• Thomas (2/5): Keine Nachtruhe, keine Reinigung - Zentrale Lage Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war extrem klein – es war kaum möglich, einen Koffer überhaupt auszubreiten. Die Angaben bei der Buchung stimmten zudem nicht: Es wurden zwei Betten angezeigt, tatsächlich gab es nur eines. Besonders problematisch war die Lautstärke. Trotz gesetzlicher Nachtruhe ab 22 Uhr in Bulgarien wurde diese an keinem Abend eingehalten. Gäste hielten sich nachts im Eingangsbereich bzw. Fernsehraum auf und unterhielten sich laut, teilweise bei offener Tür zum Flur, sodass der Lärm ungehindert in die Zimmer drang. Auch nach einer Beschwerde änderte sich daran nichts. Der Eindruck entstand zudem, dass es sich weniger um eine klassische Unterkunft, sondern eher um eine Art dauerhafte Wohngemeinschaft handelt. Mehrere Bewohner wirkten wie eine feste Gruppe (inklusive namentlicher Kennzeichnung an der Tür), was das Gefühl verstärkte, als Gast eher „dazwischen“ zu wohnen statt in einer regulär geführten Unterkunft. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren ebenfalls unzureichend. Während meines Aufenthalts von 1,5 Wochen wurde das Zimmer kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Lediglich die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden nach etwa einer Woche oberflächlich gereinigt. In der Zwischenzeit war der Mülleimer im Zimmer überfüllt, ohne dass sich jemand darum kümmerte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ist das nicht akzeptabel. Zusätzlich war das Gemeinschaftsbad mit Licht und Lüftung gekoppelt, sodass das Gebläse nachts häufig lief und den Schlaf weiter störte. Die Bilder entsprechen zudem nicht der tatsächlichen Situation vor Ort und vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als man ihn bekommt. Insgesamt entspricht die Unterkunft nicht den Erwartungen und ist selbst für den Preis nur bedingt zu empfehlen.

• YULIIA (8/5): - Большое преимущество в расположении отеля, рядом Приморский парк, море, пешеходная зона. Было тихо, спокойно, уютно, чисто. В день заезда, хозяин связался, прислал инструкции и сообщил, что можно заселиться в любое время, что для меня было очень к стати, так к 10 я уже приехала в Варну. Общение вежливое. Номер был на 3 эт. Мансарда, низкие потолки и чердачный наклон крыши - это что-то новое для меня. Пожалуй это единственный минус на тот момент. Приходилось беречь голову, чтоб не удариться.

• m_tervel (9/5): Clean, well kept, cozy. - The space was clean, the bedding was new and soft. There was plenty of storage space, a desk, a great AC unit. It was easy to find and check-in. The location is great whatever you want to do in Varna - going to the beach, museums, cafés or galleries.

• Christina (5/5): - Die Lage ist super. Günstiger preis. Insgesamt entspannte Stimmung. Die Toiletten vor allem die eine hat ausnahmslos nach Urin gerochen. Man hört jedes Gespräch aus den Nachbarzimmern, was kein Problem wäre, wenn sich alle Menschen respektvoll mit dem Wissen verhalten würden. Stattdessen wird bis 12 laut gelacht und geredet. (Im gemeinschaftsraum)

We stayed in about 6-7 other hotels in Bulgaria and these beds we got the best sleep on. Shared bathrooms and shower but other then that everything is good

It is 5 mins walk from the walking street, 5 mins from the sea garden and the beach, also 10 mins walk from the train station. So far iall was worth it the money. The only minus is the shared restroom but i was perfectly aware of this. Will be back for sure!

Location close to the beach and restaurants. There seems to be more or less long term residents around who rearranged my food in the fridge because they are entitled to do so. The shower seemed a bit iffy.

Please note that it is an actual dorm so there are students living there long term and there was rubbish everywhere. It was dirty and messy everywhere outside the room. Extremely rude manager. When I pointed out that the place is full of rubbish I was told that this is what you get for that money. Bed was very uncomfortable, I did not get a good sleep at all there.

• John (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location right in the centre close to the railway station. There was a shared kitchen with a kettle which was handy. Also she responded, in detail, very quickly to a query I had, which makes a big difference to me. I’d definitely use again.

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - The room with terrace is very spacious and comfortable for 2 people and also very clean. The air conditioner works very well and keeps the room cold in the hot weather. Very good location, less than 5 min walk to the beach and in the center of Varna. There is also a Supermarket nearby. The mattress and the pillows were too soft for our taste. It would also be very important to have a trash can specific for food leftovers in the kitchen area. The bathroom/shower wasn't always cleaned.
• Dream (4/5): Disappointing - Very convenient location, close to the beach and the main street (city center). The bathrooms need full renovation - the tiles are old and dirty, the showers are worn-off, and there is mold on the ceilings.

• Kennedy (8/5): Very good - Great location. Helpful and responsive staff. Room was way smaller than pictures. I didn't read the fine print and missed that it was shared bathroom. Bathroom could be cleaner.
• Rositsa (9/5): 6 days in Varna - The room was great. I had the privacy and comfort, having a lot of space to just feel comfortable. The price seemed really good for what I got. There is a fridge in the common area on the first floor, and an iron on the second floor. The location is really good, right next to the hotel there is a 24/7 convenient store (because of which it may get a bit noisy in the rooms facing that side of the street). I didn't need more than 10-15 min to reach the public transport that takes me to Grand mall and other parts of the city. The heart of the city center - stores, restaurants, bakeries, coffee places, bars and night life in close proximity. The fridge had a lot of stuff in, some of which quite old. My food disappeared 2-3 days after I put it, but I was about to throw it myself. Clear rules of usage and cleaning of the fridge were missing. I shared some of my opinions with the staff but I will write them here: I personally would have felt better if I could dry up the bathroom after usage. The pillows did not work for my spoiled nature. I used both of them but if we were 2 people in the room we would have had a problem. I believe that problem will be fixed but be prepared that it may take time. The staff is really responsive so try solving problems with them and with no extra stress :)

• Viktor (6/5): Good location - The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. The place is clean. There is a shared toilet with a small, simple shower, resulting in the toilet and toilet seat becoming wet.

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - Right in the heart of the city, very convenient, cozy, and clean.
• Zarickiy (10/5): Yoy can hardly find better location. - Best location where I stayed in Varna so far. Perfectly situated in the middle of oldest Varna neighborhood - Greek district. With all amenities close by. 24 hour corner shop is literally in the same building. All pubs and bars are 5 mins walk away. Beach is 5 mins walk. Sea garden is 2 min walk away. High street with all the fancy restaurants and street food shops is 2 min walk away. Room itself is a modernly renovated large size hotel like room, within traditional Bulgarian two stories house with four rooms at each floor and shared bathroom at each floor. There is no kitchenette or place where to make coffee in the morning
• Lyubomira (10/5): Exceptional - I was welcomed as a friend :) Unpleasant situations happen, but the hostess reacted so professionally and kindly that i have no doubts this new place is going to become one of the most popular and loved ones in Varna very soon :) thank you!
