Would have scored a 10 if things like hand towels, tea towels and wine glasses been available in the apartment. I have bought them and left them behind.
What did impress was that there was a prompt response and resolution of a problem with the heating. Thanks Baduk See above detail to identify what was missing
- Kamil (6/5): - The building itself is new, but unfortunately very poorly maintained. There was an unpleasant smell in the common areas and stairwell. The apartment was fine inside, but overall this is definitely not a 10/10 place. I would rate it closer to a 2-star standard, similar to a typical basic UK apartment.

- Webb (9/5): Second times a charm x - Always a easy and simple check in, stayed here a couple times now! Love how easily located from the station it is and how close to shops. Perfect little get away with a beautiful balcony! Look forward to staying again soon x No complaints from me x
- Webb (10/5): FAV EAST LONDON FLAT - Lovely spacious flat! Hosts were so helpful and always a message away to help with anything I needed! Location was perfect from the station too and even the neighbours were lovely! Already booked in for another visit! Downstairs door was a little difficult to get in and out of, the magnet kept getting jammed. But other than that can’t fault it

- Stepanka (8/5): Very good - Good location when working at the ExCel, just a couple of bus stops away with plenty shops around. Good value for rental price. Very fast reaction to messages and always trying to solve the problem as fast as possible. The kitchen equipment could be better (dishes, dish towels), also the heating regulation was difficult. A second set of keys would be helpful for a group.
