• Tiana (6/5): Pleasant - Had a beautiful view and in a good location close to everything. Owners were lovely. Good for the price. Unfortunately apartment wasn't the cleanest. Had rubbish in bins still. Rubbish behind doors and surfaces weren't wiped over. Beds had stains on them.

There were old socks under the beds and looks like it hasn't been cleaned under there for a long time. Told to put dishwasher on but no tablets or powder.

The apartment had everything we needed with portacot also supplied. We felt the apartment could have been cleaned more thoroughly. For example, the fridge vege bins and freezer were quite dirty and the floor had quite a bit of dog fur in places.

Hosts were great at letting us in early. They even helped out by sending a very sentimental bear that we had left behind, back to us. Thank you for the stay.

• Ken (1/5): Bad - spacious, nice bed. It seems Airbnb place so it is not easy to find especially at night. The owner changed the password of the door lock somehow and asked me to send the ID copy to get in. Probably he can saw me that i am asian through security camera. My flight was canceled and i am not living in Australia so I had to use data loaming and had to do international phone call for that. It was so hassle especially i am with my small kids at night. I gave my credit card and paid for over $400 for just 10 hours stay through Booking.com. it was not good experience.

Unfortunately, we were only there for short period...to sleep/shower. The only thing that I noticed was that there was no hanging space for long dress... This is not a complaint but I thought it was unusual to not have some hanging space for long garments.
