• Jennifer (2/5): Incredibly disappointing and frustrating - Great location Faulty air conditioning unit, water all over the floor at side of bed, slipped and fell. Clearly an ongoing issue from the state of the floor. Serious health and safety issue. Collected over a litre of water in a pot the following evening (to stop floor flooding). Was offered eighty euros compensation by Relstay when a 3 night stay was ruined.

• Hasmik (7/5): Nice comfortable studio in great location but with some inconveniences - Location of this place is unbeatable. For our first stay in Milan, staying here was a very good decision. We took metro only to railway stations or airport (nearest metro is not very close to go with baggages, ~10 min walk), otherwise we walked the whole city. Brera is very nice coloful neighborhood where we felt very safe at every time of day. Check-in and checkout at Relstay was very easy, everything was with a link the host sent us, we didn't even meet the host. Apartment was clean, beautiful and the big plus is they had kitchen appliances like coffee machine, microwave and decent sized fridge. I liked the fact that host/reception was available every time I called by their number.Although the room was small, there was a little wardorbe-like thing where we managed to store all of our baggages and clothes. Pillows were a bit flat, but overall the bed was comfortable. 1. The loud noise in the middle of the night and early in the morning when people were dragging big trash bins from the courtyard disturbed us several times, thank god it was short - like 3-4 minutes. But we woke up even with closed windows. I don't know why they cannot do it at normal times during the day. 3AM and 7AM are not the best times to make that much of a noise. I would recommend speaking with the building - changing the times of trash bin procedures to make the experience of the guests more enjoyable. 2. Shower - this has been a problem in many european cities, but this one was absurd for us. They were using a boiler that only had hot water for 8-10 minutes showers(in other cities it was 30-40min). And then you must wait a lot for it to fill and only then be able to take a shower. For a room accomodating 2 people 10 minute shower is very short time. When I called they assured that the boiler fills up in about 30 minutes, but in reality it was more than 1.5 hours, sometimes 3 hours depending the time of the day. Just fyi, a person with long hair who uses hair mask/conditioner needs at least 15 mins for only the hair wash. That was the most uncomfortable part of this stay. We were arranging bath times with my partner(morning/evening/hair wash day) to be able to do it. So if your bath takes no longer 10 minutes, this won't be an issue at all. 3. Heater - in november, evenings are quite cold in Milan, so we were using the heater, which was like a hot air conditioner. The first day we used the heater it turned off after 3 hours of working and didn't turn on again. We called and they sent us a technician to fix the next day. The fix worked, but only for a day. The next day it turned off again and then they fixed it again. So except a couple of cold nights everything was okay with communication. 4. We got a message that we are not sorting the trash properly.
• Arvind (10/5): comfortable lively place. - location, comfort , safe. street is lively, it is easy to commute as this is centrally located. host is always available to guide. good restaurants around. its a small cozy space with full kitchen. room could have been little bigger. otherwise it was perfect. no complaints.
