested a change of towels. The host said they would love to offer us a mid week, clean which included fresh towels, for a cost of 125GBP. I promptly refused to pay the money and declined, whilst adding with a few suggestions on how to treat guests. Fresh towels were provided the following day.
This place may suit someone staying one night but any longer and you'll feel like you're trapped in a dungeon!
- Chenelle (7/5): Good -
- Emilia (4/5): Disappointing - Comfortable bed. The apartment we got was not the one on the pictures. It's located in the basement and it requires going through really narrow corridors down stairs (problematic with luggage).
Apartment itself is ok if you just go there to sleep. It's very small and the bathroom is as small as it can be.
First day we didn't have wifi there, during the whole stay there was only cold water in the "kitchen".
Definitely not worth the price.
