Guest Reviews
- rosimeri (10/5): - Excelente atendimento do anfitrião,localização ótima , apartamento limpo e grande.adoramos ficar hospedado neste imóvel.Vista do lago maravilhosa
- Karolina (10/5): - Location right downtown, short walking distance from the train station. View was amazing and lots of room and had everything you needed. Host communicated everything pretty clearly making check in/out pretty simple and no surprises. Unrelated to the room elevator was a little confusing wasn’t sure if we needed a key fob to use it but ended up working anyways.
- DAVID (10/5): - Overall the apartment was excellent. Because we came in the cold winter, I think the heating in the living room and third bedroom wasn’t sufficient.
- Angelino (10/5): - Vue exceptionnelle, Balcon super agréable.Logement bien agencé, propre et confortable. Situé à deux pas de la CN Tour.

- Klaus (8/5): Good location, clean, a little small - Nice appartement, amazing view, had everything that you need, very clean Very small sleeping rooms
- Nadège (10/5): Un super emplacement, super vue, hôte très disponible, je recommande -
- Dario (9/5): Very pleasant stay! Beautiful views ! - The location of the property is optimal. For those who are catching a game, it is very close to the Rogers Centre, Scotia Bank Arena (5-10 minute walk). It is a 5 minute walk to the Harbour front. If you enjoy bike riding, you can rent a bike just steps away from the harbour & enjoy the ride along the safe & busy bike paths. Located downtown in a big city, you are never that far away from all Toronto has to offer, whether by foot or quick (& relatively cheap) Uber ride. The view from the balcony looking onto Lake Ontario is quite impressive as well. There are 3 bedrooms with comfy beds + 2 bathrooms. The shower stall in 1 of the w/r was quite small (not made for a 6,5ft guy ;) ) but the other one is fine. All in all, a very pleasant unit for 6 adults for a short stay. The condo management team accommodated us with an earlier check-in. Small shower stall. On 2 separate occasions, we came across a calm dog ( may have been a pit bull) without a leash inside the common areas of the building.

- Douglas (9/5): It was a great stay - The property was really nice and in a great location.we were going to Roger’s centre and it was just around the corner. It is hard to find and it is confusing.
- Janie and Chris Lumsden (10/5): An excellent space. We easily accessed the property, parked, and then enjoyed the city! -

- Paul (7/5): - The suite was spacious, clean, tidy and perfect for our needs, I would recommend it to any average size family. Unfortunately it didn't go very smoothly getting access into the accommodation ,I think the system could/should be a lot simpler, we did not gain access to the suite until approximately 20:30, due to the poor communication and the length of time it took to actually access the accommodation I thought I had been scammed and was considering booking into another establishment, as you hopefully can imagine this was very stressful, the fob that we had to use for the elevator was in the suite which is on the 48th floor which made life a bit difficult especially with suitcases etc fortunately we got in the lift with some other residents but they got off at the 44th floor so we had to vacate the lift on the 44th floor and my son who is having a knee operation later this month had to limp up the remaining four floors to get the elevator fob and limp back down again so the rest of us could use the lift to get our suitcases up to the correct level.
The accommodation was first class the experience accessing the accommodation was traumatic.
Could the elevator fob be left with the reception staff and the accommodation access instructions be confirmed the day before it is required.
- Fatoma (4/5): Disappointing -
- Mary (8/5): Very good -

