• Pilar (1/5): PROPERTY DOESN'T EXIST! and I was redirected to different hotels while they attempted to charge me. - Nothing. I was not able to stay at the property I originally booked. Right after checkin time, I was informed the hotel had changed address, but when I arrived at the original location, it did not exist. I was then contacted via WhatsApp from a different number, and it became clear I was dealing with another hotel entirely, not the one I booked. They tried to redirect me to multiple different locations to keep the reservation. Communication was confusing and misleading. They also attempted to charge my card multiple times despite the situation and refusing to properly cancel the booking themselves.

• Samira (3/5): - Die Lage Also die Bilder entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem was wir bekommen haben. Im Bad kam kaum Wasser aus der Leitung zum duschen, in der Dusche hing ein Stromkabel offen raus. Im Zimmer war es sehr lieblos mit kaputten Wänden. Wir wollten das Zimmer tauschen aus ein paar Gründen als uns dann aber das “neue” gezeigt wurde sind wir doch lieber im alten geblieben. Beim Frühstück gab es nicht mal ansatzweise genug Platz für alle Gäste und die Auswahl lässt auch eher zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind dann lieber außerhalb essen gegangen.

Le petit dej nul, les chambres digne d’un hôtel 1 etoile peintures pas faites, trous partout, Clim qui fait un bruit d’enfer, odeur de moisi, salle de bain pleine de calcaire et de moisissures pour le prix à fuir nous avons mieux dormi dans des bouibouis en montagnes dans le pays.

• Theol (8/5): Personnel très sympathique, situation idéale. - l'emplacement de l'hotel est parfait. Je me suis simplement trompé de catégorie, je souhaitais un hotel beaucoup plus luxueux. J'ai choisi la même catégorie que pour mes séjours au Cambodge - erreur fatale. Les prix sont plus élevés au Vietnam qu'au Cambodge il faut donc, au Vietnam choisir une catégorie supérieure donc un tarif supérieur. Cette erreur mise à part, le rapport qualité prix de cet hotel est parfait. Le prix est bas, donc pour un petit budget, c'est un hotel et un emplacement idéal. la qualité du petit déjeuner est médiocre. Je n'ai pas aimé la douche dans la salle de bain, mais ceci est lié au prix et à la catégorie choisie. Il faut payer plus pour avoir mieux.

Der var ingen møbler på vores balkon. Det er der på billedet, men i virkeligheden var der bare to aircondition-maskiner. Håndtaget til balkondøren sad ikke fast. Låsen ud var blot en lille krog.

• Elizabeth (6/5): Great location but the hotel is tired and the cash insistance really made us upset. - It’s in a fantastic location with everything you need nearby. There was a safe and a fridge in the room which we appreciated. David, the day manager, was a very nice man, however, he told us that we had to pay cash for our stay due to a government imposed 25% tax on credit card payments, that may or may not come into effect 01/07/25. This really stressed us out at the start of a 4 week holiday because we thought we would need cash to pay for everything. This story has proven to be a total lie and the most amount of tax you need to pay using a credit card is 3%.

• Vratislav (8/5): Ideální ubytování na jednu noc v perfektní lokalitě - Skvělá lokalita. Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje s balkónem zdarma. Velká postel. Veškerá elektronika funkční jen při vložené kartě, takže při odchodu se vypne klimatizace a po návratu je neskutečné teplo, obzvlášť v případě pokoje v nejvyšším patře. Průměrná snídaně. Stísněné chodby. Mravenci na pokoji.

Chambre extrêmement petite et sans fenêtre alors que j ai réservé une chambre dont les photos démontrent que il y a au moins une fenêtre. Fausse publicité. Après mon argumentation on m a changé de chambre pour la 2e nuit. Même chose pour ma cousine mais compte tenu qu elle n’a pas argumenté elle a gardé la chambre sans fenêtre (fausse publicité également! Bâtisse qui nécessiterait des travaux de peinture et entretien le décor laisse à désirer car non entretenu. Ascenseur très sale chambre extrêmement petite. Pas un bon rapport qualité prix.

The staff, especially Daniel at reception, was incredibly friendly and attentive, he helped us with luggage storage between our two stays and arranged excellent laundry service for us. No complaints, everything exceeded our expectations.

• Three Filipina ladies (6/5): Housekeeping must be improved. - Location, wifi, reception staff, breakfast. Housekeeping & cleanliness. The coffee, tea, sugar, tiny toothpaste & water were only supplied on the first day & they never refilled. Though they placed new towels daily but they sometimes don't remove the old ones which makes us having several hanged towels in the bathroom & a disgusting soaked floor towel, I have to whats app them to remove. Cleaning is only limited to rearranging the blankets & pillows and placing new towels. That's it.

• Małgorzata (2/5): - Hotel reklamuje się jako 4-gwiazdkowy, choć zupełnie nie wiadomo za co – brak basenu i jakichkolwiek udogodnień. Obiekt był w remoncie, o czym nie poinformowano. W pokoju panował brud, sprzątanie ograniczało się do złożenia ręczników i dodania wody, a dodatkowo pojawiały się mrówki i inne robaki. Śniadania bardzo słabe – jeden ciepły posiłek, chleb tostowy i warzywa tylko przez pierwsze 30 minut. Kompletnie nie polecam.

Das Zimmer war sauber und mit einem Kühlschrank und Safe ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man hatte eine gute Auswahl. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wieder kommen.

Overall a really good stay My only complaint would be the layout of the bathroom. In the specific room I was in, the bathroom was very small. The showerhead was super close to the toilet so it was difficult to take a shower. I still could though so it's not the end of the world

• Vincent (3/5): Location and value only. - The location is good. Once I arrived at the place, I realized the hotel does not have the same name as shown on booking.com. The TV doesn’t work in any room; the staff said it was under maintenance. At first, I was given a room without a window. Then I was moved to another room with a window, but the shower was inside the toilet without any separation, meaning when you take a shower the entire bathroom gets wet. I finally asked for another room, which was larger but cost twice the price of the original room. Breakfast was very simple — just basic value for money.

La habitación estaba en obras y sucia, llena de polvo, la ducha no estaba terminada, la mampara estaba en el suelo y el WC estaba lleno de heces. El nombre que aparece en booking no corresponde con el del cartel de la entrada y nos costó mucho encontrarlo.
• Tyler (3/5): If you want a peaceful night sleep, do not stay here - You lied on your description, the rooms are no where near sound proof. Every single time someone uses the elevator we hear their conversation. We can hear road noise, cars beeping, and people’s alarms in the morning. It’s a joke, we have been travelling around for 2 months now and this is the worst hotel we have stayed at.
