• RUTH (1/5): Sin reserva por culpa de la propiedad - No pudimos apreciar el alojamiento, cuando llegamos londres y al alojamiento nos dijeron que no tenían ninguna reserva para nosotros. Se inventaron un rollo del dueño anterior y booking nos soluciono el problema. No recomiendo fiarse de esta propiedad Nos dejaron en la calle con la reserva hecha y pagada. No tenían nuestra reserva y nos vimos en la calle en Londres y en semana santa

• Caroline (9/5): Top Lage für einen Shopping Trip - Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich sehr gut. In der Nähe gibt es kleine Cafés und auch einen Supermarkt, sehr ruhige Lage man bekommt nichts vom Straßenverkehr mit, top Anbindung an die U-Bahn, sehr gute Ausstattung Nix
• Remon (5/5): Had a great time outside the apartment not inside unfortunately too much money for a poor apartment tbh - The location only Was very disappointed about the kids room position as it was literally outside the apartment wasn’t happy at all about that had to swap with them and give them our room Even then me and the wife couldn’t sleep in that room as is has a waste pipe right near the door and you hear the water running down most of night so we had to take the mattresses to the living room to sleep which wasn’t good

• Hassan (4/5): Not worthstaying - Location. Very small bathroom with shower, 2nd bath no shower. Not at all comfortable bags. Property manager never showed up despite of sending message, and calling number always powered off. No cleaning after you enter, and on checking out, cleaner was waiting on door. Very awful experience.

• Abrar (1/5): - The flat was underground U can’t even enter Ur luggages bc the stairs! The owner didn’t corporate or negotiate about the payment, that bc he knows no one could ask for the flat. Even though we didn’t use the facilities. It was bad experience. And I moved to the nearest hotel

• Malinee (9/5): - Dank der außergewöhnlich guten,schnellen und freundlichen Kommunikation ( vorab und während unseres Aufenthalts) fanden wir uns sehr gut zurecht. Für uns ( Familie mit 2 Teenies) war die Lage und die Größe der top ausgestatteten Wohnung ideal, die Teenies hatten sogar die Möglichkeit etwas Abstand zu uns, die 2 Bäder und ein extra WC ein zusätzliches Plus... Die Nähe zur Oxford Street, zum Marble Arch, und zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist toll ( öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung) und unbedingt zu erwähnen sind die tollen Foodspots in der Gegend ( Pubs, entzückende Cafés, Anglothai, Nobu, Mercato Mayfair, Ottolenghi,...).Der hohe Preis war angemessen, denn 1.London 2.die Superlage und 3.die Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung /

• Andreas Johannes (7/5): Für Londoner Verhältnisse großzügiges, allerdings auch schmuddeliges Apartment in Top Lage. - Die Lage ist sehr gut und auch innewohnen schönen Haus. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Das Apartment ist für Londoner Verhältnisse recht großzügig. Der Eindruck insgesamt ist schmuddelig. Die Matratzen sind schlimm und die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. In einem Schlafzimmer gab es Schimmel und der Feuermelder war zerstört.

• Pauline (5/5): Location was great but could really do with some TLC especially the bedrooms. - Location to Hyde Park The bedrooms were very small even for London, the beds were so uncomfortable. The noise from the upstairs apartment was loud and kept my daughter awake.

Bathrooms could use a bit of attention, one appeared the start of mold growing in it. Also the building next door is under construction, made the apartment noisy during the day and outdoor space very dirty.
• Susan (9/5): Wonderful weekend staying in this great apartment right in the middle of London - Very clean and well equipped. Very good at communicating with us and sorting out WiFi Noise from above small bedroom one of nights. Mattresses slightly soft but still comfortable

• Shannon (8/5): Nice flat for 4 people in an excellent location! - The best location for exploring London- just minutes from the tube and Hyde Park and lots of restaurants. Very spacious with 2.5 bathrooms. Beautifully decorated. Super easy check-in. Fast response from host when we asked for something. This flat is great for 4 people. I would not book it again for 5 people. The sofa is not really a bed and needs a proper mattress- you can’t sleep on it. Also the other beds are adequate, but the mattresses are short and you can feel the springs.

• Brets (6/5): Good location, apartment need renovation, challenging communication with owner. - No response from owner, sent wi-fi user name and password was wrong, worn out bathrooms, broken heater in bedroom. Heating was off when check in ( 14 o C).
• Raminta (6/5): Flat location is good, a lot of space in rooms, but staff attitude - zero respect. - Location was comfortable, there was a lot of space in flat, 2 bathrooms 3 toilets for us was good. We came to a flat 3:15pm and houskeeper was still there (check in is from 3pm). With all luggage we walked for a few hours. We came back to flat at 5pm and houskeeper was still there! I wrote a message in booking app immediately for hotel support and they didin’t answer me until the next day. And they didn’t explain anything about this uncomfortable situation. So experiance with timing and comunication is miserable. No respect for customers.

• Anila (4/5): not so good. - it was clean one of the rooms was to small for two adults. the apartment was cold, we did not manage to put the hitting. no instructions how to do it. we announced that an old person is with us and she could hardly go up and down the very stipe stairs in order to get inn. The place to depose the suitcases was 25min drive from the apartment.

• Keliautoja_vk (10/5): Perfect apartment for a travelling group or family - The apartment is in a very central location, many sighseeing places can be reached in a walkable distance. Very spacious and comfortable place. It's convenient to have two showers, three wc when 4 people are staying. Fully equiped kitchen, nice dining space. Beds are with spring matresses, you can feel springs a little when your weight is more than 70 kg. Also beds could be a little longer, if your hight is more than 190 cm is not so comfortable.
