• Clara (8/5): - Very good location and neighborhood. Supermarket and metro literally just few steps away. Roomy apartment. Unfortunately when we stayed, there was a problem with the hot water. But the owner realized this and gave us a free tourist tax as an exchange. All in all, I can recommend this accomomodation to those who wants to stay in Milan for some days 😊
• X62 (4/5): - L'emplacement et encore ...! Pas de clim c'est un four avec les chaleurs 30. Escalier deux marches très fragiles Frigidaire moisi et détérioré. Pas d'eau chaude La lunette des WC est cassée et vétuste. Trace de moisissures dans la SDB . Pas de papier toilette
• Anne (4/5): Für einen Zwischenstopp akzeptabel - Die Lage ist super, in ein paar Minuten mit der U-Bahn alles erreichbar Die Badtür ging nicht zu, die Toilettenbrille war gebrochen und nicht ansehnlich, Dichtungen in der Dusche veraltet und schwarz, Besteck für 4 Personen viel zu wenig 2 Messer,3Gabeln auf Nachfrage leider auch keine Antworten mehr, war sehr warm Lüfter bringt nicht viel, Fotos sahen definitiv vielversprechender aus

• Amelie (3/5): Nie wieder - Gute Anbindung mit Ubahn in die Stadtmitte. Schmutziges Geschirr stand in den Schränken, die Spülmaschine war defekt und stank ekelhaft. Die Dichtung des Kühlschranks war schimmelig. Wir konnten das warme Wasser nicht zum Laufen bekommen, entsprechend auch nicht ordentlich Geschirr spülen und nur eiskalt duschen. Die Dusche war ebenfalls schimmelig und der Sitz der Toilette angebrochen. Auf Rückfragen an die Vermieter gab es weder per App noch per WhatsApp Antworten. Wir sind von ursprünglich 11 Nächten nur 3 geblieben. Auch auf die frühere Abreise wurde nicht reagiert seitens Vermieter. Sehr unschön.
• Miguel (1/5): Unpleasant stay, probably the worst place I stayed at. - The WiFi was the only thing that worked :) The A/C does not work nor was it mentioned that it didn't work, the ceiling fan did absolute nothing. The water heater did not work at all despite multiple attempts to restart it, Bathroom door didn't fully close, the smell of the apartment was horrendous even though it had a sign saying do not smoke and smell like cigarettes. The toilet seat is disgustingly yellow, and the bathroom is moldy. The window was partially broken.

• Obradović (8/5): Very good - It has a lot of equipment, location is very good. We had a little issue with hot water.
• Stephen (8/5): Good but a few fixes could make it great… - TV and kitchen. Ground floor made luggage easier. Not too hard to find. There was no hot water for a shower and the dryer didn’t dry clothes, so we had to go find a laundromat rather than pack wet clothes. The loft part was not as safe as it should be, with no railing to stop anyone from falling into main lower room if they tripped.

• Ahmed (7/5): It was okay but it needs work regarding ventilation specifically for summer - Very good location near the centre and the central station. The sofa can be converted to a big bed which was comfortable for my kid. The TV and kitchen appliances were in a good state. The weather was so hot and the old fans were kinda useless. The building is old, bathroom shower was not comfortable either.

• Sabina (6/5): It was an okay experience for a night stay. - Convenient location, strong wifi. The apartment has a good space, perfect for 2-4 people and the host seemed thoughtful as there was a bottle of water in the fridge, detergent to wash clothes, shampoo etc. Enough towels for 4 people. The apartment is located in the ground floor and lot of noise coming from the area late night from kids and restaurant closing up (probably) sounds of bottles etc. The cleanliness could be improved. Floor was dusty, Cooking utensils had a old smell and water tank in the coffee machine looked dirty.
• Nannette (8/5): I wouldn’t stay there during the heat of summer. But perhaps during a cooler part of the year - The location was very good. The amenities were great and the hosts were lovely. It is a ground floor flat with only a fan and we were not comfortable leaving the window open at night so it got very stuffy. It also had a residual cigarette odor. The electrical sockets are wiring seem are very poorly done.