- Song (5/5): Good Stay, but Check-In Instructions Were a Nightmare - Good place to stay in general The unit itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described — no complaints about the amenities or the comfort of the apartment.
However, the check-in process was extremely stressful. The listing address said 14 York, but the check-in instructions referred to 12 York, which caused a lot of confusion at 3:00 AM. Even building security was confused and mistakenly gave us access to an occupied unit — which was incredibly alarming for both us and the resident. It took nearly an hour of back-and-forth before we got into the correct apartment.
If they fix the instructions and clarify the address consistently across the listing and messages, this would be a much better experience. Until then, be prepared for a confusing arrival — especially late at night.
- Leonie (7/5): Good -
- Nikola (10/5): Fabulous , good communication with owner from start to finish , served our needs for a couple of nights in Toronto , def - Clean tidy and convenient Bathroom door didn’t lock
- Elizabeth (8/5): Accommodation in a great location for exploring the city. - The location and its suitability for our group.
Host responded promptly to queries throughout the booking process. Checking in process not as clear as it could have been. We were allowed to check in earlier so benefitted from the concierge proving assistance with the identity process.
- Murad (9/5): Superb -
- Stéphanie (10/5): Exceptional - It felt like our home for the small amount of time we were here. We were four and we had plenty of space. The pictures I'm sharing are for the upgraded unit. The owner upgraded us to his other unit on the 49th floor and we had a fantastic view of the CN tower from 2 of the bedrooms. There is also access to a balcony from 1 of the 3 bedrooms. It was magical! The place was very cozy and nice! The check-in instructions were very clear and it was simple to access. The place is also very well located near all the interesting stuff. There is also a grocery store just across the street. And apparently if you are returning guests he gives you a great discount. I intend to return for sure in the future. Thank you so much! 🙏
- Dawson (10/5): The perfect location. - Perfect Location! Bit of a later check-in than usual, it's worth the location.
- Phil (9/5): Staff was great, easy to communicate and very clean - Location The price
- Sison (9/5): Superb -
- Angus (9/5): Great night out in Toronto. - The Condo has everything we needed for a night in Toronto. The condo was clean and bright with lots of room for the six of us. The view over the lake was stunning. Having a place to stay steps away from the Scotiabank Center made getting to our show a breeze. The host made it easy for us from the moment we booked the condo until we left. I will be happy to contact them next time I am in Toronto.
- Wood-busby (10/5): Exceptional - Great location and the views from every room were spectacular! Having easy access to the grocery store and shops was a bonus
- Barry (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (10/5): Had a great time! - The property was clean and comfortable. I slept like a baby. It also had a great view of the lake. These are just small things……We did not like that we couldn’t use facecloths/towels to clean makeup off our faces. Paper towels just don’t cut it. Thankfully, I brought my own cloth for cleaning. The instructions for checking in were a little different than provided, but the people at the front desk were very helpful. The remote for the tv needs new batteries.
- Suzanne (10/5): Great spot in Toronto - The location is fantastic, close to public transport, the water front, and the PATH. The view is beautiful also and the beds were very comfortable. It is smaller than it looks in the pictures but still a nice place. Walking down 49 flights of stairs when the fire alarm went off. Just as we got to the bottom the alarm was canceled lol
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Priscilla (10/5): It was a great location in the downtown area, close to Roger’s Center, great restaurants and city Center - Great locations, the place was clean just a little dated with furnishings. . No complaints
- Suzanne (8/5): Very good - Location
- Margaret (9/5): Superb - Very clean, comfortable beds, rest of the furniture just ok. Location was perfect for going to Roger’s stadium. Close to places to eat, the water, city life. Tricky to get in, garbage shute was not able to be opened and front staff not helpful. Tv didn’t work the whole time.
- Haze (8/5): The apartment filled our needs for the evening. - I did like the condo, it was very clean, spacious and had wonderful views! The beds, linens and furniture were very comfortable. We felt there was plenty of space for the five of us. The location was excellent! There were a few issues with this stay.
A « private pool » was advertised as an amenity in my booking, there was not a « private pool », the building had a policy not allowing short term rentals use of the pool.
The fact that the fees were increased by several hundred dollars for this particular Saturday evening in Toronto was terrible.
I requested an early check in (3 or 4 in the afternoon). We had given plenty of notice for this request to be filled. It felt like the host was just placating me and hadn’t rescheduled the cleaning or notify us when it was cleaned (as they had said they would).
The instructions to enter the property were sent to us in a message, the information in this message was different than the experience we had entering the building.
There weren’t any face clothes in the rooms.
- Jumpstreet85 (6/5): Great View and Location Not Much Else - The best things about the apartment were the views and the location. It is about a 5 minute walk from Union Station where you can catch the Toronto Express to Toronto Pearson. The area is pretty walkable with most things within a 5-20 minute walk or an inexpensive train ride/trolley ride away. The cool thing is when you buy the train pass it works for the trolley as well; we just did a two hour card but you are able to do longer as needed. We spent most of our time out and about but if planning on staying longer I probably would not recommend as the furniture is old and not built for comfort. The beds were not comfortable for my group but others may find them comfortable. It was odd to have sodas on the counter that you had to pay $2.00 a piece for and a snack thing that you also had to pay for. I have never stayed somewhere that would not allow for a bag drop on top of not letting you enter until 5:00pm (NO EXCEPTION). Normally when bag drop is not an option you can check in by 1:00 or 2:00pm. Two of the plastic chairs on the balcony were broken so it was useless for my group.
- Lisha (10/5): Perfect spot to gather our family together in one central location. - The view and proximity to Union Station was fantastic. The space was super clean, the sheets were so soft and luxurious! Can’t think of anything!
- Tyler (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alan (9/5): Superb -
- Christopher (10/5): Great place, great time. - Conveniently located next to all major attractions and a quick ride share or nice walk to the Budweiser Stage for a concert, which once the impetus for the visit. Enough space for 4 friends where each slept comfortably. Great place and we are already planning our next trip up to see a show. Also my friend left his Apple Watch at the property. Host found it immediately and mailed it back. Great customer service. Everything was good
- Keating (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carmina (8/5): overall our stay was good and comfortable - comforters had stains. bathroom locks were broken.
- Qui (10/5): Exceptional -
