Guest Reviews
- Antranik (10/5): - Owner was very friendly Cosy and beautiful house
- andrew (4/5): So so - Clean place and convenient bus stop location with corner store. Full kitchen with most items needed to prepare meals. Rooms included hair dryer and plenty of toilet paper and towels and wash cloths with planty of closet space. Property was covered in over a foot of snow so much that my cab could pull into the Property and I had to drag my suitcase through the snow, the bins and recycle on the deck was under snow too I shoveled multiple times during my stay. The washroom is freezing cold as rest of house. Walls need a fresh coat of paint badly. Printer also wouldn't connect to be of any use >.< bed was so stiff and firm. Getting a hold of the host is kind of a pain sometimes should really get back to messages a bit quicker but overall seems like a good guy.

- Gael Noel Neh (6/5): Nice stay for few days - The kitchen and living room is quite spacious and well equipped. Location is convenient and next to bus stop that goes into town. WiFi was great. Room looked smaller compared to photos. It wasn’t properly cleaned, there was acrylic press-on nails under the bed and a strand of hair on the wall as seen in attached photos. Need to do better with the cleaning.
- Yulia (7/5): I liked this guest house - you have everything what you need for very reasonable money. - It's clean, looks like it was recently renovated. The kitchen is spacious and good. Pretty quiet and feel safe. Just across - simple mim-mart. I would appreciate hooks in the shared bathroom and more space to put things. Also, there are no door handles, not convenient to use a code thing only. There are 2 car spaces on the driveway. I had to use street parking.

- Dee (4/5): The roomwas not readyin the agreet - I got a call from the owe around 4:30pm the day of the check in to tell me the room is not ready because the cleaner did not show, the I informed him we are driving from ottawa and we will me there in one hour, he said the be great and if the room is not ready could we seat in the living room until then, I said yes.
We got there the room was still being worked on so we driving around until around 6pm, the room is ready but the home smell all different types of cooked food, not in a good way. Every time we open the door the smell come in the room.
- Lynn (9/5): Superb - It was clean and relaxing. Property management was excellent with communication and helping discuss any concerns or answer any questions I had. I'd stay again for sure !

- Perozogarcia (4/5): Disappointing -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Jay (6/5): Pleasant - The host was great. Access to the location is also very good. Close to downtown. The bed was nice and comfortable to sleep on. There is one bathroom for the bottom floor that is for about 6 ppl. The bathroom is windowless and so collects a lot of condensate if the fan is not turned on or door isn't open. When I was there, the ceiling, walls and floor all were sweating condensate, I would advise to bring slippers. Also, the other guests were using a mixing cup and the floor and toilet were always wet.
Also, the garbage and recycling is all in the backyard. One of the bins weren't locked properly and so I saw a raccoon eating a pizza.
Lastly, the room seemed a bit smaller in reality compared to the picture. If you are in the area for a short economical stay, go ahead.
- Paul (7/5): Good -
- Paul (8/5): Very good -
- Estelle (2/5): Very poor - That we had the whole house to ourselves. I was not sent a code to get in. Had to call several times over 1.5 hours to finally get a hold of Chris. We found the place to be very dirty so we spent our first evening cleaning. We did not feel safe as we found bullets in our TV drawer. He just said not to touch them. When we told him about his cleaner not doing a very good job, he sided with the cleaner saying he had sent him pictures of the place after he had cleaned it. It was filthy. The mailbox outside was full, making it look abandoned. When I told him we had brought the mail in, he said to stick it in a drawer on the kitchen, which was also filthy and full of stuff. The online booking had said the house was full yet there was nobody there. It made the whole place seem super sketchy. I would never recommend it it or stay there again.
- Stri-shaikh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (10/5): It was perfect. - Liberty Nothing
- Groover (8/5): Besides a few Liborio, fixable things this was a great place to stay for its value. It was comfortable and in a great lo - The location is great! Close to restaurants. There is a convenience store right across the street. There were plenty of towels and face cloths for me to use. Same with toilet paper. My room came with its own code so I felt comfortable knowing my belongings were locked inside. There is complimentary coffee too. This place had everything I needed. I just wish that the bathroom had a floor matt. At the moment, there is nothing and it does not make things feel as clean as it could. The bathroom gets really sweaty after someone has showered and it would be nice to stick your feet on a floor matt, rather than a bear, wet, cold, hard tile floor.
The room was also unbalanced with its temperature. One night it was really hot. And another night it was really cold. It was spring time when I stayed here so the weather does fluctuate a lot. The room appears to do the same. A room heater and fan should be available in this room.
There needs to be instructions provided when entering the code to get into individual rooms. It is not straight forward. There are specific instructions that needed to be provided ahead of time. Myself and another guest has to call to ask how to get into our rooms.
