• Masami (1/5): 完全に詐欺でした。 - 床には髪の毛が散らばり、ゴキブリ、ハエ、蟻などの虫がたくさんいて非常に不潔でした。変な臭いもしていました。キッチンも洗濯機も汚く、全く使う気になれませんでした。Booking.com上に掲載されている写真の状況とは全く違っていました。キャンセルしたいとお願いしましたが、応じてもらえず、結局全額を支払った上で別のホテルに滞在するしかありませんでした。Booking.comのカスタマーサポートにも問い合わせましたが、何のサポートにもなりませんでした。 Booking.comでホテル予約は絶対にしない方がいいです。
• Lailati (7/5): It was a pleasant stay with my parents to reminisce my childhood memories of yearly stay at THE ZON previously, so when - 1. Very strategic. Its located very near to klcc, around 8 mins walk. Location was strategic, very convenient and accessible to mrt and other places. We went to klcc for lunch and dinner at different times, so thats how accessible klcc from this place 😍 also to klcc park and nearby masjid 😍 2. Condition. House is fully air conditioned, quite spacious for an apartment, fully equipped with cooking utensils and washing machine (eventho we dont use them). Tho some airbnb would provide simple 3in1 drinks like nescafe/milo/tea along with some basic snacks, this one dont, but its okay, i dont really mind bcs this apartment has zus coffee and mynews convenience store at the lobby, perfect for me who needs coffee in the morning. Went down to the pool, pool is big and to our surprise, we were the only ones there. 3. Host also approachable with straight forward instructions, contacted Mr Abas, he is a fast responder 👍🏻 1. Room not so clean, few cockroaches roaming over kitchen and sink area, few stain found over bedsheet, and slight dusty. I was allergic to dust so I was sneezing the whole time. Found naphthalene balls everywhere, in the kitchen, toilets, so the room smells like naphthalene balls. Also I have a 2 y/o toddler, need to be super cautious so that my kid don’t go near it. 2. Tv cannot be turned on, went with my parents, and they do like watching tv or just have the tv on, also have tried anything possible disconnect/reconnect the wires. Consulted the host regarding this, but said it was fine prior to this 🤷🏻‍♀️ So the whole time I was using ipad only to entertain my parents luckily the wifi works perfectly fine. 3. The bed in the main bedroom is not comfortable at all, super hard and can feel the bed spring 😿 its better to sleep at the sofa bed rather than the bed itself.

• Hussain (1/5): Bad - Walking distance to Suria KLCC. 1. Very rude host. He called me lazy. Did not answer phone calls. Expects foreigners to pay deposit using instant transfer for deposit. The list is endless. 2. Disgustingly dirty place. Large mould on sofa beds, dirty toilets, dirty and stained towels, no toilet tissues, no soap, dirty bedding, kitchen falling apart and rusty. Views are blocked by buildings all around. Swimming pool is dirty. Room is smelly, stale air freshners. 3. Very difficult and long to check in. Unhelpful host. 4. Parking is not included and cost RM 47 per 24 hours minimum, can be more if you drive in and out. Do NOT book this place. There are many cleaner and better places nearby.

Worst condition of the room, bad check in experience, unfriendly treatment, giving ridiculous excuses, and smelly smell all around the house Nothing to like about this apartment as the photos showed in the website is totally different with the one we get. Unforgettable memories and experiences not because of great memories, but the worst part of our lifetime experiences went to different places for staycation

• Pan (5/5): It’s a shame for an apartment with a nice location to have such below average standards. I really hope they fix this. - Despite being near the main road, I barely heard any car sounds. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easy. The plates and cups came in handy when we had our breakfast there. Unlike what they advertised, the free wifi doesn’t work. I asked the manager and he didn’t even bother replying to my text. I thought it was only my phone but no, the wifi was not accessible for both of my parents’ phone and my Ipad. There is fungus growing in the bedroom toilet ceiling. Water keeps leaking from the bidet. The bed sheets and the pillow covers had yellow and brown stains. The aircon generator is also quite bothersome.

• Jun (2/5): Very poor - The host is not so responsible for us.Didn't send us or called us to get any further informations regard our booking,like giving deposit,instruction for taking the house keys.Normally they will send a full details where is our parking lot,how to get into the apartment etc.And the host is very very rude,keep reminding us to check out before 12pm.Also answering the phone is like torturing him spoiling his wonderful weekend. The apartment is quite old, also lack of maintenance. The good part is big and location.

The parking card doesn't work at all! very problematic when going in and out of the room! There are 6 elevators but only one can be used to get to our room floor. • Sudheer (5/5): Good location, but I won't recommend this property to anyone - Location It was a stressful experience to check in and check out. The email that I got mentioned that the facility would accept credit cards. Once I reached the place, I was told to pay by cash, and need to spend time on bank transfers and follow-ups. And at the time of checkout, I waited around 45 minutes for someone to collect my keys. The facility staff was not ready to collect the keys and after a number of phone calls, it was settled. And it looks like the staff in the facility was not allowed to show a pleasant face to the guests and smiling is banned for them too.
